I belong to a group that meets once a month at the restaurant
and reserves the back room. We were there on May 15, 2014. Normally, the management is very helpful in ensuring that we are well taken care of. This time, not so much. We had troubles with our speaker's computer talking to the projector provided, and when we asked the manager for help, he said he was "too busy," and left us to fend for ourselves. That's a good way to lose repeat customer business. I've even brought family and friends here on other occasions after my first time there because I enjoyed it so much. However, I found out the manager on duty that day was also yelling at his employees, who were doing their best to serve the busy crowd. Every other time I have been there before, I've enjoyed the food (which is GREAT! btw), but I have enjoyed the friendly, fast service from the hardworking employees even more. My favorites are Erika and Irene. They never fail to have a smile and move the lines along, and always take care of their customers first and foremost. So from what I can see, the only one who might need to have an attitude adjustment and further training is the manager on duty for the day. I don't believe he is well-equipped to deal with this clientele, and I think he may cause this restaurant
to lose business if something isn't done soon. I plan to give it one more chance, but if the same thing happens, I will recommend we move our group to another location in The Woodlands. My rating would have been a 5 if not for this experience.
