Grimaldi's Pizzeria - The Woodlands Restaurants

We were craving NY pizza and hadn't been to Grimaldis - Not one to complain, but we won't return. The service was subpar, food just okay, and quite overpriced for what we received.

Had a wait of 45 min. Got to table to seat us, & food was covering the bench seat and spaghetti sauce stained the tablecloths. Husbands drink tasted like soap. Got pizza to table and a hair was in the food. The server never came to check on us after food was delivered. Only came to fill drinks when we were ready for the check. Overall, there was not one thing we were happy about when leaving. The food was okay, but nothing that wow'd us. Also dissappointed that the menu was not larger. No apps other than salads and all pizzas are make your own. Also, the burnt taste of the pizza was overwhelming.

The best pizza!

It is by far the best pizza in town. It is casual but not fast food casual. I like it all the way!

Know when to go! They shut down the coal ovens for cleaning at 4pm. Arrive between 5-6. Any later, you're gonna wait a long time!! Why? Cuz this pizza is the real deal!! Thin, crispy, flavorful, salads rock, great atmosphere. Needs better waiting area for patrons. Get your buzzer and head up to Crush for a glass of wine while you wait!! Love me some Grimaldi's!!

The service is amazing. They don't pester but they never make you wait for service either.
