3rd Annual Hispanic Business Forum - The Woodlands

Shenandoah, TX - The Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will present its 3rd annual business forum on Friday, August 27, from 7:30 a.m. to noon, at the City of Shenandoah's Council Chambers located at 29955 I-45 North. The presenting sponsor will be The Strong Firm, P.C.

The forum will include the topics of immigration, healthcare, education, property, and assets, and their impact on the economic landscape in the county. The MCHC Chair, Adriana Valencia, and the mayor of the city of Shenandoah, Gary Watts, will moderate the forum.

The following elected officials will be on hand to update the community at the state and national level: U.S. Congressman, Kevin Brady, of the 8th District of Texas, and State Representatives, Rob Eissler, Brandon Creighton, and John Otto.

A panel of authoritative sources has been assembled to answer questions on the topics that will be discussed. They include Adriana Valencia with Investment Professional, Inc., financial advice & planning; Patricia Grijalva with The Grijalva-Esparza Group/Keller Williams, real estate; John W. Meyer of Foster Quan, LLP, Immigration Law; and Bret L. Strong of the Strong Firm, P.C., entity formation. A healthcare reform update will be provided by Frederic C. Warner, Jr., System Executive of Public Policy and Government with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare Systems.

The Montgomery County Hispanic Chamber (MCHC) is a 501c (6) non-profit organization established in March 2003, and is managed by a volunteer board and officers. There is no membership criteria regarding ethnic background and is open to all who are interested in supporting or developing a relationship with the Hispanic business community in Montgomery County, Texas.
