Well, I think any kind of "eating plan" is all bad for you because nothing is absolutely good for you, just like nothing is absolutely bad for you. This means you will always eventually miss something whatever "plan" you follow. You will end up using new "plan" to fix the problems caused by old "plan", just like using new medicine to fix the side effects of the old one. Your body needs fatty acids, which it can't make itself and need to come from fats you eat; Your body needs vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin E. These vitamins are fat-soluble, which means they can only be absorbed with the help of fats you eat.
