A 22-year-old Houston man is being held in the Montgomery County Jail for the aggravated sexual assault of two women.

According to reports from MCSO, on April 30, 2018, at about 5:45 pm, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office met with a 41-year-old white female who advised she was sexually assaulted while at the Dakota Canyon Apartments located at 25650 Interstate 45 N. The victim advised that on April 29, 2018, around 2:45 pm, she was at the Dakota Canyon Apartments waiting on her friend when she was approached by an unknown black male. The suspect and the victim briefly spoke at which time the suspect left, but then he returned shortly after leaving. The suspect coaxed the victim into his car while she waited on her friend. Once in the vehicle the male exposed himself, at which time the victim attempted to leave, but the suspect grabbed her and began to sexually assault the victim. The victim struggled with the suspect at which time the victim was able to break free and flee from the suspect. The victim described the suspect vehicle as a light colored Toyota passenger car.
On April 29, 2018, around 7:30 pm, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the Woodlands Specialty Hospital located at 25440 I-45 N. in reference to a sexual assault. Deputies met with the victim, a 34-year-old white female and learned that on April 29, 2018, at about 5:30 pm, the victim was walking to work when she was approached by a Toyota passenger car that was being driven by a young looking black male. The victim got into the vehicle, at which time the suspect immediately leaned over and began to strangle the victim causing her to become disoriented and then unconscious. When the victim regained consciousness the suspect was using physical force and sexually assaulting her. Once the suspect was done with the assault, the victim was forced out of the vehicle. She then went to her place of work and told her co-workers about the assault. They immediately took her to the hospital and notified law enforcement.
As a result of the collaborated efforts of numerous local, state and federal law enforcement agencies as well as information received from the citizens of Montgomery and Harris County, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office was able to identify and arrest Howard Dixon (22, Houston) for the aggravated sexual assault of the two victims in Montgomery County. Dixon was arrested on May 1, 2018, by Montgomery County Sheriff's Office at FM 1488 and Interstate Highway 45. He was driving a light colored 2004 Toyota Camry.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, the Harris County Sheriff's Office, The Texas Department of Public Safety and the Federal Bureau of Investigation all provided resources and law enforcement personnel to assist in this investigation.
