The jury convicted him of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child and the jury sentenced him to 50 years in prison.
He is not eligible for parole.

The jury convicted him of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child and Indecency with a Child.
The jury sentenced him to 35 years on the Continuous and 20 years on the Indecency.
The judge then stacked the sentences.
He is not eligible for parole for the Continuous charge.
State of Texas v. Billy Ray Lewis.
The jury convicted him of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and the jury sentenced him to probation.
