Major Road Closures on 249There will be major closures of the Tomball Tollway mainlanes and the Grand Parkway eastbound mainlanes this weekend. The closures are as follows:Daytime Closures; Saturday, July 30 & Sunday, July 31 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
• The eastbound SH-99 / Grand Parkway mainlanes from the Rocky Rd. exit ramp to the Boudreaux entrance ramp will be closed. • The northbound Tomball Tollway mainlanes from the Boudreaux exit ramp to the Grand Parkway tolled entrance ramp will be closed.• The northbound Northpointe entrance ramp on Tomball Tollway will be closed.
Total Closure; Saturday, July 30 at 6 a.m. through Monday, August 1 at 5 a.m.:•The southbound Tomball Tollway mainlanes from the Grand Parkway tolled exit ramp to Northpointe Blvd will be closed.Detour:
Tomball Tollway
o Drivers traveling northbound on the Tomball Tollway will be detoured to the frontage road at the Boudreaux exit ramp and may re-enter the tollway using the Grand Parkway entrance ramp.o Drivers traveling southbound on the Tomball Tollway will be detoured to the frontage road at the Grand Parkway exit ramp and may re-enter the tollway using the Northpointe entrance ramp.Grand Parkway
o Drivers traveling eastbound on SH-99 / Grand Parkway will be detoured to the frontage road at the Rocky Rd exit ramp and turn right onto southbound Rocky Rd. Traffic may then turn left onto eastbound Boudreaux to continue to the eastbound SH-99 frontage road.
