Heat stroke is a medical emergency.

Call 911 right away.

You are the help until help arrives:

• Move them to a cooler place.

• Apply cool cloths to lower their temperature.

• Do NOT give them anything to drink.

I heard there are many heat stroke patients in the hospitals nowadays. Hopefully this rain will help.
