Contraband Uncovered in Spring Traffic Stop: Arrest MadeOn 11/16/2023 around 4pm, one of Constable Ryan Gable's Criminal Interdiction Unit (CIU) Deputies saw a tan Chevrolet SUV with an vehicle equipment violation west bound in the 2100 block of Riley Fuzzel Road, Spring.The CIU Deputy activated his emergency lights and siren stopping the vehicle and making contact with the driver. After making contact with the driver, now identified as 36 year old Aaron M. Elex of Harris County, he was detained.The vehicle was searched and a firearm as well as drugs were found inside.Aaron was arrested for Possession of Marijuana (POM and Unlawful Carrying of Firearm (UCW).The vehicle was released on scene to a family member before Aaron was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office jail where he was released to their custody without incident.
