Position Desired: Pastry Cook and/or Baker

Recently moved to The Woodlands from Dallas. I’ve worked as a pastry cook in fine dining with some leadership experience for 5 years. My resume includes Wolfgang Puck, Uchi, a boutique hotel and French restaurant with Michelin-starred chef. I also have prior experience in retail and customer service. I prefer a position in food as back of house, but am open to front of house, guest relations or non-food position. Must be full-time. I’m a hard worker and able learner; if you provide me with the tools to succeed, I will always strive to improve.
