·Handle calls and emails related to billing issues or building issues.
·Keep track of missed punches from employees and enter any absences or vacation time through Time Clock Manager Software.
·Take care of Building service needs such as fire inspections, phone/internet service, agreements and contract for the company’s utilities.
·Order office supplies.
·Receive rent from other building tenants and take care of their request and issues.
