• Manage, oversee and schedule the work load for seven technicians.
• Dispatch technicians to customer’s location
• Maintain and keep current the scheduling of over 3,000 pieces of equipment.
• Provide accurate quotes for service maintenance to customers
• Heavy data entry of new customer information including billing credentials, multiple address locations and customer equipment information, requiring complete accuracy.
