Key Responsabilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests. Interact with international customers in their primary contact language (Spanish) to resolve any accounting issue(s).

• Interface daily with internal partners in accounting, field services, new business, operations and consumer affairs divisions.

• Responsible for accounts receivable collections including monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Prepare monthly and daily statements and /or invoices.
