As a dedicated and motivated individual, I know what it takes to be successful in the field of business and marketing. I attended Stephen F. Austin State University on a track and field scholarship where I was tested both physically and mentally. While competing in the triple jump and helping my team to eight consecutive championships, I have also excelled in my studies, gained valuable time management skills, and gained an exceptional work ethic, all qualities which will make me a better potential employee.
I have a passion for learning and creativity and strive to better myself and those around me. While being a collegiate track and field athlete for four years, I have had to maintain a balance between academia and athletics. As an economics major, I have excelled in challenging business classes as well as several professional environments, including an international business honors society, an economics reading group, and as a qualified employee in the business department. Along with my business knowledge, I have gained experience with managerial skills, international relations, sports medicine, marketing, and sales.
