We are looking for 10 Sales reps with experience only in the Roofing industry, Solar Panels or similar. Bilingual is a plus!

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation
Cell Phone
Enjoy working outdoors & indoors.
A self starting attitude & ability to work on commission.
Strong communication skills, driven and goal oriented.
Sales by going door to door.
We use a software program that tracks patterns of weather.
Don’t need to climb roofs!

We know what neighborhoods will be in need of our services. You must be prepared to generate business. Everyone in our company knocks on doors, whether they have been with the company 10 years or 1 month. Most of our business comes from referrals from satisfied neighbors.

Compensation for Sales Reps: We will pay you 50% of the contract!!

Our Sales make:

1st year - $50K-120K
2nd year- $90k-$200K
3rd year - $200K +
Team Leads - $200K-$500K+
