Skills Required:

Must be proficient with computer systems and experience navigating an Agency Management system. Handle daily client interactions including quoting & proposals with multiple carriers, coverage questions, change requests, billing, and follow up, etc. Work renewals including gathering updated information, requesting quotes, reviewing quotes for proper coverage and accuracy. Demonstrate knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. A working knowledge of Ezlynx a plus.

Must be punctual and dependable.
