We are searching for a calm multi-tasker eager to join our team! As the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, the qualified candidate should be motivated, organized, and self-driven. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of departments within the company. In addition, on the job product training will be provided. This is a great position for someone who is a natural leader, responsible, highly organized, and enjoys helping others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate party
• Maintain polite and professional communication via email and phone
• Handle office tasks including, but not limited to answering emails, filing, generating reports, charts, & presentations, and setting up meetings
• Act as a liaison between the department and external groups
SKILLS:
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written skills)
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience
• Self-starter who is organized and has the mindset to make a difference
• Strong attention to detail and willing to cooperate with others
• Customer service aptitude
