Veriforce is seeking a Telemarketing Representative to utilize several different software applications to perform a variety of tasks including making outbound calls, answering incoming calls, and data entry for both sales and non-sales purposes.
Make outbound calls to existing customers’ contract companies (contractors) to sell products and services. Typically, soft-sale situations.
Make follow up calls to close sales leads generated from a vetted source.
Answer incoming calls from potential customers to answer questions about their customers requiring them to purchase our products and services.
Record the statuses of each call, including updating spreadsheets, websites or Microsoft Dynamics
Other duties including data entry and other duties as assigned.
Supports, participates and adheres to the organization’s Information Security Management System program, complying with all established policies and procedures relating to the ISMS including, but not limited to:
Responsible for the protection of company information assets under their care or operation
All employees have a professional duty to report any information security issues or incidents or situations that present potential security risks to their direct supervisor and/or the Management Representative
Operate within division or department policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma required
Preferred previous sales experience, business development, lead qualification, etc.
Verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in speaking on the phone with customers
Ability to stay on-task with minimal supervision required
Problem-solving skills
Able to learn and utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously
