Abbey Residential Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician for 468 - Unit apartment community in Conroe, TX – The Abbey at Conroe!

Job responsibilities include:

* Maintaining the physical integrity of the property at all times.

* Insuring a safe and secure living environment for Residents, visitors and staff.

* Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and to protect the investment of the apartment property owner.

Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects.

Candidates must have a minimum of (1) year multifamily maintenance experience and prefer HVAC certification as well. Weekend work & On-Call Emergency Maintenance is required.
