ADHD Wellness Center is seeking a committed, reliable and hard-working individual who is available for IMMEDIATE hire. The position will come with the title, “Medical Office Administrator/Coordinator.” The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, filing / scanning documents, scheduling office visits, processing office fees, etc. (More details given to individuals interested.)

Requirements:
• High School Graduate
• Completion of a certificate program for medical office assistants or a medical assistant associate's degree is PREFERRED. (An education beyond high school isn't absolutely necessary if you have at least one year of work experience as a medical receptionist or office clerk.)
• Completion of basic business courses, such as accounting, marketing and human resources are important
• Superb organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Maintain company standards in appearance, attendance, manners and ethics
• Previous business experience a plus
• Able to pick up and continue uncompleted tasks
• Works well with strict deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills demonstrating compassion and understanding
• Excellent customer service & telecommunication skills

• Perfect Spelling
• Strong punctuality
Main Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
-Customer Service
-Answering and Addressing Calls and Email Correspondence
-Typical Clerical Duties
-Data Entry- must learn program quick and be accurate with spelling
-Inventory Organizing
-Electronic Filing
Position will be available IMMEDIATELY! Following a 2 week training period (to begin promptly after hire)

Compensation:
Compensation: $12/hour and based on a 27-36 hour work week.
*Compensation for this job is determined by employee qualifications, job demands and the ease/accessibility of technology available for this position (to ensure the job demands are maintained at a stress-less level. The practice uses a "Go Green” platform.)
Employment Type: Contract Employee – 27-36 hours/week (part time). Payment is based on work hours completed.
