Great Local Company looking for a self-motivated person who is looking to make a career in the Property Management Industry. Training is provided so don't be concerned if you have not worked in this industry. We work with various Community Associations in Montgomery County and need someone who has great attention to detail, bilingual a must, self-motivated, with a professional appearance.
Manager will be responsible for, monthly property inspections, good communication skills; email, or phone, attending Board meetings, administrational duties, and Coordinating maintenance projects.
Skills Required:
Bilingual a must. Strong Customer Service and administrational skills, great attention to detail and follow-up. Knowledge of Excel and Word a plus. Training provided
