Our Service Supervisor assists and leads a team that maintains the luxurious appearance of the property and a safe environment for our residents. This is done by mentoring and supporting the Assistant Service Supervisor and Service Technicians in completing resident service requests and preparing for resident move ins and outs. The Service Supervisor also prepares budgets, trouble shoots and problem solves, understands equipment and appliance functions, and develops relationships with venders.
Key Responsibilities
• Budget creation and basic bookkeeping knowledge
• Team leadership abilities
• Conducting on the job teaching and training
• Assist with completion of resident work orders
• Assist with preparing vacant units for future renters
• Ensure all equipment is in working condition
• General maintenance knowledge: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall and appliance repair
• Ensure a safe and hazard free living and working environment

Skills Required:
• 2+ years experience in a Maintenance Supervisory role required
• EPA, CPO, and HVAC certifications preferred
• Multifamily community experience preferred
