PR Marketing & Publishing, LLC, a division of reviewit Magazine, VIDA SOCIAL,& Flair is currently seeking an experienced and focused Advertising Production Coordinator to support and assist reviewit Magazine�s Publication's production department in both prepress and post press operations. Major Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: � Exceptional Customer Service �Input advertising insertion orders into a proprietary ad management database. � Follow up with outside sales reps to secure materials in a timely manner. � Follow up with clients to secure materials in a timely manner � Work with the Managing Editor and Graphic Artists to process and preflight digital ad material or design. This will involve much attention to detail, ensuring that the ad material sent to us matches the insertion order and all requirements in the insertion order are met. � Work with the Managing Editor as the issues are being laid out to make sure that all advertising requirements are being met. � Will work with the Managing Editor to ensure that the tear sheets and copies of the magazines that are sent to advertisers are of the best quality possible. � Monthly reports for management. � � Reviews pages for page geometry and consistency which involves becoming very familiar with the layout and design of publication and reviewing the proofs for consistency relative to image placement, bleeds, etc. � Monthly transfer and backup of digital advertising material. � This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position. Skills Required:

2 years of related experience, equipping the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. � Highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Experienced with of Adobe Creative Suite, PDF creation. Any background with ad management or InDesign and Adobe Photoshop would be helpful. � Basic magazine production and design experience preferred � Ideal candidate will have a keen sense for detail, good mathematical skills, and the ability and willingness to handle several jobs concurrently. � Excellent communication and writing skills. � Possess strong organizational skills, detail oriented, ability to work in pressure atmosphere, good problem solving techniques punctual, dedicated & team player, desire to learn & grow within department/company
