Ideal candidate must have experience in training, hiring, coaching, staffing along with solid knowledge of financials, control cost, forecast. Exhibits a positive and involved team attitude to all and promotes positive relations through an environment that encourages open communications, trust, and mutual respect. Minimum of 5 years hotel F&B outlet management experience, having managed multi outlets in 4-5 diamond hotel F&B division, extensive beverage knowledge is a necessity, advanced POS and Computer skills, Proven track record of strong relationship and team building skills, on- going training programs focused on exception guest service levels. Spanish language skills are a plus. Excellent written, communication, organizational, computer and leadership skills.
