There are two positions. Everyone starts solely as a flipper. The flipper cleans the therapy rooms and prepares space for the new client, folding towels, setting up water and sauna rooms. Surgical Technicians TLC is looking for experienced Vet Techs but not necessarily high volume. We will train you. Our surgeons perform between 30 to 40 animals per shift. Some clinics look for higher numbers. We are always concerned with staff burnout, and we feel this is a respectable number to advance animal welfare while not overwhelming the staff. Surgery is a fast-paced environment and requires a happy team with individuals who can multitask. We strive for a drama free workplace.
