Meditation, Mindfulness, and Modern Life Event Details:
Join us for this special six-week series on meditation. Whether new to meditation or have experience, this class is a perfect way to enjoy meditation more.
We will be looking at how to incorporate the effects of our meditation into our daily life so that we can enjoy more positive states of mind throughout the day. In particular, we will be looking at what mindfulness is and how we can practice mindfulness in a way that enriches our life.
Everyone is welcome, regardless of your background or experience.
