Montgomery County Sheriff Rand Henderson will introduce his leadership team, provide an overview of the new structure of the department, address his goals to expand community-oriented policing and social media communication.
ROCO’s Season 12 “In Concert” series comes to a close on Friday, March 31, at The Woodlands United Methodist Church with “Double Trouble.” The concert is led by conductor Steven Jarvi, with Scott St. John returning as concertmaster.
This is a music/street festival celebrating German and ethnic heritage with 4 stages of live music performances “happy music for happy people”, special contest, ethnic and festival food, beer, wine, 175 street vendors, all kinds of German souvenirs and clothing, arts crafts, antiques, Heritage Center, carnival, pony ride, petting zoo, strolling music makers, street performers, and much more.
Produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department, this multifaceted event features chip-timed 5K and 10K trail runs, the Little Muddy Kid's One-Mile Fun Run and a 2K-9 Fun Run for you and your dog.
Our Free Concert Series continues with Anna Smigelskaya and Sam Singeltary and featuring Mikhail Smigelski doing Masterpieces of Classical Music. There will be dinner served before the concert for $5. All proceeds and donations will go to one of our local outreach partners.
This annual event, “Around the World in 180 Minutes” will be an evening of wine tasting along with Live and Silent Auctions. The public is invited to join the fun by purchasing a passport for entry into the event.
