Are you looking to start a new career ? Choate Concrete is hiring!! Choate Concrete is located in Conroe, Texas. Our goal is to hire professional and efficient drivers to deliver to work sites and discharge loads. We offer competitive pay, benefit packages, and the opportunity to work locally!
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have a valid CDL - Class A or B Required.
Must be able to pass a DOT Physical and Maintain an active DOT Medical Certificate.
Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Screen.
Must be able to pass an MVR.
Must be able to work some early mornings, overtime when required, including some weekends.
Requirements include but not limited to:
Successful completion of the New Hire Training.
Dedication to Safety.
Obeying all applicable traffic laws.
Distinguish the color difference between mixes.
Distinguish between a proper mix and one that is too rocky or too sandy.
Adhere to all Choate Concrete's DOT and OSHA rules and regulations always.
Adherence to Company policies and procedures.
May perform roadside repairs, such as installing light bulbs, etc.
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting ( up to 50 pounds ), working at heights, and uneven grounds.
Unloading and attaching extension chutes.
