I paid $2,000 for these 2 items about 6 months ago but will sell both for $1,000. I am selling so I can move my home office setup out of my bedroom to the living area instead. They are a high-quality leather and are very comfortable. I hardly watch TV in the living room since I am always on my laptop working so there isn't any "wear & tear".
