Very disappointed. First of all the website doesn\'t give very specific directions on where to pick it up. So, my toddler and I were out in the heat walking around trying to find the pick up location. Secondly, when we finally found it we read on the sign that it doesn\'t start until noon on Sunday\'s but the website says 11:00! We were there at 11:15 and was not about to wait til noon for it to come. So we had to walk all the way back in the heat to my car when I promised my little boy we would be going on a boat ride. Then we tried to ride the trolley but when we got to the pick up location in market street there was a sign saying that pick up location was not longer there!!! It had been moved to another location which again was not very specific on the map. So what was supposed to be a fun day for my little guy turned out to be a very hot and disappointing nightmare. I will never try The Woodlands transportation system again!

The kids made plans to eat at a nearby restaurant then take the cruiser to the Marriott for prom. When I called and discussed the plan with Lisa a few weeks before, (to make sure the cruisers would be running) she was SO NICE! After explaining my plan to drive there and pick them up to take them to the waterway, she offered to drive to the restaurant and pick them up for me, (I live a ways away), then take them to the cruiser that she had waiting! I had never before encountered a stranger to be so helpful and willing to go an extra mile to make sure the kids prom night was a successful and memorable night! They LOVED the cruiser, the beautiful ride, and, it made for a PERFECT entrance to their Prom! THANK YOU AGAIN LISA from me and all the kids! I would also like to add that since the prom was Memorial Day weekend and it would have ended up taking me forever to drive there, if I made it at all, due to the flooding ! You were REALLY a lifesaver!

Nope. It had left early and we sat there for 45 minutes before we figured out that they weren\'t just running late but that there were no more boats coming. I was extremely disappointed for the heartbroken kids and very upset that they wouldn\'t wait to leave when their info says last pick up is.

Waited for over an hour for a ride on the cruise. Two boats passed and saw the 5 of us waiting, neither boat was full! After 90 minutes gave up. Really sad that when new to the area can\'t enjoy something that helps show you around!

Very disappointed! Our boat basically zigzagged the retention pond. We never circled the mall. Pure waste of time and money. Why weren\'t we told if the ride was abbreviated? We asked numerous times and no one can explain. Free trolley was better, but still not what we expected.

It\'s obvious that, the driver was showing prejudice towards you all. Please do report him to the appropriate personnel. This is not tolerable!

Our Baby (1 year old) was crying a bit & when we boarded, the captain of the Ship was letting passengers go one by one after checking the ticket. He told us again (Not sure, why) Will you be able to keep the baby quiete. I will have to remove you people if baby cries again during the journey. Other family sitting next to us told him that baby is fine & we are fine as well. I asked him, if there is rule that we cannot travel with the baby & can he show us that. At that time, he became too rude & said, This is my Ship, I am the Captain & I make my own Rules. This was surprizing & we said, its better that we will get down now. He said, Yes please. I asked him whats his name & he mentioned \'Ken\'. This was the cruise departing at 08:30 PM from woodlands Mall on 06-Jun (Saturday). It ruined all our day. Seems like Ken had some problem with Kids or may be he was having a bad day but this doesnt justify his actions. We waited an hour with a baby and elderly person, and then the driver didn\'t even stop to pick us up at a clearly marked stop. If the driver of the cruiser felt that his boat was too full to pick us up, he needs to at least stop and let us know... Maybe let us know whether the next one is close behind... How do we know whether to wait another hour in he heat or whether that one will pass us by also? I\'m so upset!!!

Will the taxis be running during the week of Spring break? Or just on the week end? If that is so , I think The Woodlands is missing out on customers. Also the boats need to be on a schedule and then it needs to be posted. The boats are never on time and people leave in disgust.

I know you can get on it at the mall. Where else can you get on and off. For example, if I want to get off at a restaurant along the way can I? Or, if I want to board from a restaurant, can I?

We waited for 1.5 hrs. for the boat to arrive in the 101 heat. Not very enjoyable. The air units leaked all over the seats on boat. 1st time The Woodlands disappointed me.

I would like to see a schedule posted. My grandchildren would love to ride the taxi but I don't want to stand out in the sun for 45-60 min. waiting for the taxi. Pls. post the times the taxi stops at each of the primary locations, i.e. the Pavilion.

As a new resident, I'd like to see the water taxi serve a more vital function than just being a tourist ride. Why not have a regular schedule, running every 10-15 minutes all day, so that residents can use it as an alternative to driving to work, to lunch or for shopping. As it is, the boats just sit idle most of the time.

I tried to tip the boat driver but he said they can't accept tips due to state funding or some nonsense like that. He was a nice guy and entertained all of us on the boat of about 30 people on there. I think he deserved to be tipped....That is unfair

I rode the Water Taxi the other day, and I would call it more of a "water bus" It starts at the mall and does a round trip back to the Mall. The Tour was entertaining and informative going out to the pavillion but the ride back was a repeat of what we just saw going out. Why can't we take the taxis on the other side out to Lake Woodlands??
