Question: How are deed restrictions taken care of in The Woodlands?
Question:
How are deed restrictions taken care of in The Woodlands?
I live on Tealight Place and every day when I come home I have to pass a house that has a huge trailer parked in one driveway and trash cans left in front of the garage in the driveway next door to it? What can be done?
Answer:
Contact the Covenant Administration Department at The Woodlands Township office.
The Covenant Administration Department, run by Hennie van Rensburg, serves as the representative of the Residential Design and Review Committees, and provides services to residents and property owners of The Woodlands.
Call the main Township line, and ask for Covenant Administration:
Phone: 281-210-3800
They will be able to determine if there is a violation, and will be able to enforce the covenant guidelines.

I did not know there is Deed Restrictions in The Woodlands.
I was given a hand book when I bought my home on Covenants and I follow them.
You just have to keep your home and yard nice, easy right?
Yes, I am sad to say... they do not enforce the handbook covenants.
I have pictures, many...too many.
This is not The Woodlands I remember
