The Legends Sports Complex routinely operates adult Basketball Leagues for men ( and women ). You can find more information on their web site here:

There is also the Alodia Basketball League off of 2920 in Tomball, which is part of the Alodia Christian Athletic Association. Teams are formed and represent various churches. While not everyone on each team necessarily attends that church, they do sign up as a church team. More information can be found here:
