District 2:

On 09/15/11, Deputy Underwood conducted a traffic stop in the 25000 block of Interstate 45 feeder. At first the Deputy was given the wrong identifying information by the driver. However after being questioned further the driver admitted to the Deputy that he had a suspended license and warrants for his arrest. The 30 yoa male driver from Houston, was taken into custody for Failure to I.D. Fugitive, traffic warrants and Driving While License Invalid.

On 09/18/11, Dep. Ward responded to the intersection of S.H. 242 and Lexington Drive on a suspicious person. The Deputy made contact with the person and upon further investigation observed the subject to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The 27 yoa male from Highlands Texas, was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.

On 09/19/11, Deputy Meredith responded to a welfare check in the 8900 block of Research Forest Drive. The Deputy made contact with an adult male in the parking lot who showed signs of being under the influence of a unknown substance other than alcohol. The male stated to the Deputy that he takes pain medication for an older injury. After being checked by medical personnel the 37 yoa male from The Woodlands was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.

On 09/19/11, Deputy Ward responded to a welfare check in the 300 block of Rayford Road. The Deputy made contact with an adult male who showed signs of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The 46 yoa male from Conroe, was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.

On 09/20/11, Sgt. Russell responded to a disturbance on Cox Road. Upon arrival he spotted an adult female flee on foot to the rear of the residence. Upon further investigation and assistance from responding Deputies the female was located and determined to have assaulted her husband inside the residence. The 49 yoa female from Conroe, was taken into custody for Evading on foot and Assault (Family Violence).

On 09/20/11, Sgt. Russell and Deputy Zavorski were investigating a stabbing that occurred in the 25000 block of Interstate 45. Upon further investigation the deputies learned three males had assaulted the victim during a disturbance. The Deputies were able to quickly locate two of the actors who were identified by witnesses in the assault. A 24 yoa male and a 23 yoa male, both from Spring, were taken into custody for Aggravated Assault. The case is still being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division.

On 09/20/11, Dep. Fruge responded to the 25000 block of Interstate 45 for a recovery of a runaway juvenile investigation. The deputy learned that a 16 yoa female runaway was staying with a 21 yoa male in an apartment. Upon contacting both parties the female was recovered as a runaway juvenile and the male was taken into custody for Harboring a Runaway Juvenile. The case is still being investigated by the Criminal investigation Division.

District 6:

On September 19, 2011, Deputy Rodriguez responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands. It was reported that one of the suspects, had struck a loss prevention officer from Sears. Deputy Rodriguez located the first suspect, a 30-year-old female from Huntsville, walking in the parking lot. Deputy Byer located the second suspect, 27-year-old female from Huntsville. The suspects attempted to take $350.11 worth of merchandise from Sears. Both suspects were placed into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where they were charged with Theft.

On September 23, 2011, Deputy Conklin responded to a Disturbance in Progress call on New Trails. While en route to the scene, Dispatch advised the suspect had left the scene and provided vehicle information to the responding deputies. Deputy Herman located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop along with Deputy Conklin. The driver, 29-year-old male from Houston, was determined to be highly intoxicated and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While License Invalid, and Interfering with Public Duties. The suspect also received a citation for Assault Family Violence in reference to the original Disturbance call.

On September 23, 2011, Deputy Suarez was dispatched to Lake Robbins in reference to a Jail Transport call. Officer Ferrell had arrested a 36-year-old male from Alvin for Public Intoxication. Once at the jail, the suspect was found to have a marijuana cigarette in his shoe. The suspect was charged with Possession of Marijuana.

On September 23, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested a 51-year-old male from Flower Mound after observing the driver drive over a barricade. During the course of the contact, Deputy Conklin determined the driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested for Class B Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 24, 2011, Deputy Rodriguez observed a suspicious vehicle parked on Timberloch Place. Deputy Rodriguez made contact with the occupants, and requested identification from all occupants. A routine warrant check was conducted and one of the occupants, 28-year-old male from Houston, was found to have an active warrant for Failure to Pay Child Support. He was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 24, 2011, Deputy Wagner and Deputy Ansley assisted Deputy Hammons with a Felony Parole Warrant on Valerie Lane. The suspect, 69-year-old male from Spring, was located and placed into custody without incident.

On September 25, 2011, Deputy Frantz responded to an Attempt to locate call for a vehicle unable to maintain a single lane of traffic. Deputy Frantz located the vehicle near the intersection of FM 2978 and Woodlands Parkway, and conducted a traffic stop on said vehicle near Hardin Store Road. The driver, 48-year-old female from Deer Park, was placed into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, then transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
