The Woodlands Police Blotter for 09/07/2011:
District 2:
On August 20th 2011, Deputy Ward was dispatched to the 24700 block of IH-45N in reference to a
disturbance. Upon his arrival, he met with witness who directed him to a vehicle in the parking lot. The suspect, a White male from
Spring, was found to be sitting in the back seat of a parked vehicle. Upon speaking with the male, he was determined to be
intoxicated. He was
arrested for
Public Intoxication and transported to MCSO Jail.
On August 21st 2011, Sgt. Barber responded to a motor vehicle crash on SH-242 near Needham Rd. While speaking with one of the drivers involved in the crash, a white male from
Magnolia, Sgt. Barber determined that he was
intoxicated. It was also determined that the male had an outstanding
warrant. The male was
arrested for
Driving While Intoxicated (3rd or more), and the outstanding
warrant.
On August 24th 2011, Deputy Ward was traveling East on Rayford Rd. He observed a vehicle that he thought was associated with one of the subjects on Montgomery County’s Top 10 Most Wanted. Deputy Ward followed the vehicle and observed the driver, a white male from
The Woodlands, toss a clear baggie from the driver’s window. He initiated a
traffic stop and interviewed the driver. It was later determined that the baggie contained narcotics. The driver was
arrested for
Possession of a
Controlled Substance and transported to MCSO Jail.
On August 25th 2011, Deputy Sibille was dispatched to a
suspicious person call in the 32000 block of F.M. 2978. A white female from
Spring, was attempting to use a
credit card that did not belong to her. The clerk then called MCSO. Upon Deputy Sibille’s arrival, he met with the suspect exiting the store. During the interview, it was learned that the suspect had an outstanding
warrant through MCSO. She was
arrested under the
warrant and
credit card abuse. She was transported to MCSO Jail.
On August 26th 2011, Deputy Knight was on scene with another Deputy on a
traffic stop. During the stop, Deputy Knight observed a Hispanic male standing near the
traffic stop. The male from
The Woodlands asked the Deputies a question. While Deputy Knight was speaking with the male, he observed him to be
intoxicated. The male was
arrested for
Public Intoxication and transported to MCSO Jail.
On August 27th 2011, Sgt. Russell was dispatched to the 1200 block of Pruitt Rd. in reference to a
disturbance in progress involving family members. Upon his arrival and interviews, it was determined the
juvenile son was physically fighting with his parents. The
juvenile from
Spring, was
arrested for
criminal mischief and transported to MCSO
Juvenile.
On August 27th 2011, Deputy Reuvers was dispatched to an
assault family violence call on Park Ave. Upon his arrival and interviews, it was determined the white female from
Conroe, had
assaulted a family member. She was
arrested for
Assault Family Violence.
On August 30, Deputy J. Kader was notified of a threat call in the 11200 block of
Magnolia Bend Drive. The Deputy met with a female complainant who advised her son was
angry with her and had threatened to chop her up with an axe. The
17 year old male from
Conroe was located and
arrested at 3:41pm and transported to jail.
On August 31, Deputy A. Booher was in the area of I-45 and League Line Road conducting a search for a reckless driver. The Deputy observed a male and a female, who were
intoxicated, stumbling in the area. The male and female, both 19, each from
Conroe, were
arrested at 2:35am and transported to jail for
public intoxication.
A
29 year old male from
Conroe was
arrested at 7:19pm, August 31, and taken to jail from the 11700 block of FM 1484 by Sgt. P. Smith for a
burglary of a habitation bond revocation
warrant out of Robertson County
On September 1, Deputy S. Degner attempted to stop a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Hwy 105E and FM 1485. The vehicle
fled from the Deputy and was later stopped in the area of I-45 and Creighton Road. The
33 year old male was
arrested at 3:19am and charged with
evading,
DWI and a blue
warrant out of TDCJ. The male was transported to jail.
On September 1, Deputy S. Degner responded to Jeffcoat Road in reference to a
disturbance. The Deputy was advised a male had fired a shotgun from front door and the pellets struck a pickup truck with four people in it. The
47 year old male from
Conroe was
arrested at 7:02pm, charged with four counts of aggravated
assault with a deadly
weapon.
A
49 year old male from Sugarland was
arrested at 10:32pm, September 1, and taken to jail from Grangerland Road for a
DWI 3rd
warrant and a
family violence choking warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a
trespass call.
A
35 year old female from
Conroe was
arrested at 7:02pm, September 1, and taken to jail from the 2500 block of Jeffcoat by Deputy S. Degner for eight traffic warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a
disturbance. On September 3, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 12000 block of IH-45. The male driver was found to be
intoxicated. The 24 year oldfrom
Houston was
arrested at 12:26am, charged with
DWI and taken to jail.
A
35 year old male from
Conroe was
arrested at 4:52am, September 3, and taken to jail from the 11100 block of
Magnolia Bend by Deputy K. Berger for a parole violation
warrant out of TDCJ. The Deputy was investigating a
disturbance.
On September 3, Deputy A. Booher stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 15000 block of E. Powell. The
25 year old male driver from
Cleveland was found to be
intoxicated. The male was
arrested at 10:35pm, charged with
DWI and also a
DWI 2nd
warrant out of Montgomery County and taken to jail.
A
38 year old female from Willis was
arrested at 3:44am, September 4, and taken to jail from the 14200 block of E. Ravine Run by Deputy S. Squier for a
failure to appear warrant out of Montgomery County JP 3. The Deputy had received information on the female’s location.
On September 4th 2011, Deputy Knight was dispatched to an
Assault Family Violence call on Sawdust Rd. in
Spring. After arriving and meeting with the parties involved, Deputy Knight
arrested a white male from Montgomery. He was
arrested for
Assault Family Violence and transported to MCSO Jail.
On September 5th 2011, Deputy Fruge responded to a
Burglary in progress near Ester Drive. Upon his arrival, he gathered information from witnesses, which led him to the suspects. After speaking with the two white male suspects from
Spring, they were
arrested for
Burglary of a Habitation and transported to MCSO Jail and MCSO
Juvenile.
District 6:
On August 29, 2011, Deputy Weatherford responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands for a
Shoplifter in Custody call. The suspect,
28-year-old female from
The Woodlands, attempted to take approximately $246 of
merchandise from Macy’s Department Store. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On August 30, 2011, Deputy Lawless and Deputy Pierman were dispatched to a noise
disturbance call at 12000 Sawmill Road. During the course of the investigation, a
21-year-old male from
The Woodlands was
arrested and charged with
Possession of
Marijuana.
On August 31, 2011, Deputy Underwood
arrested a
30-year-old male from
Houston after a
traffic stop on College Park at St. Luke’s Way. The suspect was taken into custody for
Driving While License Invalid. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On August 31, 2011, Deputy Prince
arrested a
23-year-old male from
Conroe after a
traffic stop at I-45 and College Park Drive. The suspect was taken into custody after Deputy Prince’s investigation showed the suspect to be
intoxicated. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for
Reckless Driving and
Driving While Intoxicated.
On September 2, 2011, Deputy Miller responded to 10001 Woodlands Parkway for a
Shoplifter in Custody call. The suspect,
25-year-old female from
Magnolia, attempted to take approximately $30 worth of
merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with State Jail
Felony Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail after it was determined she had two
prior convictions for
Theft.
On September 3, 2011, Deputy O’Connor and Deputy Curtis responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands for two
Shoplifters in Custody call. The suspects, two17 year old females from
Spring, attempted to take approximately $244.92 of
merchandise from Sear’s Department Store. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On September 3, 2011, Deputy Miller responded to 10001 Woodlands Parkway for a
Shoplifter in Custody call. The suspect,
51-year-old female from Channelview, attempted to take approximately $53.99 worth of
merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with
Theft. The suspect was also booked on an outstanding
warrant for
Failure to Appear.
On September 3, 2011, Deputy Hammons conducted a
traffic stop at Kentwood and Glen Loch. During the course of the
traffic stop the driver, a
22-year-old male from
Houston, and passenger, a
22-year-old male from
Conroe, were both found to be in
possession of
marijuana. Charges were filed for
Possession of
Marijuana for both suspects. The passenger was also charged with
Possession of a
Controlled Substance, when he was found to have
Hydrocodone on his person. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On September 3, 2011, Deputy Weatherford responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands for a
Shoplifter in Custody call. The suspects, a
22-year-old male from San Diego and a
19-year-old female from
Spring, attempted to take approximately $200.98 worth of
merchandise from Sears Department Store. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On September 4, 2011, Deputy O’Connor
arrested a
32-year-old male from Willis for Violation of a Protective Order.
On September 5, 2011, Deputy Rascoe
arrested a
20-year-old male from
The Woodlands on an outstanding
warrant for
Assault Family Violence.
