District 2:
On February 2, 2011, Deputy Rosales responded to a
suspicious vehicle call at 740 Sawdust Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Rosales observed Trooper Pullen to be interviewing the driver of the vehicle. Deputy Rosales made contact with the passenger,
23-year-old female from
The Woodlands, and during the course of his interview, found that the suspect was getting high by huffing. Deputy Rosales contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges for Abuse of a Volatile Chemical were accepted. The suspect was transported and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 8, 2011, Deputy Swank was dispatched to an apartment at 25200 IH-45 in reference to an
intoxicated person. Upon arrival, Deputy Swank met with the suspect’s
mother, who stated that her daughter was
intoxicated and breaking things in the apartment. Deputy Swank made contact with the suspect,
20-year-old female, in an attempt to investigate whether she was indeed
intoxicated. The suspect had red glassy eyes,
slurred speech and emitted a strong odor of an
alcoholic beverage when she spoke. Deputy Swank
arrested the suspect for Minor in Consumption of
Alcohol and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 11, 2011, Deputy Zavorski responded to a
Family Violence call at 25469 Borough Park Drive. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant, who presented with multiple facial injuries. The suspect,
24-year-old male from
Spring, was located and charged with Class A
Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The complainant,
19-year-old female from
Spring, was found to be in
possession of 13 grams of
marijuana and was subsequently
arrested for
Possession of
Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 13, 2011, Deputy Zavorski responded to a
Disturbance at 345 Sawdust Road. The suspect,
30-year-old female from
Spring, was
intoxicated and refusing to leave. The suspect was located in the parking lot and exhibited poor balance, red glassy eyes,
slurred speech and emitted a strong odor of an
alcoholic beverage when she spoke. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail for
Public Intoxication.
District 6:
On February 7, 2011, MCSO aired a
Suspicious Person call in reference to a white male in a Chevy Corvette that pointed a
gun at a complainant. The Complainant advised that he observed an unfamiliar vehicle on the property and went to investigate. At this point, he saw a male
urinating on his property and told him to leave. The male then went to his vehicle. The complainant then approached the vehicle, and the driver,
60-year-old male from
Houston loaded a magazine into a rifle. The suspect then pointed the rifle at the complainant. The complainant called the Sheriff’s Office. The vehicle was stopped at Tamina @ IH45. While removing the passenger,
25 year old male from
Houston, the passenger made several obscene remarks and gestures to passing motorists. Deputy Ross contacted the on call Assistant District Attorney and the charge of Deadly Conduct was accepted on the driver and
Disorderly Conduct on the passenger.
2/7 – Deputy Hardin
arrested a
51-year-old female from Willis for
Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $547.11 of
merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On February 8, 2011, several deputies dispatched to a
disturbance at 1660 Lake Woodlands Drive. During the course of the investigation, Deputy Weatherford found that an
18-year-old male from
the Woodlands had a bag containing
marijuana, and several
Xanax bars. He was taken into custody for
Possession of a
Controlled Substance. Deputy Carson
arrested a
17-year- old male from
Conroe for
Public Intoxication and Deputy Godden
arrested a
17-year-old male from
The Woodlands for
Public Intoxication. All suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 10, 2011, while investigating a incident at 3040 College Park Drive, Deputy Koonce was notified of a
Criminal Mischief that had just occurred in the parking lot. The complainant stated that someone had shot his car window with a BB
gun, while he was driving through the parking lot. Witnesses stated that the actor,
19-year-old male from
The Woodlands, had left in a white vehicle and provided Deputy Koonce with the license plate. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and asked to return to the scene. Charges for
Criminal Mischief were accepted and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
2/10 – Deputy Prince
arrested three
21-year-old females from Huntsville for
Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $278.90 worth of clothes and jewelry from Macy’s. The suspects were all taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
2/11 - Deputy Prince
arrested three
16-year-old females from
Conroe for
Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $645.92 worth of clothes from Sears. Two of the suspects had additional charges after they were found to be in
Possession of
Marijuana. The suspects were all taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County
Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
2/11 - Deputy Prince
arrested three
16-year-old females from
Conroe for
Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $645.92 worth of clothes from Sears. Two of the suspects had additional charges after they were found to be in
Possession of
Marijuana. The suspects were all taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County
Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
2/12 – Deputy Weatherford
arrested 28-year-old female from New Caney for
Theft at 1100 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take a 32” Flat Screen Television valued at 369.99 from Target. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
On February 13, 2011, Deputy Prince observed a vehicle traveling south on Six Pines Drive well below the posted speed limit, and failing to maintain a single lane of travel. Deputy Prince initiated a
traffic stop and made contact with the driver,
40-year-old male from Santa Monica, California. The driver exhibited red glassy eyes, and had trouble maintaining his balance. After conducting the Standardized Field
Sobriety Tests, Deputy Prince determined that the suspect was not in control of his physical faculties due to consumption of alcoholic beverages. The suspect was taken into custody for
Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
On February 13, 2011, Deputy Dewey was dispatched to a
disturbance in progress at 3073 College Park Drive. The suspect,
20-year-old male from Huntsville, had been asked to leave the restaurant for using profane language. The suspect walked towards a vehicle that was attempting to leave and fell on it. When the driver exited the vehicle, the suspect hit the driver in the face with a closed fist. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Class A
Assault, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
