District 2:

On November 23, 2010, Deputy Swank and Deputy Jobe were dispatched to a Trespasser in Progress call on Macy Hills Ct. Upon arrival, Deputy Swank observed the trespasser, 40-year- old female from Tomball, standing on the front lawn. The homeowner stated the suspect had been banging on his door and refused to leave when asked to do so multiple times. He stated he wanted a Criminal Trespass Warning issued to her. After giving the suspect several opportunities to return to the vehicle, cooperate, and identify herself, Deputy Swank and Deputy Jobe attempted to take her into custody. At that point, she pushed the officers away and began to run. She was stopped a short distance away and arrested. Charges were accepted for Evading Arrest-Detention and Resisting Arrest. A citation was issued to the suspect for Failure to Identify. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On November 25, 2010, Deputy Rosales and Deputy Maldonado responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle call on FM 2978. The suspect, 34 year old male from Magnolia, was observed siphoning gas from several vehicles. After speaking with the property owner and confirming the suspect was not authorized to be on the property, he was taken into custody, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. The suspect was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 25, 2010, Sergeant Hammons was dispatched to an Attempt to Locate call of a possible intoxicated driver. An off duty Montgomery PD officer saw the driver and called dispatch to report the incident. The driver, 26-year-old male from Houston, had bloodshot, glassy eyes, slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 27, 2010, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to a Disturbance call on River Oaks Drive. Upon arrival observed several teenage males standing around a small fire drinking beer. Deputy Zavorski started identifying each of the males, when he found a clear plastic baggie containing marijuana. One of the males, 18 years old from Houston was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana. One of the other males, 19 years old from Conroe, was taken into custody for Furnishing Alcohol to Minors (5 counts) for providing the alcohol at the party. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 29, 2010, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to a Trespasser in Progress call, at a residence on Brookchase Drive. The complainant called the Sheriff’s Office stating that intoxicated male had charged through the front door and fell face first in the entry way. Deputy Zavorski proceeded to the residence and located the suspect, 49 year old male from Rice, MN, asleep on a recliner in the living room. The homeowner said the suspect was a nephew that was not allowed to be at that location. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Criminal Trespass, and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 6:

On November 22, 2010, Deputy Evans responded to the area of W. Montfair Blvd., in reference to a Welfare Check. Witness reported a female driving erratically and yelling obscenities at people. Deputy Evans arrived on scene and observed the suspect walking to her vehicle. As Deputy Evans approached the vehicle, she ran and jumped in and locked the door. The suspect refused multiple requests to step out of the vehicle and to identify herself. After a few minutes, the suspect started her vehicle and drove through a yard around Deputy Evans patrol vehicle. Deputy Aguilar, who was also responding to the scene, pursued the suspect 4 blocks where she pulled into her residence and ran into the house. She then proceeded to open the door, yell obscenities at the deputies, and then slam the door again. On one of these instances, Deputy Curtis was at the door when she opened it and she began striking him repeatedly until she was subdued. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for Evading Arrest or Detention and she was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Citations were issued for Failure to Identify to a Peace Officer and Assault by Contact.

11/22 – Deputy Salazar arrested 17 year old female from College Station for Theft at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect attempted to take $51.35 worth of merchandise from Wal- Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

11/22 - Deputy Cogdill arrested a 28 year old female from Conroe, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $59.40 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On November 24, 2010, Deputy Drake responded to a suspicious person/vehicle call on Trace Creek Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Drake located the vehicle and made contact with the driver. During the course of the investigation, the driver was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and heroin. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone, due to his being only 50 feet from a park. During the course of the investigation, officers were sent to the suspect’s residence off Havelock in Spring (District 2), where more narcotics (marijuana and methamphetamine) and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia were also located.

11/24 - Deputy Ward arrested a 20 year old female from Huntsville, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $108.44 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The second suspect, 19-year-old female from Huntsville received a citation for Theft, for the $11.48 worth of merchandise concealed in her purse. She was released at the scene.

On November 26, 2010, Deputy Weatherford, while patrolling the parking lot at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive, observed to males in the parking lot acting suspiciously. Upon making contact with the subjects, Deputy Weatherford noticed one of the subjects to have a strong odor of burnt marijuana emitting from his person. Further investigation found a baggie containing 4.7 grams of marijuana. The suspect, 17-year-old male from Spring, admitted that the marijuana was his. He was taken into custody, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The other subject was released at the scene.

11/26 – Deputy Weatherford arrested a 37-year-old female from Spring, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $444.00 worth of merchandise from J.C. Penny’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

11/26 – Deputy Weatherford arrested a 17-year-old female from Conroe, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $60.00 worth of merchandise from J.C. Penny’s. The suspect originally identified herself as being 15 years old. When advised that her identity would be confirmed when her parent arrived, she correctly identified herself by name and date of birth. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. A charge of Failure to Identify to a Peace Officer was added to the charges against her.
