District 2:

On October 1, 2010, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to Pruitt Road for a Family Violence. Upon arrival, he observed the complainant and the suspect arguing. The complainant stated that they had been arguing earlier in the day and she had a friend bring her home. A short while later, her boyfriend showed up and started banging on her door. When she would not open the door, he climbed over the balcony and began pounding on the sliding glass door until it broke. The suspect, Male 34 years old from Spring, was issued a citation for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

10/01 – Deputy Jobe arrested a 24 year old Male from Spring at 1025 Sawdust Road for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $27 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Due to prior convictions for Theft, charges were enhanced to a State Jail Felony.

10/01 – Deputy Pierman arrested a 17 year old Female from Houston at 1025 Sawdust Road for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $78.00 worth of merchandise from Wal- Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. A 16-year-old Female from Houston was released to family and Theft charges are pending for the $107.00 worth of merchandise she attempted to take from the store.

On October 2, 2010, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to FM 2978 in reference to an Intoxicated Driver. Upon arrival, he met with the reportee, who stated that he had followed the driver and observed him to be swerving across the lanes. Deputy Jobe made contact with the driver, Male 33 years old from Conroe, who was sitting in the driver’s seat with the vehicle running. The driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was unsteady on his feet. The driver was taken into custody charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On October 3, 2010, Deputy Swank and Deputy Maldonado were dispatched to Sawdust Road in reference to a witness that was following an intoxicated driver. The witness stated that the suspect had run into the back of his truck and struck a pole. Deputies Swank and Maldonado then made contact with the driver, Male 46 years old from The Woodlands. The driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was unsteady on his feet. Deputy Swank administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, but due to the driver’s level of intoxication, he was unable to perform the tests. The driver was taken into custody charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

District 6:

09/28 – Sgt. Jenkins arrested 27 year old Female for False Report to a Peace Officer. Sgt. Jenkins was patrolling the area of Sawdust and Sawmill Roads when he received a dispatch for an Attempt to Locate for a vehicle that struck a garage door, at 1475 Sawdust Road, and then fled the scene. Sgt. Jenkins located the vehicle and driver a short time later at the Valero at the corner of Sawdust and Sawmill Roads. The driver stated that someone had hit her vehicle and drove away. Multiple times during the investigation, the driver had the opportunity to correct her statements, but instead changed the story several times as to the location of her vehicle and the vehicle that supposedly hit her. The suspect was taken into custody, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

9/29 – Deputy Jones and Deputy Rosales conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Grogan’s Mill and Research Forest Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, the front passenger was found to be in possession of five white pills identified as Hydrocodone. The suspect, 34-year-old Female from Livingston, TX, was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Once out at the jail, a more extensive search was done and the suspect was found to have, concealed on her person, .11 oz. of marijuana and 2 grams (11 pieces) of cocaine. The suspect received an additional charge for Introduction of a Controlled Substance into a Correctional Facility.

10/01 – Deputy Ross arrested an 18 year old Female from The Woodlands at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $73.50 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

10/02 – Deputy Weatherford arrested a 16 year old Female from Spring at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $88 worth of merchandise (clothing and jewelry) from J.C. Penny’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

10/04 – Deputy Underwood observed a suspicious vehicle in the area of Many Pines and Woodlands Parkway. The driver stated they had been together driving and just stopped to sit and talk. Deputy Underwood saw white papers used for rolling cigarettes and marijuana. The driver, Female 18 years old from The Woodlands, gave Deputy Underwood two bags of marijuana that had been concealed. More marijuana and a bag with two white pills, identified as Vicodin, were located in her purse. She was taken into custody and charge with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Controlled Substance.
