District 2:

On September 20, 2010 at approximately 5:50 pm, Deputy Roberts and Deputy Maldonado were dispatched to a suspicious person call in the 15800 block of Old Conroe Magnolia Road. Upon arrival, they observed the suspect, 24-year-old White Male from Kingwood, walking in the roadway and unable to maintain a steady balance. Upon approaching the suspect, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was noticeable. For his safety, and others, he was taken into custody for Public Intoxication. During pat down search, 5 white tablets and 1 partial tablet were found of Xanax. Additional charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance were added and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 21, 2010 at approximately 10 pm, Deputy Swank observed a vehicle enter the main lanes of IH-45 and immediately cut across two lanes. Deputy Swank had to brake to avoid colliding with the vehicle. The vehicle then accelerated to 88 mph, in a 65 mph zone, and was observed weaving in his lane. Deputy Swank then initiated a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, 29-year-old White Male from Conroe, Deputy Swank notice the driver to have indications of intoxication. The driver was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On September 21, 2010 at approximately 10:30 pm, Deputy Hernandez was dispatched to the Legends Ranch Subdivision in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in Progress call. Upon arrival, Deputy Hernandez met with the complainant, who stated that he observed the suspect inside his vehicle when he was taking out his trash. The suspect took off running and the complainant chased. The suspect attacked him, tackling him to the ground, in an attempt to escape. A neighbor came to his aid and helped detain the suspect until Deputy Hernandez arrived. Deputy Hernandez arrested the s17 year old suspect charging him with Robbery.

On September 23, 2010 at 10 pm, Deputy Mitchell was dispatched to Llano River Loop in reference to a vehicle disturbance. Upon arrival, he met with several witnesses that stated the suspect vehicle was driving recklessly through the neighborhood, ran through their neighbor’s grass, and nearly hit a car on the street. Deputy Mitchell made contact with the driver, 27-year- old White Male from Conroe, who admitted to being the driver of the vehicle. Deputy Mitchell checked the driver’s information through dispatch and found that he had an open warrant. The suspect was taken into custody for the warrant (Failure to Appear) and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On September 27, 2010 at 10:30 pm, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress call on Hinsdale Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Zavorski observed to males shoving and wrestling each other in the driveway of the residence. Deputy Zavorski separated the two men and detained the aggressor, 33-year-old White male from Magnolia. The suspect was on medication, and had mixed alcohol with the medication and became very aggressive. The homeowner had hidden the suspect’s keys so the suspect could not leave in his intoxicated state. That is when the suspect became angry. The suspect was taken into custody for Assault by Contact and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

District 6:

9/15 – Deputy Harrison arrested a 45 year old White Female from Magnolia at 10001 Woodlands Parkway for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $94.78 worth of merchandise (2 Lobster Tails and 2 bottles of wine) from Walmart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 19, 2010, Deputy Underwood was conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Woodlands Parkway and Grogan’s Mill when he witnessed a vehicle traveling at 80 mph in a 45 mph zone. Deputy Underwood conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, 19- year-old Hispanic Male from The Woodlands. Upon making contact with the driver, Deputy Underwood could smell alcohol. During a pat down search incident to the detention, the suspect was found to have .6 grams of marijuana in the front pocket of his pants. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

9/19 – Deputy Pternitis arrested a 17 year old White Female from Berwick, Louisiana, at 3040 College Park Drive for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $104.00 worth of merchandise (clothing and jewelry) from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 20, 2010 Deputy Underwood arrested a 24-year-old White Male from Spring for Possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop on Glen Loch. The suspect was originally stopped for speeding, and a check on his driver’s license found it to be expired and suspended for failure to maintain insurance. The suspect was placed into custody for Driving with a Suspended License. A plastic bag containing marijuana was located in the center console of the vehicle. The suspect was charged with Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

9/23 – Deputy Ross arrest a 19-year-old Black Female from Houston at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspect attempted to take a $64.97 worth of merchandise (clothing) from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

9/26 – Deputy Conklin arrest a 19-year-old White Male from Tomball at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspect attempted to take $85.00 worth of merchandise (shoes) from Foot Locker. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
