District 2:

On August 29, 2010, Deputy Christensen was dispatched to a 911 Hang-up call on Sagewood. Upon arrival, she met with the complainant who stated that her son had knocked her cell phone from her hand when she tried to call for help during an argument. She then tried to use the house phone, and he ripped it out of the wall. Dep. Christensen made contact with the suspect, White Male 42 yrs old, who stated he was mad his mom who would not take him to buy drugs. Deputy Christensen contacted the District Attorney’s office and charges for Interference with an Emergency Telephone Call were accepted. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On August 30, 2010, Deputy Wakefield, while on Patrol in the Rayford Road area, observed to men soliciting money on the side of the roadway. Deputy Wakefield made contact with the two suspects, advising them to move to the other side of the roadway, out of traffic. At this time, both appeared as if they were following Deputy Wakefield’s orders, but as he pulled up and exited his vehicle, he observed the two suspects running in the opposite direction. Deputy Wakefield then turned his vehicle around and caught up with the two individuals, who were hiding in a restaurant. Charges were accepted for Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot. The suspects, Black Male 48 yrs old from Houston and Black Male 42 yrs old from Houston, were both transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

On August 31, 2010, Deputy Roberts and Deputy Maldonado were dispatched to 6119 FM 1488 in reference to a 27 year old White Female from Magnolia, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal approximately $114.74 in merchandise from Home Depot. The District Attorney’s Office was contacted and charges for Theft were accepted against the suspect. Due to her having two prior convictions for Theft, the charges were enhanced from a Class B Misdemeanor to a State Jail Felony. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 1, 2010, Deputy Mitchell was dispatched to 32858 FM 2978 in reference to a 63 year old White Female from Magnolia, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal approximately $254.83 in merchandise from Target. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 2, 2010, Deputy Roberts and Deputy Maldonado were dispatched to 1025 Sawdust Road in reference to a 19 year old White Female from Spring, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal approximately $73.26 in merchandise from Wal- Mart. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

District 6:

On August 30, 2010, Deputy Borchardt responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 26 year old Black Female from Spring, being detained for Employee Theft. The suspect had on multiple occasions, conducted fraudulent returns, placing refunds on gift cards, and then used the gift cards to conduct personal transactions for merchandise. During the course of the investigation, it was found that the suspect had conducted $718.38 in transactions from the Macy’s in the Woodlands Mall and another $1079.27 in transactions at a Macy’s in Harris County. Deputy Borchardt contacted the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Theft for the transactions in Montgomery County. Loss Prevention Officer was advised to contact the Harris County District Attorney’s Office regarding the charges in Harris County. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

8/30 – Deputy Neal responded to 3040 College Park Drive in reference to a 23 year old White Female from Willis and a 20 year old White Male from Wills, being detained for shoplifting. The suspects attempted to steal merchandise valued approximately $224.59. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On August 31, 2010, Deputy Pternitis arrested a 45 yr old White Male from Dripping Springs, TX after a traffic stop on N. Delta Mills Circle and Florian Court. The suspect, intentionally and knowingly, replaced the expired registration sticker on his Nissan with the current registration sticker from his Jeep. Deputy Pternitis contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Wrong Registration. The suspect was taken into custody, and transported to the South Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 1, 2010, Deputy Uber was on patrol in the area of 10600 Six Pines when he observed a red Saturn vehicle parked in between the apartment complex and the parking lot, not in a parking space. There were two males standing next to the vehicle and one sitting in the rear passenger side with the door open. Deputy Uber made contact with the subjects and after receiving their identification, recognized one of the subjects to be the suspect in a Crimestoppers tip regarding drug sales at a nearby park. During the course of his investigation one of the subjects, White Male 19 yrs old from The Woodlands, was found to be in possession of .02 ounces of marijuana. He was taken into custody and transported to the South Montgomery County Jail without incident.

9/1 – Deputy Koonce responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 17 year old White Female from The Woodlands, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal approximately $181.00 in merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On September 3, 2010, Deputy Drake was dispatched to a location on Hawksbill Place in reference to a Liquor Violation. Upon arrival, Deputy Drake heard loud music coming from the backyard and proceeded around the side of the house. As he turned around the corner of the house, a juvenile male came out the door, and upon noticing Deputy Drake, yelled to everyone to run. At that time, Deputy Drake observed 40-50 juveniles dropping drinks and running either into the house or over the fence to flee from him. At that time, the homeowner, White Female 46 years old, exited the house and asked him what he was doing there. After explaining that the Sheriff’s Department had received complaints regarding underage drinking and noise, Deputy Drake inquired how the juveniles obtained the alcoholic beverages on scene. The homeowner stated that she provided it for her son’s birthday party. Deputy Drake contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
