District 2:

On August 19, 2010 at approximately 3 p.m., Deputy Roberts was dispatched to 25650 I-45 N. in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant and the reportee, who stated that the suspect, Black Male 25 yrs old, had hit the complainant in the mouth during an argument. The complainant had visible swelling to her upper lip. Deputy Roberts contacted the District Attorney's office with the case information and charges were accepted for class A Assault Family Violence. The suspect was located, taken into custody, transported, and booked into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On August 20, 2010 at approximately 2:30 a.m., Deputy Hernandez conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was traveling 57 mph in a posted 45 mph zone on Rayford Road. Deputy Hernandez made contact with the driver, White Female 21 years old from Conroe, who gave indications of being intoxicated. When asked where she was coming from, she replied she just left a bar on Rayford Road. The suspect was unsteady on her feet and appeared as if she was going to fall several times during the interview. After conducting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, it was determined that the driver was intoxicated and she was taken into custody.

On August 23, 2010 at approximately 5 a.m., Deputies were dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress call at 2107 Sawdust Road. Upon arrival Deputy Jobe met with the witness who stated that she and her husband heard a disturbance in the upstairs apartment and went to check on the girl living there. They knocked several times before the suspect, White Male 24 years old from Salem, MO, answered the door and he was covered in blood. The suspect left. The witness found the complainant in the master bedroom. She had been beaten with a baseball bat and choked. She was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital for treatment and evaluation. While Deputy Jobe was meeting with the complainant, the suspect returned to the scene and turned himself in to Deputy Hernandez. The suspect was arrested and with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault Family Violence-Choking.

District 6:

8/11 – Deputy Ross responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 31 year old Black Female from Houston, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal approximately $133.75 in merchandise from Macy's. The suspect was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The suspect was also booked on an outstanding warrant for Theft.

On August 15, 2010, Deputy Borchardt was dispatched to the area of Timberloch Place and Six Pines in reference to an Intoxicated Driver. The reportee was following the vehicle and observed it sideswipe a retaining wall, almost run an 18-wheeler off the road, drive on the median, drive on the wrong side of the road and run a red light. After Deputy Borchardt and Deputy Underwood located the vehicle, a traffic stop was conducted, in the area of Gosling and Research Forest. The driver, Black Male 40 yrs old was from Conroe. After conducting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, it was determined that the driver was intoxicated and he was taken into custody. The driver's two children in the car were released to their mother.

8/17 – Deputy Houstoun responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 19 year old White Male from Spring, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect, who was also an employee of Macy's, attempted to steal approximately $617.90 in merchandise from Macy's. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

8/17 – Deputy Houstoun responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 14 yr old White Female from Elkhart, TX, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal merchandise valued at approximately $25.00 from The Icing, $38.00 from Abercrombie & Fitch, and $51.50 from Hollister. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe.

On August 18, 2010, Deputy Veith was dispatched to a residence on Panther Creek in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant who stated that the suspect, Black Female 15 yrs old, was being belligerent with her and destroying property in the home. Deputy Veith observed several broken items, including chairs, CD player and holes that had been kicked in the wall. Deputy Veith arrested the suspect for Criminal Mischief and she was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.

8/18 – Deputy Houstoun responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 16 yr old Black Female from Spring, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal merchandise valued at approximately $75.00 from Macy's. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe.

8/19 - Deputy Rizk responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 16 yr old White Male from Spring, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal merchandise valued at approximately $54.00 from Hollister. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe.
