| Oct 4, 2011: |
On October 4, 2011, Deputy Evans arrested a 51-year-old female from The Woodlands, for Criminal Trespass after she returned to a residence where she had been evicted. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Sep 1, 2011: |
A 49 year old male from Sugarland was arrested at 10:32pm, September 1, and taken to jail from Grangerland Road for a DWI 3rd warrant and a family violence choking warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a trespass call.

| Aug 13, 2011: |
On 08-13-11 Deputy Mckee responded to an address in Spring on a Criminal Trespass. Upon arrival, Deputies located a 22 yoa male from Houston hiding under the back porch. It was learned that two males had walked into the homeowner’s residence. The homeowner dialed 911 and the males fled. The male that was detained was arrested for Criminal Trespass of a Habitation. The second suspect has not been identified or arrested.

On 08-13-11 Deputy Fruge responded to an address in Spring on a disturbance. Upon arrival, the homeowner stated a male had entered his home without his permission. The 22 yoa male from Spring was arrested for Criminal Trespass.

| Aug 12, 2011: |
On August 12th 2011, Deputy Underwood was dispatched to a trespasser call in the 24800 block of I-45N. The suspect fled the scene before deputies arrived. Deputies found the suspect in the lobby of a nearby motel. The suspect was wanted on a parole warrant. The male was placed under arrested for the outstanding warrant, and was transported to MCSO Jail.

| Jul 31, 2011: |
On July 31st 2011, Dep. Reuvers responded to a report of a trespasser on Riley Fuzzel Road where he met a 34 year old male from Spring. The male was found to have two outstanding warrants and was taken into custody for those warrants.

| Jul 2, 2011: |
On 07/02/11, Deputy Martin observed suspicious individuals at 1201 Lake Woodlands. While conducting an investigation, Deputy Martin found that the two males had drug paraphernalia. Citations were issued and a 17 year old male was arrested for Criminal Trespass.

| Jan 10, 2011: |
On January 10, 2011, Deputy Hollan and Deputy Weatherford were dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a Criminal Trespass. Mall Security Officers reported that they found the suspect, 19-year-old male from The Woodlands, on the roof of the Mall. The suspect stated he had climbed over a gate to gain access to the roof. The gate is clearly marked “No Unauthorized Personnel.” The suspect was taken into custody for Criminal Trespassing. During a search of the suspect, incident to the arrest, he was found to be in possession of marijuana. Additional charges for Possession of Marijuana were added, and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Dec 10, 2010: |
On December 10, 2010, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to 2911 Rayford Road in reference to an Assault and Criminal Trespass. Upon arrival, Deputy Fruge met with the store manager and was informed that the suspect had recently been fired and told, on multiple occasions told not to return. The suspect and a friend, both 19-year-old males from Spring, came into the McDonalds and the suspect began cussing at one of the employees, and then threw a handful of change at him when paying for a drink. The suspect was detained for Assault and Criminal Trespassing. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The friend of the suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear. He was also transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Nov 29, 2010: |
On November 29, 2010, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to a Trespasser in Progress call, at a residence on Brookchase Drive. The complainant called the Sheriff’s Office stating that intoxicated male had charged through the front door and fell face first in the entry way. Deputy Zavorski proceeded to the residence and located the suspect, 49 year old male from Rice, MN, asleep on a recliner in the living room. The homeowner said the suspect was a nephew that was not allowed to be at that location. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Criminal Trespass, and taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Nov 23, 2010: |
On November 23, 2010, Deputy Swank and Deputy Jobe were dispatched to a Trespasser in Progress call on Macy Hills Ct. Upon arrival, Deputy Swank observed the trespasser, 40-year- old female from Tomball, standing on the front lawn. The homeowner stated the suspect had been banging on his door and refused to leave when asked to do so multiple times. He stated he wanted a Criminal Trespass Warning issued to her. After giving the suspect several opportunities to return to the vehicle, cooperate, and identify herself, Deputy Swank and Deputy Jobe attempted to take her into custody. At that point, she pushed the officers away and began to run. She was stopped a short distance away and arrested. Charges were accepted for Evading Arrest-Detention and Resisting Arrest. A citation was issued to the suspect for Failure to Identify. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Sep 17, 2010: |
On September 17, 2010, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to 1025 Sawdust Road in reference to a Criminal Trespass complaint. The store manager stated that the suspects in question had received a Criminal Trespass Warning from their store in Conroe, and that the Warning was issued for all locations. The suspects, a 20 yr old Black Female from Conroe and a 22 yr old Black Female from Willis, were at the customer service booth attempting to return merchandise for cash. Deputy Fruge made contact with both suspects and contacted the District Attorney’s office regarding the incident. Charges were accepted on both suspects for Criminal Trespassing and they were both transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Aug 21, 2010: |
On August 21, 2010, Sergeant Gonzales and CSI Wallace were working an approved extra job at 305 Sawdust Road. At approximately 2 am, while directing all the patrons out of the building due to closing, CSI Wallace noticed a, White Female 20 yrs old from Houston, subject refusing to leave. After repeatedly asking and then demanding the suspect to leave, the suspect swung at CSI Wallace’s face and head striking him several times. At that time, the suspect was placed into custody charged with Criminal Trespass (for refusing to leave), Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest. While CSI Wallace was struggling with and handcuffing the suspect, the suspect’s husband, White Male 24 yrs old from Houston, attempted to intervene and was detained by Sergeant Gonzales. He was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the location, and charged with Interfering with the Duties of Public Servant. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

8/11 – Deputy Ross responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 31 year old Black Female from Houston, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal approximately $133.75 in merchandise from Macy's. The suspect was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The suspect was also booked on an outstanding warrant for Theft.

| Jul 28, 2010: |
On July 28, a deputy responded to a shoplifter in custody call at Wal-Mart. Upon arrival, the deputy located one of the suspects in the parking lot. After a brief chase, he was able to detain the suspect, a 22-year-old black female from Conroe, and returned her to the store. The other suspect, a 48-year-old black female from Sacramento, Calif., was also detained and returned to the store. Loss prevention officers recovered 20 items valued at $424.42. Both suspects were charged with theft. The younger suspect was also charged with criminal trespass and evading on foot. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Jul 27, 2010: |
On July 27 at approximately 1:30 a.m., a sergeant responded to a criminal trespass call at 305 Sawdust Road. Upon arrival, he met with the manager who stated that the suspect, a 22-year-old white male from Spring, was inside and that they had an active criminal trespass warning filed against him. The sergeant went inside to speak with the suspect. When the suspect saw the sergeant, he turned and started to walk away. The sergeant then made contact with him and asked him to step outside. Once outside, the sergeant verified his identification and was informed, by dispatch, that there was a warning on file for that suspect for that location. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
