On October 7, 2011, Deputy Prince, conducted a traffic stop at Six Pines and Woodlands Parkway. The driver, 25-year-old male from Waxahachie, was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On October 5, 2011, Deputy Ortiz arrested a 37-year-old male from Spring after conducting a traffic stop for an Expired Registration. During the course of the traffic stop, the suspect was found to have an invalid driver’s license. The driver was charged with Driving While License Invalid and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On October 4, 2011, Deputy Eisenmenger arrested a 29-year-old male from Shenandoah after a traffic stop on Six Pines and Research Forest. The suspect was found to have a suspended license and this was his second offense. Charges were filed for Driving While License Invalid and the suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

On October 4, 2011, Deputy Prince assisted Deputy Miller in a traffic stop for a vehicle speeding on Woodlands Parkway. During the course of the traffic stop, the suspect, a 35-year-old female from Tomball, was found to be intoxicated. She was placed into custody, charged with Driving While Intoxicated (3rd or more), and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Sep 25, 2011: |
On September 25, 2011, Deputy Frantz responded to an Attempt to locate call for a vehicle unable to maintain a single lane of traffic. Deputy Frantz located the vehicle near the intersection of FM 2978 and Woodlands Parkway, and conducted a traffic stop on said vehicle near Hardin Store Road. The driver, 48-year-old female from Deer Park, was placed into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, then transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Sep 23, 2011: |
On September 23, 2011, Deputy Conklin responded to a Disturbance in Progress call on New Trails. While en route to the scene, Dispatch advised the suspect had left the scene and provided vehicle information to the responding deputies. Deputy Herman located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop along with Deputy Conklin. The driver, 29-year-old male from Houston, was determined to be highly intoxicated and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While License Invalid, and Interfering with Public Duties. The suspect also received a citation for Assault Family Violence in reference to the original Disturbance call.

On 09/15/11, Deputy Underwood conducted a traffic stop in the 25000 block of Interstate 45 feeder. At first the Deputy was given the wrong identifying information by the driver. However after being questioned further the driver admitted to the Deputy that he had a suspended license and warrants for his arrest. The 30 yoa male driver from Houston, was taken into custody for Failure to I.D. Fugitive, traffic warrants and Driving While License Invalid.

| Sep 12, 2011: |
On September 12, 2011, Deputy Runnels conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for no rear lights. Deputy Runnels then made contact with the driver who was identified as a 29-year-old male from Spring. During the course of the traffic stop, Deputy Runnels obtained consent to search the vehicle. During the search, several syringe caps and zip lock baggies were found in the passenger area of the car. While searching the car the suspect advised Deputy Runnels that there was a level 2 bulletproof vest in the trunk. Deputy Runnels retrieved the bulletproof vest from the trunk. A Criminal History Background Check was performed on the suspect, and it was found that he was a previously convicted felon. The District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted charges of Unlawful Possession of Body Armor by Felon (F3).

On September 10, 2011, Deputy Runnels arrested a 33-year-old male from Spring, after a traffic stop on Kuykendahl Road. The suspect was found to have a suspended license and was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid.

On September 8, 2011 at approximately 1640 hours, Deputy K. Christensen and Sgt. West were dispatched to an Indecent Exposure in progress in the parking lot of the Randall’s Grocery Store located in the Panther Creek Shopping Center. The suspect, a 42-year-old male from California, was located and a traffic stop was conducted. The suspect was subsequently arrested for Indecent Exposure.

| Sep 7, 2011: |
On September 7th, Deputy Wakefield was dispatched to the 26000 block of Interstate 45, in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Reportedly, a complainant heard the sound of shattering glass in the area of his parked vehicle. Upon going outside to investigate, he witnessed several males leaving the parking lot in a motor vehicle, in a hurried manner, next to where his vehicle was parked. He discovered his vehicles window had been shattered out. The complainant was able to give a description of the fleeing vehicle. A local police department was able to stop the vehicle on traffic. Upon the completion of Deputy Wakefield’s investigation, it was discovered that not only did the reported actors vandalize the complainant’s car, but were in possession of property that they had just stolen in several other car burglaries, in the same area. Two 18 year old males from Conroe, and a 17 year old male from Conroe were arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. All three males were transported to jail without incident.

On September 6, 2011, Deputy Prince conducted a traffic stop on SH 242. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, 44 year old male from Willis, was found to be intoxicated and was then taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On September 5, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 35-year-old male, from Houston, after a traffic stop on Waterway and Timberloch. During the course of the traffic stop, Deputy Prince found the suspect to be intoxicated and subsequently arrested him for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While License Suspended.

On September 3, 2011, Deputy Hammons conducted a traffic stop at Kentwood and Glen Loch. During the course of the traffic stop the driver, a 22-year-old male from Houston, and passenger, a 22-year-old male from Conroe, were both found to be in possession of marijuana. Charges were filed for Possession of Marijuana for both suspects. The passenger was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, when he was found to have Hydrocodone on his person. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On September 3, Deputy A. Booher stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 15000 block of E. Powell. The 25 year old male driver from Cleveland was found to be intoxicated. The male was arrested at 10:35pm, charged with DWI and also a DWI 2nd warrant out of Montgomery County and taken to jail.

A 35 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 7:02pm, September 1, and taken to jail from the 2500 block of Jeffcoat by Deputy S. Degner for eight traffic warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. On September 3, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 12000 block of IH-45. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 24 year oldfrom Houston was arrested at 12:26am, charged with DWI and taken to jail.

On September 1, Deputy S. Degner attempted to stop a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Hwy 105E and FM 1485. The vehicle fled from the Deputy and was later stopped in the area of I-45 and Creighton Road. The 33 year old male was arrested at 3:19am and charged with evading, DWI and a blue warrant out of TDCJ. The male was transported to jail.

On August 31, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 23-year-old male from Conroe after a traffic stop at I-45 and College Park Drive. The suspect was taken into custody after Deputy Prince’s investigation showed the suspect to be intoxicated. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for Reckless Driving and Driving While Intoxicated.

On August 31, 2011, Deputy Underwood arrested a 30-year-old male from Houston after a traffic stop on College Park at St. Luke’s Way. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On August 27, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 27-year-old male from Houston for Driving While Intoxicated after conducting a Traffic Stop to check the welfare of the passenger whom it appeared was being restrained by the suspect. The suspect was also found to be driving with a suspended license and was additionally charged with Driving While License Suspended.

On August 26th 2011, Deputy Knight was on scene with another Deputy on a traffic stop. During the stop, Deputy Knight observed a Hispanic male standing near the traffic stop. The male from The Woodlands asked the Deputies a question. While Deputy Knight was speaking with the male, he observed him to be intoxicated. The male was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to MCSO Jail.

On August 26, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 21-year-old male from Spring after conducting a traffic stop on Six Pines. The suspect was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On August 25, 2011, Deputy Eisenmenger and Deputy Herman arrested a 46-year-old female from Spring for an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop on South Panther Creek and Woodstock Circle.

| Aug 24, 2011: |
On August 24th 2011, Deputy Ward was traveling East on Rayford Rd. He observed a vehicle that he thought was associated with one of the subjects on Montgomery County’s Top 10 Most Wanted. Deputy Ward followed the vehicle and observed the driver, a white male from The Woodlands, toss a clear baggie from the driver’s window. He initiated a traffic stop and interviewed the driver. It was later determined that the baggie contained narcotics. The driver was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to MCSO Jail.

On August 24th Deputy Ward conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 blk. of Rayford Road. Deputy Ward observed the driver toss a clear plastic baggie out of the vehicles driver side window before coming to a stop. The driver was detained as the baggie was located and was found to contain several pills listed as controlled substances. The driver, a 25 yoa male from Spring, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

On August 23, 2011, Deputy Eisenmenger and Deputy Herman arrested a 22-year-old female from Conroe after a traffic stop on Glen Loch and Tanglebrush. During the course of the traffic stop investigation, it was found that the driver was intoxicated. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On August 21st Sergeant Barber was dispatched to a traffic collision on S.H. 242 near Lexington Drive. Upon his investigation, it was learned that one driver had an outstanding felony warrant. After the driver was treated at a local hospital, the 28 yoa male from Spring, was arrested for the warrant.

On August 21, 2011, Deputy Prince conducted a traffic stop on the service road of Interstate 45 near Lake Robbins. During the course of the stop, Deputy Prince concluded that the driver, a 24- year-old male from Houston, was intoxicated. The driver was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On August 20, 2011, Deputy Weatherford was flagged down, by a store manager, in the parking lot of 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive and advised of a Theft. The suspects, a 20-year-old female and two 19-year-old females from Houston, attempted to take $1,332.18 worth of merchandise from Forever 21 Department Store. Two of the suspects had taken the merchandise and ran out of the store and got into a vehicle driven by the third suspect. Deputy Weatherford was able to stop the vehicle. The suspects were all charged with Theft, the driver was also charged with Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle.

On August 20, 2011, Deputy Prince conducted a traffic stop on the service road of Interstate 45. During the course of the stop, Deputy Prince concluded that the driver, a 51-year-old male from Spring, was intoxicated. The driver was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On August 19, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 22-year-old female from Conroe for Driving While Intoxicated after stopping to assist Deputy Suarez with a traffic stop on Timberloch. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On August 19, 2011, Deputy Eisenmenger and Deputy Herman conducted a traffic stop on Panther Creek near Glen Loch. During the traffic stop, Deputy Eisenmenger determined that the driver, a 24-year-old male from Porter, had an invalid driver’s license and was unable to provide proof of insurance. The driver was arrested for Driving While License Invalid (two prior convictions) and was taken to the Montgomery County Jail.

The suspect was found to have an invalid driver’s license, expired vehicle registration and no insurance. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While License Invalid and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On July 21st 2011, Dep. Jobe was patrolling Rayford Road when a vehicle swerved into his lane. Dep. Jobe conducted a traffic stop and the 26 year old male driver from The Woodlands, smelled of an alcoholic beverage and had slurred speech and blood shot eyes. Further sobriety tests determined the driver to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for DWI.

On July 14, 2011, Sr. Sergeant Russell conducted a traffic stop on Sawdust Road. The driver, 24-year-old male from Houston, was found to have a suspended license and prior convictions for Driving While License Suspended. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The suspect had one $100 bill and two $50 bills that were counterfeit. Three additional charges were added for Felony Forgery.

On July 9, 2011, while on patrol in the area of Sawdust and Budde Road, Sergeant Barber observed a vehicle swerving badly and driving into the oncoming lane of traffic. Sgt. Barber conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the driver, 30-year-old female from Spring. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On July 9, 2011, Deputy Underwood was dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress. Upon arrival, Deputy Underwood observed the suspect, 42-year-old male from Crosby, chasing several people in a highly aggressive manner. When Deputy Underwood approached and ordered the suspect to stop the suspect then ran towards an apartment in an effort to get away. Deputy Underwood ordered the suspect to stop several times before being able to force the suspect to the ground and arrest him.

On July 8, 2011, Deputy Prince responded with Deputy Uber to a Welfare Check on Grogan’s Mill and Mill Park Drive. The suspect vehicle was reported to be partially blocking traffic on Grogan’s Mill. The suspect, 37-year-old male from The Woodlands, was found passed out behind the wheel. After being checked out by emergency medical services, the suspect agreed to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. At the conclusion of the tests, the suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On July 7, 2011, Deputy Prince, arrested a 35 year old female from Spring, after a traffic stop on Six Pines Drive. Upon approach the vehicle, Deputy Prince noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. The suspect had a difficult time maintaining her balance during the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and demonstrated multiple clues for intoxication. At the conclusion of the tests, the suspect was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On July 7, 2011, Sergeant Sumrall, while on patrol on Woodlands Parkway near Water Way Avenue, observed a silver passenger car traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle swerved onto the shoulder twice, then crossed two lanes of traffic abruptly to make a left hand turn. The 39-year-old male from Spring was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Jul 6, 2011: |
On July 6, 2011, Deputy Knight and Deputy Miller were dispatched to a Disturbance at the Taco Bell on Sawdust Road. Two suspects, a 19-year-old female and 20 year old male, both from Conroe, had been inside the restraint screaming and cursing at employees. The female suspect left and pulled her car into the drive thru lane and refused to move. The female suspect was belligerent and hostile towards deputies and continued to curse. The suspect began spitting and kicking in the car. The male suspect approached deputies and refused to comply with orders not to interfere. The male was taken into custody for Interference with Public Duties. The female suspect was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Marijuana. Both were taken to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

| Jul 2, 2011: |
On 07/02/11, Deputy Marshall was working traffic detail in the 4700 block of West Panther Creek when she observed a green Honda passenger car run a red light. The vehicle was stopped and the male driver, a 19 year old Shenandoah resident fled on foot. Follow up investigation on the male showed that his license was suspended. On 07/04/11 the male was booked on Evading Arrest and Driving While License Suspended after the deputy obtained a warrant.

| Jun 23, 2011: |
On 06/23/11, Deputy Martin received information in reference to the sale of narcotics. A traffic stop was made on the vehicle. Narcotics were found inside the vehicle. The information gathered was used to obtain a search warrant for a nearby residence. The search warrant was served and Methamphetamine, Cocaine and Ecstasy were seized. Two people were arrested and one was on parole.

| Apr 1, 2011: |
On April 1, 2011, Sergeant Sumrall was patrolling on Woodlands Parkway and attempting to catch up with a vehicle when a silver Lexus passed him going in excess of 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. The vehicle also changed lanes without signaling. Sergeant Sumrall conducted a traffic stop at that time. Upon making contact with the driver, 47-year-old male from The Woodlands, he noticed that the driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, bloodshot red watery eyes, and slurred speech. After performing poorly on the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was taken into custody, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Mar 30, 2011: |
On March 30, 2011, Lt. Fitzgerald was patrolling the area of Woodlands Parkway near Gosling when dispatch aired an attempt to locate on a possible intoxicated driver. Lt. Fitzgerald located the vehicle and observed the driver to swerve between lanes of travel and the shoulder, and unable to maintain a constant speed. At that time, he conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, 36-year-old male from Magnolia. The driver was visibly shaking, displaying poor coordination and performed poorly on the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The driver was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

| Mar 29, 2011: |
3/29 – Deputy Armstrong arrested a 35-year-old female and 26-year-old female, both from Houston, for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspects took $254 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspects were later apprehended during a traffic stop and the merchandise was recovered. Both suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges against the 26-year-old suspect were upgraded to a State Jail Felony due to two prior convictions.

On March 29, 2011, Senior Sergeant Russell arrested a 55-year-old male from Magnolia, after a traffic stop on FM 2978 near Research Forest. Senior Sergeant Russell observed a pistol on the floor between the seat and door. The driver explained that he did have a concealed carry permit for the weapon. While speaking with the driver, Senior Sergeant Russell detected the smell of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. The driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon-License Holder and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 26, 2011, Deputy Curtis arrested an 18-year-old male from The Woodlands after a traffic stop for speeding on Flintridge at Falconwing. During the course of the traffic stop, the suspect was found to be in possession of 1.8 grams of marijuana. The suspect was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On March 26, 2011, Deputy Ortiz arrested a 54-year-old female from The Woodlands after conducting a traffic stop on Panther Creek. The suspect was observed turning eastbound into the westbound lanes of traffic. The suspect had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath, bloodshot glassy eyes, and slurred speech. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Deputy Ortiz contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident.

On March 16, 2011, Senior Sergeant Russell observed a vehicle traveling at 80-85 mph on IH-45 North. Senior Sergeant Russell conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, 21- year-old male from The Woodlands, who stated that he was headed home from a friend’s house. The driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, and after a poor performance on the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, was taken into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On March 16, 2011, Senior Sergeant Russell arrested a 24-year-old male after a traffic stop on IH-45. During the course of the traffic stop, it was found that the driver had two suspensions on his license. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Driving While License Invalid, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 15, 2011, Deputy Epperson arrested 20-year-old male from Conroe after a traffic stop for speeding (60 mph in a 30 mph zone) on Donwick Drive. The suspect was found to have a suspended license and prior convictions for driving while license suspended. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Driving While License Invalid, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Mar 14, 2011: |
On March 14, 2011, Deputy Zavorski responded to a Disturbance in the Creekside Village subdivision. The suspects, 34 year old male and 28 year old female from Spring, were arguing and then seen getting into separate vehicles and chasing each other through the subdivision. Deputy Zavorski located the vehicles and attempted to conduct a traffic stop at which time the first vehicle cut through a parking lot to evade. The second vehicle followed Deputy Zavorski while he pursued the first vehicle. The male suspect continued to evade until he reached the Briarcrest Apartments where he fled on foot. The female suspect did not want to pursue charges, but when she left she continued to drive around the area. A short time later the male suspect was located and detained for Evading in a Motor Vehicle. The female suspect returned blocking officer’s vehicles and demanding they release the vehicle to her. She was taken into custody, charged with Interference with Public Duties. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Mar 11, 2011: |
On March 11, 2011, Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to a Theft in progress at 4545 S. Panther Creek Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Ortiz met with the complainant stated she heard a loud crash and then her car alarm activate. The complainant observed two suspects burglarize her vehicle and drive away. The suspects, 27-year-old male from Houston and a 30-year-old Male from Splendora, were stopped a short time later by a Shenandoah PD officer for a traffic stop. The complainant was able to identify them as the people who broke into her vehicle. Deputy Ortiz contacted the District Attorney’s Office, charges for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle were accepted, and both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 8, 2011, Deputy Rodriguez arrested a 26-year-old male from Magnolia after a traffic stop on Golden Shadow. The suspect was found to be in possession of marijuana. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail for Possession of Marijuana. The suspect also received a citation for expired Registration and Inspection Stickers.

| Mar 8, 2011: |
On March 8, 2011, Deputy Jobe observed a motorcycle swerving across multiple lanes on Rayford Road. As Deputy Jobe approached the motorcycle to conduct a traffic stop, the motorcycle sped off at approximately 70 mph. The motorcycle finally pulled over in the 900 block of Rayford Road. The suspect was found to have nine active suspensions on his license and no insurance for the vehicle he was driving. On March 1, 2011, Sr. Sgt. Herring was working traffic enforcement on Maple Branch when he conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle with an expired inspection certificate. As he approached the vehicle, a strong odor of burnt marijuana was emitting from the vehicle. During his interview of the driver 20-year-old female from The Woodlands and her passengers, 19-year-old male from The Woodlands and 21-year-old male from Spring, it was found that all three had various amounts of marijuana throughout the vehicle. All suspects were taken into custody, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Possession of Marijuana. Two of the suspects were also charged with Possession of Narcotics Paraphernalia.

On February 28, 2011, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to a residence on Canyon cross for a Family Violence call in progress. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant who stated that the suspect had struck her several times in the face when she tried to stop him from screaming at her mother. The suspect, 52-year-old male from Conroe, was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence, then transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On February 28, 2011, Deputy Zavorski arrested a 29-year-old male from Montgomery, after a traffic stop on the southbound feeder road of Interstate 45. During the course of the traffic stop, Deputy Zavorski found the driver to have 5 grams of marijuana in his possession. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The suspect also received a citation for the initial traffic stop.

On February 23, 2011, Deputy Barber observed a vehicle traveling south on Riley Fuzzel Road that was failing to maintain a single lane of travel, and almost causing a collision with the vehicle in the next lane. Deputy Barber conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, 50- year-old female from Spring. The driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath as she spoke, and had trouble walking or standing without stumbling or swaying. After the conclusion of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On February 15, 2011, Deputy Prince, while assisting another Deputy with a traffic stop, observed two vehicles pass at a high rate of speed. Deputy Prince proceeded to follow the other two vehicles, eventually catching up with one of the trucks that he also observed to be swerving in the lane of travel. The driver, 22-year-old male from The Woodlands, had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. After completing the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On February 15, 2011, Deputy Epperson was traveling on Gosling Road when he noticed a vehicle traveling behind him with a broken headlight. When Deputy Epperson attempted to stop the vehicle, the vehicle accelerated, pulling away from Deputy Epperson. Approximately a mile later, the vehicle pulled over and the driver, 29-year-old male from Tomball was detained. At the conclusion of Deputy Epperson’s investigation, the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, charged with State Jail Felony Evading in a Motor Vehicle.

On February 14, 2011, Senior Sergeant Russell arrested a 29-year-old male from Spring, after a traffic stop in the 25000 block of the IH-45 feeder road. The suspect gave Sr. Sergeant Russell a fictitious name and date of birth when asked to verify his identity. The suspect’s vehicle was towed due to the suspect having no insurance and no driver license. The suspect was later found to have given Sr. Sergeant Russell inaccurate identifying information. Sr. Sergeant Russell contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges for Failure to Identify were accepted. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On February 13, 2011, Deputy Prince observed a vehicle traveling south on Six Pines Drive well below the posted speed limit, and failing to maintain a single lane of travel. Deputy Prince initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, 40-year-old male from Santa Monica, California. The driver exhibited red glassy eyes, and had trouble maintaining his balance. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Deputy Prince determined that the suspect was not in control of his physical faculties due to consumption of alcoholic beverages. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On January 29, 2011, Deputy Martin arrested a 20-year-old male from Spring after a traffic stop on Glen Loch Drive. The suspect was the driver in a vehicle being towed by another vehicle. The suspect was found to be in possession of .26 ounces of marijuana and was taken into custody charged with Possession of Marijuana. The driver of the first truck received a warning for the traffic stop for expired registration.

On January 29, 2011, Deputy Wroten was dispatched to an intoxicated driver on Branch Crossing at Cranebrook. The vehicle was observed swerving into on-coming traffic and running over curbs. Once Deputy Wroten was able to get the vehicle stopped, she observed the driver to have a dazed look, as if he could not see her. With assistance from Deputy Cranston, they broke the window and were able to remove the driver from the van. The driver was observed to have slow slurred speech, was unable to stand without assistance, and was shaking. The suspect, 37- year-old male from The Woodlands, was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd or more, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 29, 2011, Deputy Ortiz responded to a vehicle driving recklessly on Gosling Road near Research Forest. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted near S. Panther Creek Drive. On January 22, 2011, Deputy Rosales was dispatched to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, at 24903 IH-45. As Deputy Rosales and other units arrived on location, a vehicle matching the description of the suspect vehicle was pulling out of the parking lot. A traffic stop was conducted and the two occupants of the vehicle were positively identified as the two men seen attempting to break into a vehicle in the parking lot. The suspects, 20-year-old male and 28- year-old male both from Houston, were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 19, 2011, Deputy Hardin and Deputy Rodriguez responded to Timberloch Drive and IH-45 to assist with a traffic stop in reference to a Criminal Mischief at 4192 Lake Woodlands. The suspects, 24-year-old male and 26-year old male from Houston, were positively identified as the two men observed breaking into a vehicle at Shadowbend Park. Both suspects were placed into custody for Criminal Mischief and their vehicle was towed. A criminal history check found one of the suspects to have an active warrant out of Harris County and he was booked on that charge as well. An inventory of the vehicle, incident to the tow, found numerous gift cards, cell phones, iPods, a GPS, and a camera. Most of the items located were listed as stolen out of Harris County. Additional charges for Possession of Stolen Property were added to both suspects.

On January 9, 2011, Deputy Swank was on patrol traveling on Budde Road when he observed an adult female running from a nearby apartment complex. She appeared to be upset when Deputy Swank stopped she advised she had just been assaulted. At that time, the suspect walked out onto Briar Rock Road, and was identified by the female as the person who had assaulted her. Deputy Swank attempted to stop the suspect to talk with him, when the suspect took off running through a wooded area. A brief chase ensued with Deputy Swank locating the suspect hiding in the heavy brush. The suspect actively continued to resist and after a brief struggle was detained. The suspect, 29-year-old male from New Caney, was arrested for Assault Family Violence, Evading on Foot, and Resisting Arrest and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On January 17, 2011, Deputy Jobe arrested 21-year-old male from Spring for Evading in a Motor Vehicle. The suspect was observed swerving in his lane and driving with two flat tires. Deputy Jobe attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the suspect vehicle continued to drive south on the feeder road towards Sawdust Road, made the U-Turn and proceeded back north on the feeder road. The suspect vehicle finally stopped on Rayford Forest Drive. The driver was quickly detained and identified. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 31, 2010, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Deputy Kitchens observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of Gosling Road. Deputy Kitchens conducted at traffic stop of the vehicle and found the driver, 33-year-old female from The Woodlands, to have numerous beer bottles around the floorboard of the vehicle. The suspect had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Deputy Kitchens also noticed that the suspect exhibited slurred speech, was unsteady. The suspect was arrested, for Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 28, 2010, Deputy Koth arrested a 42-year-old male, 31-year-old female and a 22- year-old female all from Houston, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. Deputy Koth was notified by a Loss Prevention Officer that three suspects had concealed a large number of items and left the store without paying. The suspects were seen leaving the parking area and almost hit several customers in the parking lot. After a brief chase on the frontage road of I-45, the suspect vehicle came to a stop at a gas station. The merchandise taken from Wal-Mart was recovered. All the suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The two female suspects were charged with Class B Misdemeanor Theft. The male suspect was charged with State Jail Felony Evading in a Motor Vehicle and State Jail Felony Theft due to two prior convictions.

On December 28, 2010 at approximately 12:13 am, Deputy Jones observed a vehicle parked in the Alden Bridge Park and proceeded to investigate, due to the park being closed from dusk to dawn. As he pulled into the parking lot, the vehicle attempted to drive around his patrol vehicle. Deputy Jones conducted a stop of the vehicle and during the course of his contact with the driver, 18-year-old male from The Woodlands, and the passenger, 17-year-old female from The Woodlands, found both to be in possession of separate containers of marijuana. Both were charged with Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 28, 2010, at approximately 2:30 am, Deputy Jobe witnessed a vehicle on Sawdust Road, driving with no lights on, failing to maintain a single marked lane, striking a center divider, driving in and over medians, and driving into oncoming traffic. Deputy Jobe activated his lights and siren to signal a traffic stop. The vehicle eventually stopped facing the wrong way on the roadway. Deputy Jobe made contact with the driver and noticed an overwhelming odor of alcohol. The driver was clearly too intoxicated to operate a motor vehicle. She was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On December 26, 2010, Sergeant Jenkins was patrolling the area of Fountains Plaza when he was approached by a Silver BMW travelling in his lane of traffic. The BMW swerved and missed a collision with the patrol vehicle and then drove into a nearby parking garage on Lake Robbins. Sergeant Jenkins made contact with the driver as the driver was exiting his vehicle. Sergeant Jenkins noticed the driver was unsteady on his feet and slightly staggering. The driver, 25-year-old male from Magnolia, was argumentative, but did agree to perform the Field Sobriety Tests. After several attempts, the suspect stated he could not see to do the test and stopped. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On December 25, 2010, Deputy Underwood arrested a 19-year-old female from The Woodlands for Possession of Marijuana, after a traffic stop on Glen Loch and Dawnwood. The suspect was a passenger in a vehicle that was the subject of an earlier Attempt to locate. Deputy Underwood had located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop based on the information received from Dispatch. Upon approaching the vehicle, Deputy Underwood noticed a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. During his investigation, the passenger was found to have a small bag containing .028 oz. of marijuana in her seat. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On December 24, 2010, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to the intersection of Riley Fuzzel and Birnhamwoods Blvd. to assist a Harris County officer on a traffic stop. Upon arrival, Deputy Jobe met with Deputy Persaud, who stated that he was on his way home when the suspect nearly struck his patrol vehicle. Deputy Persaud then activated his emergency equipment, conducted a traffic stop of the suspect vehicle, and waited for Montgomery County deputies to arrive. Deputy Jobe made contact with the suspect, 32 year old male from Conroe, who was showing signs of intoxication. The suspect could hardly stand up and nearly fell over several times during the interview. During the course of the investigation a container with marijuana and brownies with marijuana baked in them was located. Additional charges of Possession of Marijuana were added and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On December 18, 2010, Deputy Rosales arrested 45-year-old male from Spring, after an attempted traffic stop on IH-45. Once Deputy Rosales activated his emergency equipment, the suspect vehicle did not stop. A pursuit ensued with the suspect driving on Brookhaven, Raypine, Oakhurst and finally stopping on Gamewood. The suspect was found to be in possession of crack cocaine at the time of the traffic stop. During transport to the Montgomery County Jail for the Possession of a Controlled Substance and Evading charges, the suspect told Deputy Rosales that his children were home alone and asleep. Sgt. Mullis returned to the home and located the children, still sleeping. Contact was made with the children’s mother, who was out of town on business, and arrangements were made for the children’s care until her return. Additional charges for Abandoning or Endangering a Child were added.

On December 13, 2010, Deputy Wakefield arrested a 57-year-old female from Hardin Texas after a traffic stop on Rayford Road. During the course of the investigation one of the passengers was found to be in possession of Marijuana and Hydrocodone as well as other drug paraphernalia. While Deputy Wakefield was speaking with the suspect, Dispatch advised that she also had an active warrant out of Liberty County. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation, for no insurance, and released at the scene.

12/4 - Deputy Houstoun arrested a 25-year-old male from Magnolia, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $24.99 worth of merchandise from Sears. When Loss Prevention Officers attempted to stop the suspect, he fled across the parking lot and across Lake Woodlands. He was later located and returned to the scene for positive identification. Due to the suspect having two previous convictions for Theft, he was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, instead of only receiving a citation.

On November 2, 2010 at approximately 10:07 am, Deputy Meredith received a burglary call at 25469 Borough Park (Mission Wood Apartments). Deputy Meredith followed a suspect vehicle and attempted to stop to identify the driver. The driver failed to stop for the deputy and a vehicle pursuit ensued south on I-45. The suspect was seen throwing items out of the driver side window. The pursuit ended in the 21750 block of I-45 feeder. The suspect, identified as 20- year-old male from Spring, was placed into custody for Evading Arrest or Detention.

On December 1, 2010, Deputy Ward arrested a 26-year-old male from the Woodlands for Driving While Intoxicated. The driver was unable to maintain a single lane of traffic, and almost struck several vehicles and structures on the roadway. Deputy Ward made contact with the driver after he stopped on Eden Elm. The driver stated he was there to visit a friend. The homeowner was contacted, and he advised that he did not know the suspect. After conducting a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Two prescription bottles (Hydrocodone and Carisoprodol) were located in the vehicle, however no charges were filed due to the suspect having a prescription for both.

During the course of the traffic stop, Deputy Everton observed there to be marijuana in the vehicle. During the investigation the suspect, a passenger in the vehicle, was determined to be the owner of the marijuana. He was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The suspect was charged with Possession of Marijuana. The driver of the vehicle received a citation for the original offense and was released at the scene.
