Oct 7, 2011:
On October 7, 2011, Deputy Schutzenhofer was dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress on Lake Woodlands Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Schutzenhofer determined that the suspect, a 29-year- old female from Montgomery, had attempted leave without paying for a haircut. During the scuffle with the manager the suspect took manager’s phone and threw it on the ground breaking it. The suspect was charged with Theft of Service and Interference of a 911 call. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Oct 6, 2011:
On October 6, 2011, Deputy Johnson responded to a Shoplifter in Custody at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect, a 46-year-old male from Conroe, attempted to take $90.59 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was placed into custody for Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Oct 6, 2011:
On October 6, 2011, Deputy Cantu responded to a Shoplifter in custody call at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect, a 19-year-old female from The Woodlands, attempted to take $230.39 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was placed into custody for Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Oct 5, 2011:
On October 5, 2011, Deputy Houstoun responded to a Shoplifter in custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspects, two 19-year-old females and a 40-year-old female, all from Willis, attempted to take $76.96 worth of merchandise from Sears. The suspects were placed into custody for Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Sep 19, 2011:
On September 19, 2011, Deputy Rodriguez responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands. It was reported that one of the suspects, had struck a loss prevention officer from Sears. Deputy Rodriguez located the first suspect, a 30-year-old female from Huntsville, walking in the parking lot. Deputy Byer located the second suspect, 27-year-old female from Huntsville. The suspects attempted to take $350.11 worth of merchandise from Sears. Both suspects were placed into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where they were charged with Theft.
Sep 10, 2011:
On September 10, 2011, Deputy Rizk was dispatched to a Disturbance In Progress call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect, 34-year-old male from Fort Worth, attempted to take $800.00 worth of merchandise from the Apple Store. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with Theft.
Sep 7, 2011:
On September 7, 2011, Deputy Johnson responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspects, a 42-year-old female and an 18-year-old female, both from Cleveland, attempted to take $278.00 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspects were taken into custody for Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Sep 6, 2011:
On September 6, 2011, Deputy Houstoun was dispatched to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect, 22-year-old female from Houston, attempted to take $101.99 worth of merchandise from Sear’s Department store. The suspect was taken into custody for Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Sep 3, 2011:
On September 3, 2011, Deputy Miller responded to 10001 Woodlands Parkway for a Shoplifter in Custody call. The suspect, 51-year-old female from Channelview, attempted to take approximately $53.99 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with Theft. The suspect was also booked on an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear.
Sep 2, 2011:
On September 2, 2011, Deputy Miller responded to 10001 Woodlands Parkway for a Shoplifter in Custody call. The suspect, 25-year-old female from Magnolia, attempted to take approximately $30 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with State Jail Felony Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail after it was determined she had two prior convictions for Theft.
Aug 25, 2011:
On August 25, 2011, Deputy Ross was dispatched to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects, a 17-year-old female from Conroe and 17-year-old female from The Woodlands were arrested after they attempted to take $280 worth of merchandise from JC Penney’s Department Store. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Theft.
Aug 23, 2011:
On August 23, 2011, Deputy Drake was dispatched to a residence on Holly creek Ct. in reference to a Narcotics Offense. During the course of the investigation, .1693 ounces of marijuana were located. The suspects, a 21-year-old female and a 20-year-old female both from the Woodlands, were arrested for Possession of Marijuana. The 21-year-old suspect was also arrested on two outstanding Theft by Check warrants. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Aug 23, 2011:
On August 23, 2011, Deputy Rodriguez responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects, a 22-year-old male from Houston and 20-year-old female from Porter were arrested after they attempted to take $52.96 worth of merchandise from Sears Department Store. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Theft.
Aug 22, 2011:
On August 22nd Deputy Koonce was dispatched to the Wal-Mart at 1025 Sawdust Road for a shoplifter. During the investigation, it was determined that a 50 yoa male from Spring, had concealed merchandise and exited the store without attempting to pay for it. Total of merchandise was valued at $233 dollars. The male was arrested for theft.
Aug 20, 2011:
On August 20, 2011, Deputy Weatherford was flagged down, by a store manager, in the parking lot of 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive and advised of a Theft. The suspects, a 20-year-old female and two 19-year-old females from Houston, attempted to take $1,332.18 worth of merchandise from Forever 21 Department Store. Two of the suspects had taken the merchandise and ran out of the store and got into a vehicle driven by the third suspect. Deputy Weatherford was able to stop the vehicle. The suspects were all charged with Theft, the driver was also charged with Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle.
Aug 20, 2011:
On August 20, 2011, Deputy Ansley responded to a Shoplifter in Custody at 1100 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect, a 45-year-old female from The Woodlands, attempted to take $79.71 worth of merchandise from Target. The suspect was also arrested for an outstanding warrant for Theft by Check, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On August 1, 2011, Deputy Houstoun responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect, 16-year-old female from The Woodlands, attempted to take $73 of merchandise from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft.

On July 30, 2011, Deputy Weatherford responded to a Shoplifter in Custody call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect, 17-year-old female from Houston, attempted to take $73 of merchandise from Urban Outfitters. The suspect was taken to into custody and charged with Theft.
Jul 16, 2011:
On July 16, 2011, Deputy Weatherford was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a Shoplifter. The suspect, a 27-year-old female from The Woodlands, attempted to take $165.45 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 14, 2011:
On July 14, 2011, Deputy Harrison was dispatched to 3040 College Park Drive in reference to a Shoplifter. The suspect, 23-year-old female from Conroe, attempted to take $86.91 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody for Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 12, 2011:
On July 12, 2011, Deputy Jobe, Deputy Rosales, and Sr. Sergeant Russell were dispatched to a Burglary in Progress call on Wildwood Forest Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Jobe observed a vehicle with two female occupants in the vehicle near the burglary. Sr. Sergeant Russell located nearby a 20-year-old male from Spring. An estimated $1800 worth of property was located in the suspect vehicle and was returned to the rightful owner. The suspect was taken in to custody for Felony Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 10, 2011:
On July 10, 2011, Deputy Houstoun was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive in reference to a Shoplifter. The suspect, 49-year-old female from Spring, attempted to take $339.18 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was charged with Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Due to prior Theft convictions, charges were upgraded to a State Jail Felony.
Jul 9, 2011:
On July 9, 2011, Deputy Norum was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive in reference to a Shoplifter. The suspect, 15-year-old female from Conroe, attempted to take $157.50 worth of merchandise from Claire’s. The suspect was charged with Theft and released into her father’s custody.
Apr 3, 2011:
4/3 – Deputy Houston arrested a 17-year-old female from Spring for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $95.00 worth of jewelry from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Apr 2, 2011:
4/2 – Deputy Evans arrested a 32-year-old male from Tomball, for Shoplifting at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect attempted to take $43.45 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges were upgraded to a State Jail Felony due to two prior convictions.
Apr 2, 2011:
4/2 – Deputy Ross arrested a 19-year-old female from Conroe and a 19-year-old female from Houston, for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspects attempted to take $148.85 worth of clothing from Sears. The suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Mar 31, 2011:
3/31 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 17-year-old female from Spring and a 16-year-old female from Spring, for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspects attempted to take $152.25 worth of clothing from Sears. The suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail and Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
Mar 30, 2011:
On March 30, 2011, Deputy Houstoun responded to 1100 Lake Woodlands Drive in regards to a Theft. Loss prevention officers had detained a store employee after their investigation showed she had taken approximately $2,134 in cash from the registers. The employee, 21-year-old female from Conroe, admitting to taking cash while working. Deputy Houstoun contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for State Jail Felony Theft. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Mar 29, 2011:
3/29 – Deputy Armstrong arrested a 35-year-old female and 26-year-old female, both from Houston, for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspects took $254 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspects were later apprehended during a traffic stop and the merchandise was recovered. Both suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges against the 26-year-old suspect were upgraded to a State Jail Felony due to two prior convictions.
Mar 28, 2011:
3/28 – Deputy Cogdill arrested a 52-year-old male from Magnolia, for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $524 worth of groceries and merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges were upgraded to a State Jail Felony due to two prior convictions.
Mar 24, 2011:
3/24 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 20-year-old male from Spring, a 25-year-old male and 27- year-old male, both from Houston, for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspects attempted to take $416.27 worth of clothing from Macy’s. The suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Mar 18, 2011:
3/19 - Deputy Weatherford arrested two 15-year-old females from Willis for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. Three suspects attempted to take $664.65 worth of clothing and jewelry from JC Penny’s. When the Loss Prevention Officer attempted to detain the suspects, a parent intervened and began yelling at the loss prevention officer. At one point, the loss prevention officer was punched in the stomach. Two of the suspects left the scene and went to their vehicle. More merchandise from other stores was located in the vehicle. One of the suspects, 16-year-old female from Willis did not return to the scene. The two 15 year old suspects were taken into custody charged with Robbery and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without further incident.

3/18 – Deputy Koonce arrested a 20 year old female from The Woodlands, for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $79.34 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

3/16 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 15 year old female from Conroe and a 16 year old female from Houston for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $250.00 worth of clothing from Sears. The suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

3/16 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 14 year old female from Conroe for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $65 worth of perfume from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

3/11 – Deputy Evans arrested a 21 year old male and a 21 year old female, both from Houston, for Shoplifting at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspects attempted to take $646.45 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. The female suspect was also charged with Possession of a Dangerous Drug due to her having in her possession a pill bottle with various pills inside including Vicodin, Soma, Xanax, and others without a prescription.

3/11 - Deputy CE Roberts arrested an 18 year old female and a 17 year old female, both from Spring, for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $179.81 worth of clothes and jewelry from Sears. The suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Mar 11, 2011:
3/11 - Deputy Weatherford arrested a 24 year old male and a 25 year old female, both from Cleveland, for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $143.98 worth of baby clothes from Sears. The suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Mar 11, 2011:
On March 11, 2011, Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to a Theft in progress at 4545 S. Panther Creek Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Ortiz met with the complainant stated she heard a loud crash and then her car alarm activate. The complainant observed two suspects burglarize her vehicle and drive away. The suspects, 27-year-old male from Houston and a 30-year-old Male from Splendora, were stopped a short time later by a Shenandoah PD officer for a traffic stop. The complainant was able to identify them as the people who broke into her vehicle. Deputy Ortiz contacted the District Attorney’s Office, charges for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle were accepted, and both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Mar 10, 2011:
3/10 – Deputy Carson arrested a 19 year old male from Spring for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $50.00 worth of accessories (sunglasses) from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Mar 9, 2011:
3/9 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 17 year old male from Houston for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $100 worth of clothing from J.C. Penny’s. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Mar 2, 2011:
On March 2, 2011, Deputy Prince and Deputy Hollan received information that a subject with an outstanding warrant was at a location on Plum Blossom Place. Upon arrival, they were informed that the suspect 21-year-old female from The Woodlands, had run out the back of the residence and jumping several fences evading the deputies. Deputy Prince returned to the residence a few hours later and the suspect was located in an upstairs bedroom closet. The suspect was wanted on a Theft Warrant out of Dallas County. She was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Additional charges for Evading were added due to her running from deputies earlier in the evening.
Feb 28, 2011:
2/28 - Deputy Neal arrested a 20-year-old female from Sugarland for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $140.25 from Wal-Mart. The suspect selected several items throughout the store and concealed them in a Wal-Mart bag and then went to customer service and conducted a fraudulent return of the items. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Feb 26, 2011:
2/26 – Deputy Niquette and Deputy Clifton arrested a 23-year-old female from Spring for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take merchandise valued at $179.33 from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Feb 26, 2011:
2/26 – Deputy Evans arrested 36 year old female from Magnolia for Theft at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect placed $72.00 worth of merchandise in her purse and passed all points of sale without attempting to purchase the concealed items. When approached by Wal-Mart Loss Prevention officers the suspect ran across the parking lot throwing the items taken on the ground as she ran. Deputy Evans located the suspect in an apartment complex nearby and returned her to the scene. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges were upgraded to State Jail Felony due to previous Theft Convictions.
Feb 25, 2011:
2/25 – Deputy Ansley arrested an 18-year old male from Huntsville for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $190.00 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

2/25 – Deputy Weatherford arrested an 18-year old male from Houston for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $111.00 worth of merchandise from JC Penney’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Feb 24, 2011:
2/24 – Deputy Godden arrested a 16-year-old female from Spring for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect and friends, attempted to take merchandise valued at $308.81 from Dillard’s, by placing items in a backpack carried by the suspect. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident. Her friends fled the scene when confronted by Loss Prevention Officers.
Feb 23, 2011:
2/23 – Deputy Cogdill arrested a 21-year-old male from Willis for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take merchandise valued at $688.00 from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Feb 22, 2011:
2/22 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 20 year old male and an 18-year-old female, both from Conroe, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspects attempted to take $105.00 worth of merchandise from Urban Outfitters. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Feb 21, 2011:
On February 21, 2011, Deputy Hardin was dispatched to 1025 Sawdust Road in reference to a Theft. The suspect had taken video games from Wal-Mart. Deputy Hardin located the suspect a few blocks away while patrolling the area. The suspect, 29-year-old male from Spring, was detained and during the course of the investigation, was found to be in possession of .26 ounces of marijuana. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, charged with Possession of Marijuana.
Feb 20, 2011:
2/20 - Deputy Aguilar arrested a 24-year-old female from Conroe for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $94.84 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect, and a friend, switched the barcodes on items prior to checking out. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Feb 19, 2011:
On February 19, 2011, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by Sears’s loss prevention concerning an ongoing problem with electronic merchandise being stolen by employees. Sears Loss prevention found that two employees had taken approximately $22,000 over a period of time. The two suspects were also implicated by Loss Prevention in a theft that occurred that day where a total of $3300 in electronics had been taken. A third suspect from Houston was also implicated. All three were arrested for Engaging in Organized Crime.
Feb 18, 2011:
2/18 – Deputy Weatherford arrested a 19-year-old Female and 18-year-old female from Magnolia and a 19-year-old Female from Tomball for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $270.92 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspects were all taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe. A 15-year-old female from Magnolia received a citation for Theft for attempting to take $20 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was released to a parent who was called to the location.
Feb 18, 2011:
2/18 – Deputy Niquette and Deputy Clifton arrested 37-year-old male from Magnolia for Theft at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect attempted to take merchandise valued at $150.14 from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Feb 14, 2011:
On February 14, 2011, Deputy Norum responded to a theft call on West Panther Creek. Upon arrival, he met with the Loss Prevention Officer for Wells Fargo Bank and an employee. The employee was found to have taken approximately $640 over several different days from her cash drawer. Deputy Norum contacted the District Attorney’s office and charges for Class A Theft were accepted. The suspect, 21-year-old female from Spring, was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

2/12 – Deputy Weatherford arrested 28-year-old female from New Caney for Theft at 1100 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take a 32” Flat Screen Television valued at 369.99 from Target. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

2/7 – Deputy Hardin arrested a 51-year-old female from Willis for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $547.11 of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Feb 6, 2011:
On February 6, 2011, Deputy Swank responded to an attempted theft in the 300 block of Sawdust Road. While en route, a second call came in regarding the same suspect at the What-a- Burger causing a disturbance. Deputy Swank made contact with the suspect, 35-year-old male from The Woodlands, and found that he had red glassy eyes, slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet. The suspect stated he had taken some prescription medication earlier. Due to his level of intoxication, he was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

2/5 – Deputy Weatherford arrested a 16-year-old female from Spring for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $102.96 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe.
Feb 1, 2011:
On February 1, 2011, Deputy Pierman arrested a 56-year-old male from Conroe for Theft at 6119 FM 1488. The suspect attempted to take $269.88 worth of merchandise from the Home Depot. On January 30, 2011, Deputy Fruge arrested a 19-year-old male from Spring for Theft at 1025 Sawdust Road. The suspect attempted to take $119.00 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Jan 29, 2011:
1/29 – Deputy Weatherford arrested three 17 year old females, two from Spring and one from Houston for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $327.41 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jan 29, 2011:
On January 29, 2011, Deputy Prince responded to a Burglary in Progress call on Sawmill Road. The suspect had entered a residence and taken several items including firearms. This information from witness, the suspect was identified and all items returned to the original homeowner. Also recovered were a few items from other burglaries in the area. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Burglary of a Habitation and two counts of Theft of a Firearm.

1/28 – Deputy Aguilar arrested a 28 year old male from Spring for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $54.30 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

1/28 – Deputy Aguilar arrested a 24 year old female from Conroe for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $331.48 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Jan 26, 2011:
On January 26, 2011, Deputy Carson arrested a 25-year-old female from Houston, a 23-year-old female from Houston and a 25-year-old male from Houston, for Organized Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspects attempted to take 394 cans of baby formula valued at $5,380 from Wal-Mart. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Jan 26, 2011:
On January 26, 2011, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to Valleywood Drive in reference to a Theft. The suspect was seen taking cash from the register when the clerk stepped away to get towels. Deputy Jobe met with the suspect and during the course of the investigation, the suspect was found to have acted alone. The suspect was charged with Theft. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

1/25 - Deputy Houstoun arrested a 28-year-old female from Spring for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $86 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

1/24 - Deputy Ansley arrested a 20-year-old female from Conroe for Theft at 9595 Six Pines Drive. The suspect attempted to take $270.00 worth of merchandise from Sunglass Hut. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 14, 2011, Deputy Weatherford arrested an 18-year-old female from New Caney, an 18-year-old female from Spring and a 17-year-old female from Houston for Theft and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. The three suspects, working together, attempted to steal bottles of perfume from Sears. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Jan 22, 2011:
On January 22, 2011, Deputy Neal responded to a Theft In Progress call on SH 242 and IH-45. The suspect was observed taking construction material, 4 concrete forms, from a Construction Holding Yard under the bridge on SH 242. A witness followed the suspects until Deputy Neal arrived on scene. The driver, 60-year-old male from Porter, was detained for State Jail Felony Theft. The passenger, 48-year-old male, was found to have a warrant for a Parole Violation. Both were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

1/21 – Deputy Ansley arrested a 67-year-old female from The Woodlands for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $543.96 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

1/20 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 43-year-old female from Magnolia and a 46-year-old female from Honduras for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $350.32 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 20, 2011, Deputy Fruge arrested a 47-year-old female from Conroe for Theft at 1025 Sawdust Road. The suspect attempted to take $96.41 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

1/14 - Deputy Foreman arrested a 25-year-old female from Conroe for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $5.48 worth of grocery items from Wal-Mart. Deputy Foreman found during his investigation that the suspect had two prior convictions for theft. He then contacted the District Attorney’s Office and advised them of the situation. Due to the previous convictions, the current theft charge was enhanced to a State Jail Felony. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

1/8 – Deputy Borchardt arrested 16-year-old female from Conroe for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $84.85 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody, and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
Jan 7, 2011:
On January 7, 2011, Deputy Ansley responded to a Theft call at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. Deputy Ansley met with the Loss Prevention officer who stated that after an internal investigation it was found that the store manager, 32-year-old male from the Woodlands, had conducted numerous fraudulent returns and pocketed the money. During the course of the investigation, it was found that the suspect had conducted over 42 transactions totaling $3952. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Aggregate Theft, and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jan 7, 2011:
1/7 – Deputy Ross arrested a 26 year old male from Houston, for Theft from 1550 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take a Bose V25 System, valued at $2,249.99 from Best Buy. The suspect had replaced the barcode tag with a tag from a $143.00 Bose product. After paying for the item, based on the incorrect tag, the suspect attempted to leave the store, where he was detained by Loss Prevention Officer until Deputy Ross’ arrival. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office without incident.
Jan 6, 2011:
1/6 - Deputy Carson arrested a 62-year-old male from Conroe, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $369.20 worth of grocery and other items from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Jan 3, 2011:
1/3 – Deputy Aguilar arrested 17-year-old male from Spring, for Theft at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect attempted to take $214.31 worth of grocery and other items from Wal- Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

12/29 – Deputy Rodriguez arrested a 14-year-old male from Willis, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $60 worth of merchandise from JC Penny’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.
Dec 28, 2010:
On December 28, 2010, Deputy Koth arrested a 42-year-old male, 31-year-old female and a 22- year-old female all from Houston, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. Deputy Koth was notified by a Loss Prevention Officer that three suspects had concealed a large number of items and left the store without paying. The suspects were seen leaving the parking area and almost hit several customers in the parking lot. After a brief chase on the frontage road of I-45, the suspect vehicle came to a stop at a gas station. The merchandise taken from Wal-Mart was recovered. All the suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The two female suspects were charged with Class B Misdemeanor Theft. The male suspect was charged with State Jail Felony Evading in a Motor Vehicle and State Jail Felony Theft due to two prior convictions.
Dec 25, 2010:
12/25 - Deputy Mitchell arrested a 20 year old female and a 17 year old female both from New Caney, for Theft at 25101 Grogans Mill Road. The suspects attempted to take $166.43 worth of merchandise from the CVS Pharmacy. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

12/23 – Deputy Prince arrested a 27-year-old male from Humble for Theft/Aggregate Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect, a store employee, attempted to take $73.00 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was stopped by Loss Prevention and returned to the store to await the deputy’s arrival. The suspect had been under surveillance due to a large amount of money missing from his register on multiple occasions. The suspect would pocket cash payments during a transaction or would credit back previous purchases to his credit card, without actually returning the merchandise. Total amount taken over a several weeks is approximately $1325.04. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
