| Oct 4, 2011: |
On October 4, 2011, Deputy Zavorski responded to a Missing Juvenile/Runaway call on Plum Creek Drive. The juvenile, a 16-year-old female from Spring, was located a short time later and was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.

| Sep 24, 2011: |
On September 24, 2011, Deputy Rodriguez observed a suspicious vehicle parked on Timberloch Place. Deputy Rodriguez made contact with the occupants, and requested identification from all occupants. A routine warrant check was conducted and one of the occupants, 28-year-old male from Houston, was found to have an active warrant for Failure to Pay Child Support. He was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Sep 20, 2011: |
On 09/20/11, Dep. Fruge responded to the 25000 block of Interstate 45 for a recovery of a runaway juvenile investigation. The deputy learned that a 16 yoa female runaway was staying with a 21 yoa male in an apartment. Upon contacting both parties the female was recovered as a runaway juvenile and the male was taken into custody for Harboring a Runaway Juvenile. The case is still being investigated by the Criminal investigation Division.

On September 5th, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to the area of the 15000 block of Esther Drive, where reportedly two males were just recently witnessed burglarizing a residence. One 18 year old male from Conroe, and a 15 year old male juvenile from Conroe, were arrested and charged with Burglary of a Habitation. The adult male was transported to jail, and the juvenile male was transported to county juvenile, both without incident.

On September 5th 2011, Deputy Fruge responded to a Burglary in progress near Ester Drive. Upon his arrival, he gathered information from witnesses, which led him to the suspects. After speaking with the two white male suspects from Spring, they were arrested for Burglary of a Habitation and transported to MCSO Jail and MCSO Juvenile.

On September 4th, Deputy Knight was dispatched to the area of the 29000 block of Atherstone, where a complainant came home while two males were burglarizing his residence. Two actors were identified and found in the area. Two juvenile males, one a 15 years old and one a 14 years old, both from Spring, were arrested and charged with Burglary of a Habitation. Both juveniles were transported to county juvenile without incident.

On August 27th 2011, Sgt. Russell was dispatched to the 1200 block of Pruitt Rd. in reference to a disturbance in progress involving family members. Upon his arrival and interviews, it was determined the juvenile son was physically fighting with his parents. The juvenile from Spring, was arrested for criminal mischief and transported to MCSO Juvenile.

On August 19, 2011, Deputy Weatherford responded to a Shoplifter in Custody at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects, both 13-year-old females from Spring, attempted to take $104 worth of merchandise from J.C. Penney’s Department Store. The suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

On August 14th 2011, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to an Assault Family Violence on Canadian River Dr. Upon arrival, it was determined that an assault took place between family members. A juvenile male was taken into custody for Assault.

| Aug 11, 2011: |
On August 11, 2011, Deputy Farrell responded to a Shoplifter in Custody at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects, a 19-year-old female from Spring, a 19-year-old female from Houston and a 15-year-old female from Spring, attempted to take $532.80 worth of merchandise from Sear’s Department Store. The two older suspects were taken to the Montgomery County Jail. After contacting the juvenile’s parents, she was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.

| Jul 21, 2011: |
On July 21st 2011, Sgt. Barber was patrolling Riley Fuzzel when he observed what he thought was a disable vehicle in the turn lane. Upon turning around to check on the vehicle, the vehicle had also turned around and was now on the shoulder of the road. Sgt. Barber spoke with the 30 year old female driver from Houston who smelled of alcohol and had had vomited on herself. The driver’s 9 year old son was in the car. The child was released to a nearby relative and the female was taken into custody for Felony DWI with a Minor Child Passenger.

On July 15, 2011, Deputy Suarez along with several other deputies responded to a Welfare Check in the area of Woodlands Parkway and Panther Creek. Witnesses reported that the driver of a car was possibly intoxicated and had a child in the vehicle. The vehicle was located in a left turn lane and a one-month-old child on the front seat. The driver, a 35-year-old female from Houston, had a heavy odor of an alcoholic beverage and was unsteady on her feet. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with State Jail Felony Driving While Intoxicated with Child under 15 years old. The baby was released to family.

On July 11, 2011, Deputy Wilkerson was dispatched to a Welfare Check on Sendera Drive. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant who stated that the suspect, 47-year-old male, had struck a child with a plastic object. The complainant had bruises and cuts. The suspect was taken into custody for Injury to a Child – Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

3/31 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 17-year-old female from Spring and a 16-year-old female from Spring, for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspects attempted to take $152.25 worth of clothing from Sears. The suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail and Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

3/19 - Deputy Weatherford arrested two 15-year-old females from Willis for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. Three suspects attempted to take $664.65 worth of clothing and jewelry from JC Penny’s. When the Loss Prevention Officer attempted to detain the suspects, a parent intervened and began yelling at the loss prevention officer. At one point, the loss prevention officer was punched in the stomach. Two of the suspects left the scene and went to their vehicle. More merchandise from other stores was located in the vehicle. One of the suspects, 16-year-old female from Willis did not return to the scene. The two 15 year old suspects were taken into custody charged with Robbery and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without further incident.

3/16 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 15 year old female from Conroe and a 16 year old female from Houston for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $250.00 worth of clothing from Sears. The suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

3/16 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 14 year old female from Conroe for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $65 worth of perfume from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

On March 12, 2011, Deputy Martin conducted an investigation of underage drinking and possible narcotics sales on Sylvan Forest. During the course of the investigation, a bag containing cocaine was located outside near a vehicle and another bag containing marijuana was located inside the residence. The suspect, 18-year-old male, was taken into custody, charged with Possession of Marijuana, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

2/24 – Deputy Godden arrested a 16-year-old female from Spring for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect and friends, attempted to take merchandise valued at $308.81 from Dillard’s, by placing items in a backpack carried by the suspect. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident. Her friends fled the scene when confronted by Loss Prevention Officers.

2/11 - Deputy Prince arrested three 16-year-old females from Conroe for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspects attempted to take $645.92 worth of clothes from Sears. Two of the suspects had additional charges after they were found to be in Possession of Marijuana. The suspects were all taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

On February 5, 2011, Deputy Zavorski arrested a 39-year-old male from Spring after responding to a residence on Rayford Road. The suspect was inside the home yelling at the children. The suspect had an active Protective Order filed against him, prohibiting him from being at the location. Deputy Zavorski arrested him for Violation of a Protective Order. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

12/29 – Deputy Rodriguez arrested a 14-year-old male from Willis, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. The suspect attempted to take $60 worth of merchandise from JC Penny’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

On December 22, 2010, Deputy Swank responded to Johnson Supply Company on Spring Hill Drive in reference to its alarm going off. Prior to his arrival on scene, a Shenandoah Officer arrived on scene to see two suspects running from the front of the building. After a brief chase, both suspects were detained until Deputy Swank’s arrival. The suspects, 12-year-old male and 15 year old male both from Spring, had attempted to break into the building using a crowbar. The 15-year-old male was believed to have broken into the same business two days earlier. Both suspects were taken into custody for Attempted Burglary and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.

On December 18, 2010, Deputy Rosales arrested 45-year-old male from Spring, after an attempted traffic stop on IH-45. Once Deputy Rosales activated his emergency equipment, the suspect vehicle did not stop. A pursuit ensued with the suspect driving on Brookhaven, Raypine, Oakhurst and finally stopping on Gamewood. The suspect was found to be in possession of crack cocaine at the time of the traffic stop. During transport to the Montgomery County Jail for the Possession of a Controlled Substance and Evading charges, the suspect told Deputy Rosales that his children were home alone and asleep. Sgt. Mullis returned to the home and located the children, still sleeping. Contact was made with the children’s mother, who was out of town on business, and arrangements were made for the children’s care until her return. Additional charges for Abandoning or Endangering a Child were added.

On December 17, 2010, Deputy Epperson and Deputy Knight were dispatched to a Disturbance call on Concord Forest Circle. Upon arrival, they met with the complainant who stated her son left with some other boys in a truck without permission, and she thought she smelled marijuana in the vehicle. An attempt to locate was aired for the truck, which was later located at 6700 Woodlands Parkway. The vehicle was occupied by five males ages 15-16 all from The Woodlands. During the course of the investigation, two of the boys (one 15 year old and one 16 year old) were found to be in possession of marijuana. They were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe. The other three boys received citations for Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Minor in Possession of Tobacco and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

12/16 – Deputy Rizk arrested 16-year-old male from Willis, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $99.50 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. After a brief struggle with the Loss Prevention Officer, the suspect was detained. Deputy Rizk contacted the suspects family then placed him into custody and transported him to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center without incident.

On December 2, 2010 at approximately 12:30 am, Deputy Frantz and Deputy Uber were dispatched to 1481 Sawdust in reference to a Child Abuse call. Upon arrival, Deputy Frantz and Deputy Uber could hear a child crying and screaming. They proceeded to the apartment where the crying was coming from, and prior to getting to the door, one of the suspects opened the door. Deputy Uber immediately recognized the smell of burnt marijuana coming from the apartment. Deputy Frantz and Deputy Uber went inside to check the welfare of the child, and found the 2 year old in another room. The room the child was located in had the window open approximately a foot and temperatures outside were around 35 degrees. The mother of the child was unaware of the situation until deputies contacted her. The suspects, 26-year-old male and 20 year old female, stated that they did not hear the child crying because the radio in the room they were sleeping in was too loud. Both were arrested for Endangering a Child and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Nov 20, 2010: |
On November 20, 2010, Deputy Martin was at The Woodlands mall when he was notified by mall security of a Hispanic male following a 14 year female from store to store. Deputy Martin met with the child and she pointed out a male suspect who had been following her throughout the mall and she had seen him crawling on the floor close to her. Deputy Martin detained and identified the suspect as a 34 year old male from Huntsville. Deputy Martin checked the photos on the man’s cell phone and found a video of the juvenile taken from the floor angle. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Improper Photography and Video (SJF), and a $60,000 bond was set along with a hold from ICE.

10/23 – Deputy Houstoun arrested two 15 year old Females from The Woodlands at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspects attempted to take approximately $187.00 worth of Merchandise from Macys. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

10/14 – Sgt. Hammons arrested 33 year old Male from Spring after a Traffic Stop of a suspicious vehicle on Grogans Mill Road. The suspect had glassy eyes, slurred speech, and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. Sgt. Hammons conducted several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and concluded based on his observations, that the suspect had lost the normal use of his physical faculties due to his level of intoxication. Charges were accepted for State Jail Felony Driving While Intoxicated w/Child under 15 years of age, due to the suspect’s child being in the vehicle. The child was released to family member. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

10/9 – Deputy Houstoun arrested a 17 year old Female and a 16 year old Female, both from The Woodlands at 3040 College Park Drive for Theft. The suspects attempted to take approximately $74.79 worth of Merchandise from Wal-Mart. Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail and Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

10/8 – Deputy Underwood arrested 15 year old male from Spring at Many Pines and Woodlands Parkway. Deputy Underwood had noticed a number of juveniles in the parking lot of a closed business and stopped to ascertain what they were doing in the area at 10:30 pm. Deputy Underwood found in a backpack a pill bottle with marijuana. The suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility. A wooden club was found in the vehicle.

On September 3, 2010, Deputy Drake was dispatched to a location on Hawksbill Place in reference to a Liquor Violation. Upon arrival, Deputy Drake heard loud music coming from the backyard and proceeded around the side of the house. As he turned around the corner of the house, a juvenile male came out the door, and upon noticing Deputy Drake, yelled to everyone to run. At that time, Deputy Drake observed 40-50 juveniles dropping drinks and running either into the house or over the fence to flee from him. At that time, the homeowner, White Female 46 years old, exited the house and asked him what he was doing there. After explaining that the Sheriff’s Department had received complaints regarding underage drinking and noise, Deputy Drake inquired how the juveniles obtained the alcoholic beverages on scene. The homeowner stated that she provided it for her son’s birthday party. Deputy Drake contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

8/20 – Deputy Ross responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 16 year old Black Male from Conroe, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal approximately $50.00 in merchandise from Sears. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe.

The suspect attempted to steal merchandise valued at approximately $54.00 from Hollister. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe.

The suspect attempted to steal merchandise valued at approximately $75.00 from Macy's. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe.

On August 18, 2010, Deputy Veith was dispatched to a residence on Panther Creek in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant who stated that the suspect, Black Female 15 yrs old, was being belligerent with her and destroying property in the home. Deputy Veith observed several broken items, including chairs, CD player and holes that had been kicked in the wall. Deputy Veith arrested the suspect for Criminal Mischief and she was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.

8/17 – Deputy Houstoun responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a 14 yr old White Female from Elkhart, TX, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal merchandise valued at approximately $25.00 from The Icing, $38.00 from Abercrombie & Fitch, and $51.50 from Hollister. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility in Conroe.

| Aug 15, 2010: |
On August 15, 2010, Deputy Borchardt was dispatched to the area of Timberloch Place and Six Pines in reference to an Intoxicated Driver. The reportee was following the vehicle and observed it sideswipe a retaining wall, almost run an 18-wheeler off the road, drive on the median, drive on the wrong side of the road and run a red light. After Deputy Borchardt and Deputy Underwood located the vehicle, a traffic stop was conducted, in the area of Gosling and Research Forest. The driver, Black Male 40 yrs old was from Conroe. After conducting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, it was determined that the driver was intoxicated and he was taken into custody. The driver's two children in the car were released to their mother.

On 08/12/10 South County Deputies were dispatched to Fawn Lilly in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in progress. Complainant advised that he observed two subjects burglarizing his vehicle and advised he gave chase but lost them when they entered the home across the street. Deputies Uber and Jones arrived and were given access to the home in which the suspects entered. Deputy Uber observed both male subjects running and jumping the back fence. Deputy Uber gave chase and notified MCSO Communications of his situation. Deputy Uber was able to capture one male who was later identified and determined to be a 16 yr old White Male from Spring. Deputy Everton arrived with K9 Ranger who began a search for the evading adult. The suspect was not located and the search ended. While speaking with the two females in the house from which the suspects fled, it was determined that both females lied about allowing the male suspects in and attempting to conceal them. While conducting the investigation the adult Male suspect was located in a near by lawn. He was taken into custody. The Adult Male Suspect, 20 yrs old from Spring, and the two females, White Female 19 yrs old from Spring and 18 yr old White Female from The Woodlands were arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail. The juvenile was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility. Both females were girlfriends of the two male suspects and were charged with Hindering Apprehension. The two male suspects were charged with evading. The adult male suspect was also charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and had a warrant for prohibited weapon with a $10,000 bond.

| Aug 8, 2010: |
On Aug. 8 at approximately 2:30 a.m., a deputy arrested a 40-year-old white male from The Woodlands for child endangerment. The suspect was found passed out behind the wheel, with the vehicle engine running, the gearshift in drive and a child asleep in the back seat. The suspect did not immediately wake up until the deputy had repeatedly beaten on the window. After conducting his investigation, the deputy found that the suspect was not intoxicated. However, since there was a child in the vehicle and the suspect was not in control of the vehicle, it presented a danger to the child. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for child endangerment and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On Aug. 7, a deputy responded to a call in reference to a 13-year-old white female from Conroe and a 15-year-old white female from Conroe being detained for shoplifting. The two suspects attempted to steal approximately $274 in merchandise from Sears. Both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center in Conroe.

On July 26, a deputy responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive in reference to a 15-year-old black female from Austin being detained for shoplifting. The female attempted to steal approximately $123.50 in merchandise from Macy’s. The female was then transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Conroe.

On July 24, two deputies responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive in reference to an 18-year-old white female from Willis and a 15-year-old white female Willis being detained for shoplifting. The two suspects attempted to steal approximately $187 in merchandise from Sears. The older suspect was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, and the younger suspect was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Conroe.

On July 23, two deputies responded to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive in reference to a 44-year-old white female from Spring and a 13-year-old white male from Spring being detained for shoplifting. The two suspects attempted to steal approximately $104 in merchandise from Macy’s. They also were found to have taken approximately $712 in merchandise from Hollister Co. The female was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe, and the male suspect was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center in Conroe.
