Sep 24, 2011:
On September 24, 2011, Deputy Wagner and Deputy Ansley assisted Deputy Hammons with a Felony Parole Warrant on Valerie Lane. The suspect, 69-year-old male from Spring, was located and placed into custody without incident.
Sep 2, 2011:
On September 2, 2011, Deputy Miller responded to 10001 Woodlands Parkway for a Shoplifter in Custody call. The suspect, 25-year-old female from Magnolia, attempted to take approximately $30 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with State Jail Felony Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail after it was determined she had two prior convictions for Theft.
Aug 21, 2011:
On August 21st Sergeant Barber was dispatched to a traffic collision on S.H. 242 near Lexington Drive. Upon his investigation, it was learned that one driver had an outstanding felony warrant. After the driver was treated at a local hospital, the 28 yoa male from Spring, was arrested for the warrant.
Aug 12, 2011:
On 08-12-11 Deputy Underwood responded to an address in Spring. A bail bondsmen gave information of a subject having a felony warrant. The subject, a 47 yoa female, was located and taken into custody for the warrant.
Jul 21, 2011:
On July 22nd 2011, Dep. Koonce responded to an address in Spring on a family violence. The victim stated that her 18 year old live in boyfriend slapped her with an open hand and grabbed her with both hands around her throat. He then began strangling her blocking her airway but she was able to break free and call police. The male was arrested on scene for Felony Assault Family Violence.
Jul 21, 2011:
On July 21st 2011, Sgt. Barber was patrolling Riley Fuzzel when he observed what he thought was a disable vehicle in the turn lane. Upon turning around to check on the vehicle, the vehicle had also turned around and was now on the shoulder of the road. Sgt. Barber spoke with the 30 year old female driver from Houston who smelled of alcohol and had had vomited on herself. The driver’s 9 year old son was in the car. The child was released to a nearby relative and the female was taken into custody for Felony DWI with a Minor Child Passenger.
Jul 15, 2011:
On July 15, 2011, Deputy Suarez along with several other deputies responded to a Welfare Check in the area of Woodlands Parkway and Panther Creek. Witnesses reported that the driver of a car was possibly intoxicated and had a child in the vehicle. The vehicle was located in a left turn lane and a one-month-old child on the front seat. The driver, a 35-year-old female from Houston, had a heavy odor of an alcoholic beverage and was unsteady on her feet. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with State Jail Felony Driving While Intoxicated with Child under 15 years old. The baby was released to family.
Jul 14, 2011:
On July 14, 2011, Sr. Sergeant Russell conducted a traffic stop on Sawdust Road. The driver, 24-year-old male from Houston, was found to have a suspended license and prior convictions for Driving While License Suspended. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The suspect had one $100 bill and two $50 bills that were counterfeit. Three additional charges were added for Felony Forgery.
Jul 12, 2011:
On July 12, 2011, Deputy Jobe, Deputy Rosales, and Sr. Sergeant Russell were dispatched to a Burglary in Progress call on Wildwood Forest Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Jobe observed a vehicle with two female occupants in the vehicle near the burglary. Sr. Sergeant Russell located nearby a 20-year-old male from Spring. An estimated $1800 worth of property was located in the suspect vehicle and was returned to the rightful owner. The suspect was taken in to custody for Felony Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 10, 2011:
On July 10, 2011, Deputy Houstoun was dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive in reference to a Shoplifter. The suspect, 49-year-old female from Spring, attempted to take $339.18 worth of merchandise from Macy’s. The suspect was charged with Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Due to prior Theft convictions, charges were upgraded to a State Jail Felony.
Apr 2, 2011:
4/2 – Deputy Evans arrested a 32-year-old male from Tomball, for Shoplifting at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect attempted to take $43.45 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges were upgraded to a State Jail Felony due to two prior convictions.
Mar 30, 2011:
On March 30, 2011, Deputy Houstoun responded to 1100 Lake Woodlands Drive in regards to a Theft. Loss prevention officers had detained a store employee after their investigation showed she had taken approximately $2,134 in cash from the registers. The employee, 21-year-old female from Conroe, admitting to taking cash while working. Deputy Houstoun contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for State Jail Felony Theft. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Mar 29, 2011:
3/29 – Deputy Armstrong arrested a 35-year-old female and 26-year-old female, both from Houston, for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspects took $254 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspects were later apprehended during a traffic stop and the merchandise was recovered. Both suspects were taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges against the 26-year-old suspect were upgraded to a State Jail Felony due to two prior convictions.
Mar 28, 2011:
3/28 – Deputy Cogdill arrested a 52-year-old male from Magnolia, for Shoplifting at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $524 worth of groceries and merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Theft, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges were upgraded to a State Jail Felony due to two prior convictions.
Mar 27, 2011:
On March 27, 2011, Deputy Everton was dispatched to and address on Golden Oaks in reference to a Disorderly Conduct call. Dispatch advised that the suspect, 37-year-old male from Conroe, had displayed an AR-15 style rifle then fled the scene. Deputy Everton located the suspect at a residence on Moss Oaks Drive and recovered the rifle. At the conclusion of his investigation, Deputy Everton placed the suspect into custody for Disorderly Conduct for displaying a weapon in an alarming manner and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail. Additional charges for Felon in Possession of a Firearm were added due to a prior felony conviction.
Feb 26, 2011:
2/26 – Deputy Evans arrested 36 year old female from Magnolia for Theft at 10001 Woodlands Parkway. The suspect placed $72.00 worth of merchandise in her purse and passed all points of sale without attempting to purchase the concealed items. When approached by Wal-Mart Loss Prevention officers the suspect ran across the parking lot throwing the items taken on the ground as she ran. Deputy Evans located the suspect in an apartment complex nearby and returned her to the scene. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Charges were upgraded to State Jail Felony due to previous Theft Convictions.
Feb 15, 2011:
On February 15, 2011, Deputy Epperson was traveling on Gosling Road when he noticed a vehicle traveling behind him with a broken headlight. When Deputy Epperson attempted to stop the vehicle, the vehicle accelerated, pulling away from Deputy Epperson. Approximately a mile later, the vehicle pulled over and the driver, 29-year-old male from Tomball was detained. At the conclusion of Deputy Epperson’s investigation, the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, charged with State Jail Felony Evading in a Motor Vehicle.
Feb 1, 2011:
On February 1, 2011, Deputy Pierman arrested a 56-year-old male from Conroe for Theft at 6119 FM 1488. The suspect attempted to take $269.88 worth of merchandise from the Home Depot. Due to the suspect having two or more prior convictions for Theft, the charges were upgraded to State Jail Felony from Class B Misdemeanor. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jan 22, 2011:
On January 22, 2011, Deputy Neal responded to a Theft In Progress call on SH 242 and IH-45. The suspect was observed taking construction material, 4 concrete forms, from a Construction Holding Yard under the bridge on SH 242. A witness followed the suspects until Deputy Neal arrived on scene. The driver, 60-year-old male from Porter, was detained for State Jail Felony Theft. The passenger, 48-year-old male, was found to have a warrant for a Parole Violation. Both were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jan 14, 2011:
1/14 - Deputy Foreman arrested a 25-year-old female from Conroe for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $5.48 worth of grocery items from Wal-Mart. Deputy Foreman found during his investigation that the suspect had two prior convictions for theft. He then contacted the District Attorney’s Office and advised them of the situation. Due to the previous convictions, the current theft charge was enhanced to a State Jail Felony. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Dec 28, 2010:
On December 28, 2010, Deputy Koth arrested a 42-year-old male, 31-year-old female and a 22- year-old female all from Houston, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. Deputy Koth was notified by a Loss Prevention Officer that three suspects had concealed a large number of items and left the store without paying. The suspects were seen leaving the parking area and almost hit several customers in the parking lot. After a brief chase on the frontage road of I-45, the suspect vehicle came to a stop at a gas station. The merchandise taken from Wal-Mart was recovered. All the suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The two female suspects were charged with Class B Misdemeanor Theft. The male suspect was charged with State Jail Felony Evading in a Motor Vehicle and State Jail Felony Theft due to two prior convictions.
Nov 15, 2010:
11/15 - Deputy Schmaltz arrested a 48 year old male from Willis, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. The suspect attempted to take $48 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody charged with State Jail Felony Theft of Copper, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Nov 3, 2010:
11/3 – Deputy Rodriguez arrested a 26-year-old male from Houston at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. While en route to the scene, Deputy Rodriguez was informed that store security was chasing the suspect through the mall parking lot. A search of the area was conducted, but the suspect was not immediately located. While gathering information from store security, the suspect was located on the opposite side of the mall, and taken into custody and returned to Sears Loss Prevention Office. The suspect had attempted to take approximately $49.99 worth of merchandise from Sears. He was also found to have a bracelet and bottle of cologne from two other stores on his person when arrested. The suspect was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where a check of his criminal history found at least three previous convictions for theft. Charges were enhanced to a State Jail Felony.
Nov 1, 2010:
On November 1, 2010, Deputy Roberts arrested a 36-year-old female from Spring for Theft. The suspect attempted to take $83.36 in groceries from the HEB at 130 Sawdust Road. The suspect had concealed several items in her purse and purchased a few others, but made no attempt to pay for the concealed items before exiting the store. She was taken into custody, charged with Class B Misdemeanor Theft. Charges were upgraded to State Jail Felony due to two prior Theft convictions. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Oct 14, 2010:
10/14 – Sgt. Hammons arrested 33 year old Male from Spring after a Traffic Stop of a suspicious vehicle on Grogans Mill Road. The suspect had glassy eyes, slurred speech, and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. Sgt. Hammons conducted several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and concluded based on his observations, that the suspect had lost the normal use of his physical faculties due to his level of intoxication. Charges were accepted for State Jail Felony Driving While Intoxicated w/Child under 15 years of age, due to the suspect’s child being in the vehicle. The child was released to family member. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Oct 1, 2010:
10/01 – Deputy Jobe arrested a 24 year old Male from Spring at 1025 Sawdust Road for Theft. The suspect attempted to take approximately $27 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident. Due to prior convictions for Theft, charges were enhanced to a State Jail Felony.
Sep 17, 2010:
9/17 – Deputy Viands arrested a 39 yr old White Male from Houston at 1201 Lake Front Circle for Theft. The suspect attempted to take $300.00 worth of Men’s Fragrance Gift Sets from Macy’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Charges were upgraded from Class B Misdemeanor to State Jail Felony due to multiple theft convictions on his record. The suspect was also booked on a Larceny warrant out of Galveston County.
Aug 31, 2010:
On August 31, 2010, Deputy Roberts and Deputy Maldonado were dispatched to 6119 FM 1488 in reference to a 27 year old White Female from Magnolia, being detained for shoplifting. The suspect attempted to steal approximately $114.74 in merchandise from Home Depot. The District Attorney’s Office was contacted and charges for Theft were accepted against the suspect. Due to her having two prior convictions for Theft, the charges were enhanced from a Class B Misdemeanor to a State Jail Felony. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Aug 6, 2010:
On Aug. 6 at approximately midnight, a deputy conducted a traffic stop in the 16900 block of Glen Eagle Drive. During the course of the traffic stop, it was found that the driver of the vehicle, a 25-year-old white male from Conroe, was in possession of 45 Lortab pills (35 grams). The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, charged with third-degree felony possession of a controlled substance.
Jul 28, 2010:
On July 28, a deputy responded to a shoplifter in custody call at Wal-Mart. Upon arrival, the deputy met with loss prevention officers who stated that three suspects were seen walking around the store and placing items in a cart. One of the suspects placed three Dell computers in the shopping cart. Another then placed a large bag of dog food on top of the computers. The suspects separated at that time, and the one with the cart then passed all points of purchase without making an attempt to pay for the merchandise. Loss prevention officers recovered 21 items valued at $1,881.56 from the suspect, a 38-year-old black male from Angleton. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with state jail felony theft.
