| Sep 20, 2011: |
On 09/20/11, Sgt. Russell responded to a disturbance on Cox Road. Upon arrival he spotted an adult female flee on foot to the rear of the residence. Upon further investigation and assistance from responding Deputies the female was located and determined to have assaulted her husband inside the residence. The 49 yoa female from Conroe, was taken into custody for Evading on foot and Assault (Family Violence).

On 09/15/11, Deputy Underwood conducted a traffic stop in the 25000 block of Interstate 45 feeder. At first the Deputy was given the wrong identifying information by the driver. However after being questioned further the driver admitted to the Deputy that he had a suspended license and warrants for his arrest. The 30 yoa male driver from Houston, was taken into custody for Failure to I.D. Fugitive, traffic warrants and Driving While License Invalid.

On September 1, Deputy S. Degner attempted to stop a vehicle on a traffic violation in the area of Hwy 105E and FM 1485. The vehicle fled from the Deputy and was later stopped in the area of I-45 and Creighton Road. The 33 year old male was arrested at 3:19am and charged with evading, DWI and a blue warrant out of TDCJ. The male was transported to jail.

On August 12, 2011, Deputy Rascoe responded to a Warrant Service at the Adult Probation Office on Grogan’s Mill. The suspect, a 42-year-old male from The Woodlands, had an outstanding Order of Arrest on a Motion to Revoke Probation. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On August 10, 2011, Deputy Suarez arrested a 51-year-old male from The Woodlands, after responding to an Attempt to locate a reckless driver. The suspect vehicle had hit at least one vehicle and almost hit several others while fleeing. Charges for Driving While Intoxicated and Evading in a Motor Vehicle were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On July 9, 2011, Deputy Underwood was dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress. Upon arrival, Deputy Underwood observed the suspect, 42-year-old male from Crosby, chasing several people in a highly aggressive manner. When Deputy Underwood approached and ordered the suspect to stop the suspect then ran towards an apartment in an effort to get away. Deputy Underwood ordered the suspect to stop several times before being able to force the suspect to the ground and arrest him.

On July 6, 2011, Deputy Knight and Deputy Miller were dispatched to a Disturbance at the Taco Bell on Sawdust Road. Two suspects, a 19-year-old female and 20 year old male, both from Conroe, had been inside the restraint screaming and cursing at employees. The female suspect left and pulled her car into the drive thru lane and refused to move. The female suspect was belligerent and hostile towards deputies and continued to curse. The suspect began spitting and kicking in the car. The male suspect approached deputies and refused to comply with orders not to interfere. The male was taken into custody for Interference with Public Duties. The female suspect was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Marijuana. Both were taken to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On 07/02/11, Deputy Marshall was working traffic detail in the 4700 block of West Panther Creek when she observed a green Honda passenger car run a red light. The vehicle was stopped and the male driver, a 19 year old Shenandoah resident fled on foot. Follow up investigation on the male showed that his license was suspended. On 07/04/11 the male was booked on Evading Arrest and Driving While License Suspended after the deputy obtained a warrant.

| Mar 14, 2011: |
On March 14, 2011, Deputy Zavorski responded to a Disturbance in the Creekside Village subdivision. The suspects, 34 year old male and 28 year old female from Spring, were arguing and then seen getting into separate vehicles and chasing each other through the subdivision. Deputy Zavorski located the vehicles and attempted to conduct a traffic stop at which time the first vehicle cut through a parking lot to evade. The second vehicle followed Deputy Zavorski while he pursued the first vehicle. The male suspect continued to evade until he reached the Briarcrest Apartments where he fled on foot. The female suspect did not want to pursue charges, but when she left she continued to drive around the area. A short time later the male suspect was located and detained for Evading in a Motor Vehicle. The female suspect returned blocking officer’s vehicles and demanding they release the vehicle to her. She was taken into custody, charged with Interference with Public Duties. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 6, 2011, Deputy Underwood was dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress call on W. Settler’s Way. Upon arrival, he found two people arguing in the front yard. During the course of the investigation the suspect, 21-year-old male from The Woodlands, was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. It was also found that the suspect was in possession of .3 grams of marijuana. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and booked on both the warrant and Possession of Marijuana charges.

On March 2, 2011, Deputy Prince and Deputy Hollan received information that a subject with an outstanding warrant was at a location on Plum Blossom Place. Upon arrival, they were informed that the suspect 21-year-old female from The Woodlands, had run out the back of the residence and jumping several fences evading the deputies. Deputy Prince returned to the residence a few hours later and the suspect was located in an upstairs bedroom closet. The suspect was wanted on a Theft Warrant out of Dallas County. She was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Additional charges for Evading were added due to her running from deputies earlier in the evening.

On February 15, 2011, Deputy Epperson was traveling on Gosling Road when he noticed a vehicle traveling behind him with a broken headlight. When Deputy Epperson attempted to stop the vehicle, the vehicle accelerated, pulling away from Deputy Epperson. Approximately a mile later, the vehicle pulled over and the driver, 29-year-old male from Tomball was detained. At the conclusion of Deputy Epperson’s investigation, the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, charged with State Jail Felony Evading in a Motor Vehicle.

On January 30, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested a 31-year-old male from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest. The suspect was seen throwing an object off the third floor patio at 20 Waterway Avenue. When Deputy Conklin and other Deputies arrived on scene to speak with the suspect, he became combative with officers. During the initial investigation, a friend of the suspect approached the deputies in an aggressive manner and refused to stay back.

On January 16, 2011, Deputy Wakefield responded to a Burglary of a Habitation on Darby Loop. Upon arrival, he met with the homeowner who stated that his neighbor called and said he had seen someone entering a back window of his house. Deputy Wakefield found the suspect, 23- year-old male from Magnolia, hiding under the house. The suspect had cut two sections of copper wiring from the home. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Burglary of a Habitation and with an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

On January 13, 2011, Deputy Maldonado and Sergeant Barber were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call on Hallimore Drive. Upon arrival, they made contact with the driver, 23-year-old female from Spring, who had an unsteady balance, bloodshot eyes and an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was found to be in possession of marijuana. The passenger in the vehicle, 27-year-old male from Spring, was also exhibiting an unsteady balance, bloodshot eyes, and an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Both suspects were charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of Marijuana. The passenger was also charged with Failure to Identify for giving the Deputies a fictitious name to avoid being arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Jan 10, 2011: |
On January 10, 2011, Deputy Hollan and Deputy Weatherford were dispatched to 1201 Lake Woodlands in reference to a Criminal Trespass. Mall Security Officers reported that they found the suspect, 19-year-old male from The Woodlands, on the roof of the Mall. The suspect stated he had climbed over a gate to gain access to the roof. The gate is clearly marked “No Unauthorized Personnel.” The suspect was taken into custody for Criminal Trespassing. During a search of the suspect, incident to the arrest, he was found to be in possession of marijuana. Additional charges for Possession of Marijuana were added, and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Jan 9, 2011: |
On January 9, 2011, Deputy Swank was on patrol traveling on Budde Road when he observed an adult female running from a nearby apartment complex. She appeared to be upset when Deputy Swank stopped she advised she had just been assaulted. At that time, the suspect walked out onto Briar Rock Road, and was identified by the female as the person who had assaulted her. Deputy Swank attempted to stop the suspect to talk with him, when the suspect took off running through a wooded area. A brief chase ensued with Deputy Swank locating the suspect hiding in the heavy brush. The suspect actively continued to resist and after a brief struggle was detained. The suspect, 29-year-old male from New Caney, was arrested for Assault Family Violence, Evading on Foot, and Resisting Arrest and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Jan 7, 2011: |
On January 17, 2011, Deputy Jobe arrested 21-year-old male from Spring for Evading in a Motor Vehicle. The suspect was observed swerving in his lane and driving with two flat tires. Deputy Jobe attempted to conduct a traffic stop, but the suspect vehicle continued to drive south on the feeder road towards Sawdust Road, made the U-Turn and proceeded back north on the feeder road. The suspect vehicle finally stopped on Rayford Forest Drive. The driver was quickly detained and identified. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Dec 28, 2010: |
On December 28, 2010, Deputy Koth arrested a 42-year-old male, 31-year-old female and a 22- year-old female all from Houston, for Theft at 3040 College Park Drive. Deputy Koth was notified by a Loss Prevention Officer that three suspects had concealed a large number of items and left the store without paying. The suspects were seen leaving the parking area and almost hit several customers in the parking lot. After a brief chase on the frontage road of I-45, the suspect vehicle came to a stop at a gas station. The merchandise taken from Wal-Mart was recovered. All the suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The two female suspects were charged with Class B Misdemeanor Theft. The male suspect was charged with State Jail Felony Evading in a Motor Vehicle and State Jail Felony Theft due to two prior convictions.

| Dec 25, 2010: |
On December 25, 2010, Deputy Wakefield while in the area of Briarcrest Apartments observed three men stumbling around near the roadway. Deputy Wakefield made contact with the men, ages 35, 35 and 25, all from Spring and were for Public Intoxication. All three men were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Jail staff located two small bags on one of the men that contained a white powdery substance. The substance field-tested positive for cocaine and an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance was added to that suspect’s arrest record.

On December 18, 2010, Deputy Rosales arrested 45-year-old male from Spring, after an attempted traffic stop on IH-45. Once Deputy Rosales activated his emergency equipment, the suspect vehicle did not stop. A pursuit ensued with the suspect driving on Brookhaven, Raypine, Oakhurst and finally stopping on Gamewood. The suspect was found to be in possession of crack cocaine at the time of the traffic stop. During transport to the Montgomery County Jail for the Possession of a Controlled Substance and Evading charges, the suspect told Deputy Rosales that his children were home alone and asleep. Sgt. Mullis returned to the home and located the children, still sleeping. Contact was made with the children’s mother, who was out of town on business, and arrangements were made for the children’s care until her return. Additional charges for Abandoning or Endangering a Child were added.

On December 11, 2010 while working an approved extra job, Deputy Curtis and Deputy Foreman responded to a possible fight in front of the business on Waterway Avenue. The suspect, 40-year-old male from Spring, was highly agitated and intoxicated. Deputy Curtis advised the suspect that he was under arrest for Public Intoxication. The suspect became more agitated and aggressive and began resisting arrest. At one point, the suspect attempted to kick a deputy in the face while being placed in the patrol car. Charges were accepted for Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport and Public Intoxication. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On December 11, 2010, Deputy Pierman responded to a Family Violence call in the 25200 block of I-45. Upon arrival, Deputy Pierman spoke with the complainant who stated that the suspect, her husband (32-year-old male), pushed her into the refrigerator. He continued to yell at both the complainant and her son. She believed that he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the incident. The suspect barricaded himself in a back bedroom to prevent being arrested. The suspect was non-compliant with Deputy Pierman and Deputy Everton’s commands and continued to resist arrest, even after being handcuffed. The suspect was charged with assault.

On November 2, 2010 at approximately 10:07 am, Deputy Meredith received a burglary call at 25469 Borough Park (Mission Wood Apartments). Deputy Meredith followed a suspect vehicle and attempted to stop to identify the driver. The driver failed to stop for the deputy and a vehicle pursuit ensued south on I-45. The suspect was seen throwing items out of the driver side window. The pursuit ended in the 21750 block of I-45 feeder. The suspect, identified as 20- year-old male from Spring, was placed into custody for Evading Arrest or Detention.

| Nov 23, 2010: |
On November 23, 2010, Deputy Swank and Deputy Jobe were dispatched to a Trespasser in Progress call on Macy Hills Ct. Upon arrival, Deputy Swank observed the trespasser, 40-year- old female from Tomball, standing on the front lawn. The homeowner stated the suspect had been banging on his door and refused to leave when asked to do so multiple times. He stated he wanted a Criminal Trespass Warning issued to her. After giving the suspect several opportunities to return to the vehicle, cooperate, and identify herself, Deputy Swank and Deputy Jobe attempted to take her into custody. At that point, she pushed the officers away and began to run. She was stopped a short distance away and arrested. Charges were accepted for Evading Arrest-Detention and Resisting Arrest. A citation was issued to the suspect for Failure to Identify. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Nov 22, 2010: |
On November 22, 2010, Deputy Evans responded to the area of W. Montfair Blvd., in reference to a Welfare Check. Witness reported a female driving erratically and yelling obscenities at people. Deputy Evans arrived on scene and observed the suspect walking to her vehicle. As Deputy Evans approached the vehicle, she ran and jumped in and locked the door. The suspect refused multiple requests to step out of the vehicle and to identify herself. After a few minutes, the suspect started her vehicle and drove through a yard around Deputy Evans patrol vehicle. Deputy Aguilar, who was also responding to the scene, pursued the suspect 4 blocks where she pulled into her residence and ran into the house. She then proceeded to open the door, yell obscenities at the deputies, and then slam the door again. On one of these instances, Deputy Curtis was at the door when she opened it and she began striking him repeatedly until she was subdued. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for Evading Arrest or Detention and she was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Citations were issued for Failure to Identify to a Peace Officer and Assault by Contact.

| Nov 1, 2010: |
On November 1, 2010, Deputy Jobe was on location in the parking area of the 19th Hole Sports Bar assisting another officer with a traffic stop, when he was approached by the manager of the bar who stated that he needed officers in his bar to assist with an unruly patron. Deputy Jobe proceeded inside to find the staff holding the suspect down just inside the front door. The suspect, 31-year-old male from Austin, appeared to be heavily intoxicated. After being detained, the suspect continued to attempt to pull away from Deputy Jobe. Once at the vehicle, the suspect briefly broke away from the deputy, but was quickly apprehended and continued to resist. The suspect was placed in the patrol vehicle and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for Resisting Arrest/Detention and Evading.

| Oct 29, 2010: |
On October 29, 2010, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to a suspicious person call at the Home Depot at 6119 FM 1488. Deputy Fruge located the suspect, 37-year-old male from Montgomery, and immediately noticed him to be impaired. The suspect sluggishly exited the vehicle he was sitting in, had slurred speech, his eyes were glassy and pupils were constricted and unresponsive to light. The suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication. During a search incident to the arrest, the suspect was found to be in possession of two Oxycodone pills, one Seroquel pill, eight Methadone Pills, and two Social Security Cards, only one of which was his. Deputy Fruge contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were added for two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of a Dangerous Drug and Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Oct 22, 2010: |
On October 24, 2010, Deputy Evans and Sgt. Jenkins observed a vehicle traveling westbound on Woodlands Parkway at Terramont with no headlights on. Deputy Evans initiated a traffic stop at 10000 Woodlands Parkway. While speaking with the driver, 21-year-old male from The Woodlands, Deputy Evans was notified by Sgt. Jenkins that there was a clear bag with what appeared to be marijuana in the vehicle next to the radio. When Deputy Evans asked the driver about the bag, the driver replied that it was marijuana. A further search of the vehicle, incident to the arrest, yielded a second bag of marijuana. The driver was placed into custody for Possession of Marijuana, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Oct 16, 2010: |
On October 16, 2010, Deputy Evans was dispatched to a Theft in Progress from the Kroger’s at 6700 Woodlands Parkway. The suspects, a 44 year old Male and 34 year old Female from Tomball, had concealed $98.27 worth of merchandise in the female’s purse and exited the store. When approached by store employees the suspects took off running, dropping the merchandise in the process. Witnesses followed the suspects until officers arrived on the scene. The suspects continued to evade officers, but were both eventually detained and returned to the store for positive identification. Deputy Evans contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges for Theft and Evading Arrest or Detention were accepted for both suspects. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Sep 26, 2010: |
9/26 – Deputy Conklin arrest a 19-year-old White Male from Tomball at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspect attempted to take $85.00 worth of merchandise (shoes) from Foot Locker. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

9/23 – Deputy Ross arrest a 19-year-old Black Female from Houston at 1201 Lake Woodlands for Theft. The suspect attempted to take a $64.97 worth of merchandise (clothing) from Sears. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

9/15 – Deputy Rodriguez arrest an 18 yr old White Male from Willis at 1201 Lake Front Circle for Theft. The suspect attempted to take a $50 bottle of men’s cologne from Hollister’s. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Aug 30, 2010: |
On August 30, 2010, Deputy Wakefield, while on Patrol in the Rayford Road area, observed to men soliciting money on the side of the roadway. Deputy Wakefield made contact with the two suspects, advising them to move to the other side of the roadway, out of traffic. At this time, both appeared as if they were following Deputy Wakefield’s orders, but as he pulled up and exited his vehicle, he observed the two suspects running in the opposite direction. Deputy Wakefield then turned his vehicle around and caught up with the two individuals, who were hiding in a restaurant. Charges were accepted for Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot. The suspects, Black Male 48 yrs old from Houston and Black Male 42 yrs old from Houston, were both transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

| Aug 25, 2010: |
On 8-25-20 at approximately 2100 hours, Deputy Knight attempted to stop a white SUV for expired registration. The driver of the vehicle then pulled into her residence. The females exited the vehicle. Deputy Knight ordered the females to stop and the female later identified as the driver/ Hispanic Female 29 years old from Stafford, refused and continued inside the residence. The passenger was detained and identified as White Female 25 years old from Conroe, provided false information as to who was operating the motor vehicle, in order to give the first female time to get away from Deputy Knight. When faced with arrest, she changed her story. Several units arrived on scene and the driver later exited the residence. A strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was coming from her breath. The driver admitted to driving the vehicle, but later changed her statement. She was given several Field Sobriety Tests and due to her poor performance of these tests, was placed into custody for DWI. The DA’s Office also accepted charges for Evading arrest. The charge of Hindering Apprehension was accepted on the passenger. Both were transported the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Aug 21, 2010: |
On August 21, 2010, Sergeant Gonzales and CSI Wallace were working an approved extra job at 305 Sawdust Road. At approximately 2 am, while directing all the patrons out of the building due to closing, CSI Wallace noticed a, White Female 20 yrs old from Houston, subject refusing to leave. After repeatedly asking and then demanding the suspect to leave, the suspect swung at CSI Wallace’s face and head striking him several times. At that time, the suspect was placed into custody charged with Criminal Trespass (for refusing to leave), Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest. While CSI Wallace was struggling with and handcuffing the suspect, the suspect’s husband, White Male 24 yrs old from Houston, attempted to intervene and was detained by Sergeant Gonzales. He was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the location, and charged with Interfering with the Duties of Public Servant. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

| Aug 12, 2010: |
On 08/12/10 South County Deputies were dispatched to Fawn Lilly in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in progress. Complainant advised that he observed two subjects burglarizing his vehicle and advised he gave chase but lost them when they entered the home across the street. Deputies Uber and Jones arrived and were given access to the home in which the suspects entered. Deputy Uber observed both male subjects running and jumping the back fence. Deputy Uber gave chase and notified MCSO Communications of his situation. Deputy Uber was able to capture one male who was later identified and determined to be a 16 yr old White Male from Spring. Deputy Everton arrived with K9 Ranger who began a search for the evading adult. The suspect was not located and the search ended. While speaking with the two females in the house from which the suspects fled, it was determined that both females lied about allowing the male suspects in and attempting to conceal them. While conducting the investigation the adult Male suspect was located in a near by lawn. He was taken into custody. The Adult Male Suspect, 20 yrs old from Spring, and the two females, White Female 19 yrs old from Spring and 18 yr old White Female from The Woodlands were arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail. The juvenile was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility. Both females were girlfriends of the two male suspects and were charged with Hindering Apprehension. The two male suspects were charged with evading. The adult male suspect was also charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and had a warrant for prohibited weapon with a $10,000 bond.

| Jul 28, 2010: |
On July 28, a deputy responded to a shoplifter in custody call at Wal-Mart. Upon arrival, the deputy located one of the suspects in the parking lot. After a brief chase, he was able to detain the suspect, a 22-year-old black female from Conroe, and returned her to the store. The other suspect, a 48-year-old black female from Sacramento, Calif., was also detained and returned to the store. Loss prevention officers recovered 20 items valued at $424.42. Both suspects were charged with theft. The younger suspect was also charged with criminal trespass and evading on foot. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Jul 27, 2010: |
On July 27 at approximately 7:30 p.m., a lieutenant responded to an attempt to locate that was later changed to a welfare check. The witness reported seeing a vehicle swerving on the roadway, then off into the trees and back onto the roadway. The vehicle then pulled into the shopping center at Kuykendahl Road and Research Forest Drive. The lieutenant was advised by the first deputies on scene that the driver was a 19-year-old white female from Tomball, and that an open case of beer was in the vehicle. The suspect demonstrated slurred speech, poor coordination and seemed somewhat disoriented. When told she was under arrest for driving while intoxicated, the suspect actively resisted being handcuffed. After detaining the suspect, the deputy conducted a search of her vehicle and found several small, clear plastic baggies containing a smoking pipe and three half pieces of thin yellow pills, identified as Xanax. The suspect was charged with driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest and possession of a dangerous drug, and was transported to female booking in the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe without further incident.

| Jul 27, 2010: |
On July 27 at approximately 3:40 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to an indecent exposure call in the 3000 block of Woodlands Parkway. The information received was that a white male was walking naked near Southshore Park. The deputy attempted to make contact with the suspect who, upon seeing the deputy drive up, started to run away. As the deputy exited his vehicle, dispatch aired that the suspect was seen entering the water. The suspect was located near a pontoon boat, but as the deputy approached the water’s edge, the suspect would swim farther away. After the deputy crossed several fences to stay near the suspect, the suspect finally exited the water. The deputy ordered the suspect onto the ground several times and the suspect began to run toward him. The deputy deployed his Taser. Once in custody, the suspect was found to be extremely intoxicated and had difficulty answering questions regarding his name and date of birth. The suspect, a 17-year-old white male from The Woodlands, was charged with evading on foot and received a citation for indecent exposure. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
