| Sep 5, 2011: |
On September 5th, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to the area of the 15000 block of Esther Drive, where reportedly two males were just recently witnessed burglarizing a residence. One 18 year old male from Conroe, and a 15 year old male juvenile from Conroe, were arrested and charged with Burglary of a Habitation. The adult male was transported to jail, and the juvenile male was transported to county juvenile, both without incident.

On September 5th 2011, Deputy Fruge responded to a Burglary in progress near Ester Drive. Upon his arrival, he gathered information from witnesses, which led him to the suspects. After speaking with the two white male suspects from Spring, they were arrested for Burglary of a Habitation and transported to MCSO Jail and MCSO Juvenile.

On September 4th, Deputy Knight was dispatched to the area of the 29000 block of Atherstone, where a complainant came home while two males were burglarizing his residence. Two actors were identified and found in the area. Two juvenile males, one a 15 years old and one a 14 years old, both from Spring, were arrested and charged with Burglary of a Habitation. Both juveniles were transported to county juvenile without incident.

A 29 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:19pm, August 31, and taken to jail from the 11700 block of FM 1484 by Sgt. P. Smith for a burglary of a habitation bond revocation warrant out of Robertson County

| Aug 12, 2011: |
On 08-12-11 Deputy Fruge responded to a Burglary that had just occurred. The homeowner gave a description of the suspects and the vehicle. Responding deputies located the truck and stopped it. A 17 yoa male and 20 yoa male, both from Conroe, were arrested for Burglary.

| Jul 12, 2011: |
On July 12, 2011, Deputy Jobe, Deputy Rosales, and Sr. Sergeant Russell were dispatched to a Burglary in Progress call on Wildwood Forest Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Jobe observed a vehicle with two female occupants in the vehicle near the burglary. Sr. Sergeant Russell located nearby a 20-year-old male from Spring. An estimated $1800 worth of property was located in the suspect vehicle and was returned to the rightful owner. The suspect was taken in to custody for Felony Theft and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 13, 2011, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to 25455 Borough Park Drive in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. Upon arrival, Deputy Zavorski located and detained the suspect, 17-year-old male from Spring. Prior to placing the suspect in his patrol vehicle, Deputy Zavorski searched the suspect and marijuana was found. The suspect was charged with Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County jail. The owner of the vehicle did not wish to pursue charges for the Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.

| Mar 11, 2011: |
On March 11, 2011, Deputy Ortiz was dispatched to a Theft in progress at 4545 S. Panther Creek Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Ortiz met with the complainant stated she heard a loud crash and then her car alarm activate. The complainant observed two suspects burglarize her vehicle and drive away. The suspects, 27-year-old male from Houston and a 30-year-old Male from Splendora, were stopped a short time later by a Shenandoah PD officer for a traffic stop. The complainant was able to identify them as the people who broke into her vehicle. Deputy Ortiz contacted the District Attorney’s Office, charges for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle were accepted, and both suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Jan 29, 2011: |
On January 29, 2011, Deputy Prince responded to a Burglary in Progress call on Sawmill Road. The suspect had entered a residence and taken several items including firearms. This information from witness, the suspect was identified and all items returned to the original homeowner. Also recovered were a few items from other burglaries in the area. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Burglary of a Habitation and two counts of Theft of a Firearm.

| Jan 22, 2011: |
On January 22, 2011, Deputy Dewey responded to a Burglary of a Building call at 8900 Sterling Ridge Drive. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant, who stated that he received a call from their alarm company that three doors had been opened at the building. Upon his arrival, two men, both 18-years-old from The Woodlands, were seen walking on a path nearby. They identified themselves and told the complainant they were walking by and heard the alarm. Deputy Dewey detained the two men, and conducted a search of the building and surrounding area. A cell phone was found inside the shop, numerous rolls of coins and loose coins were found in the flowerbed with a bank bag and a stack of clothing on hangers. At the conclusion of Deputy Dewey’s investigation, it was found that the cell phone found inside the shop belonged to one of the suspects. Both were taken into custody and charged with Burglary of a Building, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Jan 22, 2011: |
On January 22, 2011, Deputy Rosales was dispatched to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, at 24903 IH-45. As Deputy Rosales and other units arrived on location, a vehicle matching the description of the suspect vehicle was pulling out of the parking lot. A traffic stop was conducted and the two occupants of the vehicle were positively identified as the two men seen attempting to break into a vehicle in the parking lot. The suspects, 20-year-old male and 28- year-old male both from Houston, were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Jan 16, 2011: |
On January 16, 2011, Deputy Wakefield responded to a Burglary of a Habitation on Darby Loop. Upon arrival, he met with the homeowner who stated that his neighbor called and said he had seen someone entering a back window of his house. Deputy Wakefield found the suspect, 23- year-old male from Magnolia, hiding under the house. The suspect had cut two sections of copper wiring from the home. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Burglary of a Habitation and with an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

| Jan 6, 2011: |
On January 6, 2010, Deputy Lawless responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle at 6116 Woodlands Parkway. Upon arrival, Deputy Lawless met with the complainant who stated that he had observed a suspicious vehicle parked next to his truck and when he went to investigate, the suspect, 28-year-old male from Houston, was exiting the victim’s truck. The complainant was able to give Deputy Lawless a good description of the suspect and vehicle. A short time later, Sergeant Cassidy located the suspect vehicle and recovered stolen items. Another suspect, 27-year-old male from Houston, was also detained at this scene. Both were charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Dec 26, 2010: |
On December 26, 2010, Deputy Lawless responded to a Burglary of a Habitation call. The complainant stated they let the suspect into their home to use the phone, supposedly to call for emergency services for the suspect’s father, who was having a heart attack. The complainant left the apartment during the phone call and when he returned, the suspect was gone and his XBOX 360 was missing. A short time later, another resident in the same complex called with a similar situation. The suspect, again asking to use the phone, had attempted to take her wallet. The suspect gave her a fictitious name and address. Deputy Lawless located the suspect, a 24-year- old male from The Woodlands. He was taken into custody. The suspect was charged with two counts of Burglary of a Habitation and Violation of a Protective Order. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Dec 22, 2010: |
On December 22, 2010, Deputy Swank responded to Johnson Supply Company on Spring Hill Drive in reference to its alarm going off. Prior to his arrival on scene, a Shenandoah Officer arrived on scene to see two suspects running from the front of the building. After a brief chase, both suspects were detained until Deputy Swank’s arrival. The suspects, 12-year-old male and 15 year old male both from Spring, had attempted to break into the building using a crowbar. The 15-year-old male was believed to have broken into the same business two days earlier. Both suspects were taken into custody for Attempted Burglary and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.

On December 15, 2010, Deputy Swank was dispatched to a Theft in Progress call on Box Elder Drive. Dispatch advised that an off-duty Houston Police Officer had a male detained, after catching the suspect that had broken into his vehicle. After taking items from the officer’s vehicle, the suspect, 21 year old male from Magnolia, attempted to leave in his truck, but when it would not start he asked for assistance from a person walking by. That person went and got a couple friends to help, one of which was the Houston Police officer. The officer noticed his property in the bed of the truck and detained the suspect. Deputy Swank took the suspect into custody and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle.

| Dec 2, 2010: |
On November 2, 2010 at approximately 10:07 am, Deputy Meredith received a burglary call at 25469 Borough Park (Mission Wood Apartments). Deputy Meredith followed a suspect vehicle and attempted to stop to identify the driver. The driver failed to stop for the deputy and a vehicle pursuit ensued south on I-45. The suspect was seen throwing items out of the driver side window. The pursuit ended in the 21750 block of I-45 feeder. The suspect, identified as 20- year-old male from Spring, was placed into custody for Evading Arrest or Detention.

| Nov 25, 2010: |
On November 25, 2010, Deputy Rosales and Deputy Maldonado responded to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle call on FM 2978. The suspect, 34 year old male from Magnolia, was observed siphoning gas from several vehicles. After speaking with the property owner and confirming the suspect was not authorized to be on the property, he was taken into custody, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. The suspect was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and was additionally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Oct 12, 2010: |
On October 12, 2010, Deputy Wakefield was en route to a possible Burglary of a Habitation in progress when he was notified that the suspects had left the scene on foot and may have split up on Budde Road. Deputy Wakefield observed a subject heading southbound on Budde Road that met the general description of one of the suspects. It was determined that the subject was not involved in the original offense but was found to be in possession of marijuana. Deputy Wakefield contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted on the 22-year-old Male from Spring for Possession of Marijuana.

| Oct 8, 2010: |
On October 8, 2010, multiple deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle call in the area of Trillium Ct. The complainant told dispatchers that the suspects pushed the truck to the end of the street before starting it to drive away. The vehicle was then stopped by Deputy Nedrow, as it was leaving the area. The suspects 17 and 19-year-old males from Conroe stated that all the items in the back of the truck were stolen from vehicles in the area. The 19-year-old suspect was charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle while the 17-year-old suspect was charged with Possession of Stolen Property. Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Sep 21, 2010: |
On September 21, 2010 at approximately 10:30 pm, Deputy Hernandez was dispatched to the Legends Ranch Subdivision in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in Progress call. Upon arrival, Deputy Hernandez met with the complainant, who stated that he observed the suspect inside his vehicle when he was taking out his trash. The suspect took off running and the complainant chased. The suspect attacked him, tackling him to the ground, in an attempt to escape. A neighbor came to his aid and helped detain the suspect until Deputy Hernandez arrived. Deputy Hernandez arrested the s17 year old suspect charging him with Robbery.

| Sep 17, 2010: |
On September 17, 2010, Deputy Pierman was dispatched to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle call on Rayford Road. The complainant stated that when he got in his vehicle to leave work, he noticed that has GPS and Sirius Satellite were missing. He went next door to the Pawn Shop and found out that the suspect had just tried to pawn one of the items, but ran out when he walked in. The suspect, a 36 yr old White Male from Spring, was seen running northbound near IH-45 and was detained pending a positive identification. After a positive identification was made, the suspect was taken into custody for Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. The suspect was also found to be in possession of 3.2 grams of Marijuana and charges for Possession of Marijuana were added.

| Aug 29, 2010: |
On August 29, 2010, Deputy Fruge responded to 3411 Rayford Rd in reference to a Burglary of a Building. Once on scene Deputy Fruge learned that several storage units had been burglarized. Deputy Fruge was able to make contact with three complainants. While working on his investigation, one complainant contacted Deputy Fruge by phone and advised him that he was following the actor vehicle from the burglary into Harris County. The complainant was advised to contact Harris County Sheriff and continue to follow only if he felt safe. The complainant continued to follow and they arrived at the E-Z Pawn located at 1991 FM 1960 W (Harris County). Harris County arrived and detained the suspect, White Male 28 yrs old from Spring, TX, as he was preparing to pawn stolen items from the burglary. The complainant was able to identify several pieces of his stolen property in the suspect’s vehicle. Deputy Fruge responded to the E-Z Pawn and made contact with his complainant and suspect. The District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted charges for Burglary of a Building (3 counts). The suspect was transported back to Montgomery County and booked into the jail. He also had an outstanding warrant for theft.

| Aug 12, 2010: |
On 08/12/10 South County Deputies were dispatched to Fawn Lilly in reference to a Burglary of a Motor Vehicle in progress. Complainant advised that he observed two subjects burglarizing his vehicle and advised he gave chase but lost them when they entered the home across the street. Deputies Uber and Jones arrived and were given access to the home in which the suspects entered. Deputy Uber observed both male subjects running and jumping the back fence. Deputy Uber gave chase and notified MCSO Communications of his situation. Deputy Uber was able to capture one male who was later identified and determined to be a 16 yr old White Male from Spring. Deputy Everton arrived with K9 Ranger who began a search for the evading adult. The suspect was not located and the search ended. While speaking with the two females in the house from which the suspects fled, it was determined that both females lied about allowing the male suspects in and attempting to conceal them. While conducting the investigation the adult Male suspect was located in a near by lawn. He was taken into custody. The Adult Male Suspect, 20 yrs old from Spring, and the two females, White Female 19 yrs old from Spring and 18 yr old White Female from The Woodlands were arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail. The juvenile was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility. Both females were girlfriends of the two male suspects and were charged with Hindering Apprehension. The two male suspects were charged with evading. The adult male suspect was also charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle and had a warrant for prohibited weapon with a $10,000 bond.
