| Oct 9, 2011: |
On October 9, 2011, Deputy Underwood responded to an Assault in Progress in a vehicle southbound on the IH-45 feeder road. Deputy Underwood located the vehicle stopped in a parking lot and the caller ran to his vehicle stating the suspect was beating a female in the vehicle. Deputy Underwood approached the vehicle and observed the suspect, a 20-year-old male from Conroe, holding down the complainant and attempting to start the vehicle to leave the scene. The suspect was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On October 8, 2011, Deputy Fruge responded to an Assault call on Budde Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Fruge observed the apartment to be in disarray, and numerous injuries to the complainant. The suspect, a 46-year-old male from Spring was arrested for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On October 5, 2011, Deputy Flynn was dispatched to a 911 Hang up call on Brookhaven. Upon arrival, Deputy Flynn observed the complainant and suspect struggling for a phone. The suspect, a 23 year old male from Spring, had broken several items and assaulted the complainant prior to Deputy Flynn’s arrival. The suspect was taken into custody for Assault by Contact (Family Violence) and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Sep 23, 2011: |
On September 23, 2011, Deputy Conklin responded to a Disturbance in Progress call on New Trails. While en route to the scene, Dispatch advised the suspect had left the scene and provided vehicle information to the responding deputies. Deputy Herman located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop along with Deputy Conklin. The driver, 29-year-old male from Houston, was determined to be highly intoxicated and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While License Invalid, and Interfering with Public Duties. The suspect also received a citation for Assault Family Violence in reference to the original Disturbance call.

| Sep 20, 2011: |
On 09/20/11, Sgt. Russell and Deputy Zavorski were investigating a stabbing that occurred in the 25000 block of Interstate 45. Upon further investigation the deputies learned three males had assaulted the victim during a disturbance. The Deputies were able to quickly locate two of the actors who were identified by witnesses in the assault. A 24 yoa male and a 23 yoa male, both from Spring, were taken into custody for Aggravated Assault. The case is still being investigated by the Criminal Investigation Division.

On 09/20/11, Sgt. Russell responded to a disturbance on Cox Road. Upon arrival he spotted an adult female flee on foot to the rear of the residence. Upon further investigation and assistance from responding Deputies the female was located and determined to have assaulted her husband inside the residence. The 49 yoa female from Conroe, was taken into custody for Evading on foot and Assault (Family Violence).

On September 9th, Deputy Ward was dispatched to Woodglen Drive, in reference to a family violence in progress. Upon Deputy Ward’s arrival, an investigation was made at the location. Upon the completion of the investigation, one 50 year old female, from Spring was arrested and charged with Assault, Family Violence. The arrested was transported to jail without incident.

On September 5, 2011, Deputy Rascoe arrested a 20-year-old male from The Woodlands on an outstanding warrant for Assault Family Violence.

On September 4th, Deputy Knight was dispatched to a residence on Sawdust Road, in reference to a family violence. A 28 year old male from Montgomery was arrested and charged with Assault, Family Violence. Another subject involved in the disturbance was discovered to have an active warrant. A 21 year old female, from Montgomery was arrested for the active warrant. Both arrested subjects were transported to jail without incident.

On September 4th 2011, Deputy Knight was dispatched to an Assault Family Violence call on Sawdust Rd. in Spring. After arriving and meeting with the parties involved, Deputy Knight arrested a white male from Montgomery. He was arrested for Assault Family Violence and transported to MCSO Jail.

On September 2nd, Deputy McKee was dispatched to Desota Road, in reference to a family violence in progress. Upon Deputy McKee’s arrival, an investigation was made at the location. Upon the completion of the investigation, a 22 year old male from Magnolia was arrested and charged with Assault, Family Violence. The arrested was transported to jail without incident.

A 49 year old male from Sugarland was arrested at 10:32pm, September 1, and taken to jail from Grangerland Road for a DWI 3rd warrant and a family violence choking warrant out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was on a trespass call.

On September 1, Deputy S. Degner responded to Jeffcoat Road in reference to a disturbance. The Deputy was advised a male had fired a shotgun from front door and the pellets struck a pickup truck with four people in it. The 47 year old male from Conroe was arrested at 7:02pm, charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

On August 27th 2011, Deputy Reuvers was dispatched to an assault family violence call on Park Ave. Upon his arrival and interviews, it was determined the white female from Conroe, had assaulted a family member. She was arrested for Assault Family Violence.

On August 27th Deputy Reuvers was dispatched to Park Ave. on a Family Violence. Upon further investigation, it was learned that a physical altercation had occurred. A 22 yoa female from Conroe was arrested for Assault Family Violence.

On August 24th Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to an address on Geneva Hills Lane on a Family Violence call. During the investigation, the victim stated the actor placed his hand around her neck. The victim was able to break free and dial 911. The actor was located attempting to leave the area and was arrested for Assault Family Violence.

Through his investigation, it was determined the White female from Spring, had assaulted the other party. The female was arrested for Assault Family Violence and transported to MCSO Jail.

On August 14th 2011, Deputy Reuvers was dispatched to Brookhaven Dr. in reference to an Assault Family Violence. Prior to arriving the deputy was advised that the actor, Hispanic male from Spring, had fled from the home. The suspect was found nearby and was arrested for Assault Family Violence and transported to MCSO Jail.

On August 14th 2011, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to an Assault Family Violence on Canadian River Dr. Upon arrival, it was determined that an assault took place between family members. A juvenile male was taken into custody for Assault.

On August 13th 2011, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to an Assault/Family Violence on Fuller Bluff Rd. Before the deputy arrived dispatch informed him that the suspect, a White female from Spring, had left the location and was driving intoxicated. Deputy Fruge saw the suspect vehicle in the 1300 block of Riley Fuzzel Rd and stopped the vehicle. She was arrested for Assault Family Violence, Interference with a 911 call and DWI.

On 08-14-11 Deputy Zavorski responded to residence about a disturbance. Upon arrival the reportee advised that her 20 yoa son was screaming and yelling and then became aggressive as she dialed 911 and he grabbed the phone. The male was arrested for Interfering with an Emergency Phone Call and Assault.

On 08-13-11 Deputy Fruge responded to an address in Spring about a disturbance. The suspect was located by Dep. Fruge nearby driving on a public roadway. The driver, a 26 yoa female from Spring, showed signs of intoxication and a field sobriety test was conducted. It was determined that the female was intoxicated and had also assaulted her husband. The female was arrested for DWI and Assault.

On July 29, 2011, Deputy Borchardt was dispatched to an Attempt to Locate in the area of FM 2978 and Miller Road because a witness reported a possible intoxicated driver. The witness observed the suspect driving recklessly and almost striking his vehicle. Deputy Borchardt observed the driver, 27-year-old male from Cypress to have extremely slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. A small amount of marijuana was found inside the car.

On July 24th 2011, Dep. Knight and Dep. Eisenmerger responded to an apartment complex on Borough Park Drive for the report of a sexual assault. The alleged victim stated to the deputies that her 26 year old male friend had sexually assaulted her. Upon further investigation the deputies watched a video recording the male had made that showed the female telling him that she was calling the police because he was making her leave the apartment and she would tell the police he assaulted her. The 25 year old female was taken into custody for making a False Report.

On July 22nd 2011, Dep. Koonce responded to an address in Spring on a family violence. The victim stated that her 18 year old live in boyfriend slapped her with an open hand and grabbed her with both hands around her throat. He then began strangling her blocking her airway but she was able to break free and call police. The male was arrested on scene for Felony Assault Family Violence.

On July 21st 2011, Dep. Jobe was patrolling Rayford Road when a vehicle swerved into his lane. Dep. Jobe conducted a traffic stop and the 26 year old male driver from The Woodlands, smelled of an alcoholic beverage and had slurred speech and blood shot eyes. Further sobriety tests determined the driver to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for DWI.

On July 11, 2011, Deputy Wilkerson was dispatched to a Welfare Check on Sendera Drive. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant who stated that the suspect, 47-year-old male, had struck a child with a plastic object. The complainant had bruises and cuts. The suspect was taken into custody for Injury to a Child – Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On 07/06/11, Deputy Prince was dispatched to Rain Forest Drive in The Woodlands in reference to a Family Violence. After investigation the call a 29 year old Woodlands male was arrested for Family Violence as well as an Active Warrant.

On 07/04/11 Deputy Cranston was dispatched to a residence on Tangle Brush Drive in reference to a Family Violence. After investigating the incident a 31 year old male was arrested for Assault Family Violence (Choking). The male transported and booked in at the jail in Conroe.

On June 25th Deputy Fruge was dispatched to Bear Branch Lane, in regards to an Assault Family Violence. Upon arrival, Deputies spoke to the complainant who stated that the suspect had slapped her and then she ran to a neighbor’s house for safety. The suspect was arrested for Assault, Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

3/19 - Deputy Weatherford arrested two 15-year-old females from Willis for Shoplifting at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive. Three suspects attempted to take $664.65 worth of clothing and jewelry from JC Penny’s. When the Loss Prevention Officer attempted to detain the suspects, a parent intervened and began yelling at the loss prevention officer. At one point, the loss prevention officer was punched in the stomach. Two of the suspects left the scene and went to their vehicle. More merchandise from other stores was located in the vehicle. One of the suspects, 16-year-old female from Willis did not return to the scene. The two 15 year old suspects were taken into custody charged with Robbery and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, and transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility without further incident.

On March 15, 2011, Deputy Wilkerson and Deputy McKee responded to a Disturbance in Progress on Budde Road. The suspect, 33-year-old male from Spring, and his girlfriend had been arguing when he grabbed a T-shirt and began trying to choke her with it. The complainant was able to get away and called 911. The assistant District Attorney was contacted and charges were accepted for Assault Family Violence Impeding Breathing. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On March 3, 2011, Deputy Fruge responded to the McDonald’s at 25222 IH-45 in reference to an Assault Family Violence. Upon arrival, Deputy Fruge met with the complainant and the suspect, 43-year-old male from Houston. The two had met at McDonald’s to discuss a family matter when the suspect started yelling at the complainant. When the complainant attempted to leave the suspect grabbed her by the arm. When the complainant tried to pull away, the suspect slapped her, causing her head to strike the wall. The suspect was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On February 28, 2011, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to a residence on Canyon cross for a Family Violence call in progress. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant who stated that the suspect had struck her several times in the face when she tried to stop him from screaming at her mother. The suspect, 52-year-old male from Conroe, was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence, then transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On February 24, 2011, Deputy Conklin responded to a Disturbance call at Water Way Avenue. Upon arrival, Deputy Conklin observed two intoxicated males coming down the stairs, one of which was bleeding from his hand. Deputy Conklin was advised by witnesses that they had been causing the disturbance. The injured suspect, 26-year-old male from Houston had punched and broken a glass door. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Criminal Mischief and Public Intoxication. The second suspect, 43-year-old male from The Woodlands, was also arrested for Public Intoxication. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On February 16, 2011, Deputy Mitchell responded to an Assault Family Violence on Rayford Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Mitchell observed both parties to be involved in a verbal confrontation. During the course of his investigation, Deputy Mitchell found the suspect, 33- year-old male from Houston, to have .345 ounces of marijuana on his person. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Possession of Marijuana, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On February 13, 2011, Deputy Dewey was dispatched to a disturbance in progress at 3073 College Park Drive. The suspect, 20-year-old male from Huntsville, had been asked to leave the restaurant for using profane language. The suspect walked towards a vehicle that was attempting to leave and fell on it. When the driver exited the vehicle, the suspect hit the driver in the face with a closed fist. The suspect was taken into custody charged with Class A Assault, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On February 11, 2011, Deputy Zavorski responded to a Family Violence call at 25469 Borough Park Drive. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant, who presented with multiple facial injuries. The suspect, 24-year-old male from Spring, was located and charged with Class A Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The complainant, 19-year-old female from Spring, was found to be in possession of 13 grams of marijuana and was subsequently arrested for Possession of Marijuana and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On February 2, 2011, Deputy Roberts was dispatched to 25010 IH-45 in reference to a Warrant Service. Upon arrival, he met with a Harris County Deputy that had the suspect, 18-year-old male from Spring, in custody. Deputy Roberts confirmed the suspect had a valid warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail where he was booked in without incident.

On January 31, 2011, Deputy Frantz arrested 50-year-old female from The Woodlands for Intoxicated Assault. The suspect had been involved in a traffic accident at New Trails and Lake Woodlands. The suspect was taken into custody after Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On January 10, 2011, Deputy Fruge responded to an Assault/Family Violence call on Douglass Fir. Deputy Fruge met with all parties involved and determined that an assault had taken place and the suspect, a 48-year-old male was arrested for Class A Assault Family Violence. The other party to the altercation received a citation for disorderly conduct.

On January 9, 2011, at approximately 2:15 am, Deputy Borchardt observed approximately six males and at least two females in a group across the street from the America’s bar that appeared to be in a verbal altercation and then began to assault each other. As Deputy Borchardt was attempting to detain one of the males the group continued to physically assaulting each other. The group ignored the deputy’s commands to cease and desist and they continued to physically assault each other. Deputy Borchardt administered one burst of OC spray into the group and group fled on foot to different areas of the Waterway. With the assistance of responding deputies, a 22-year-old male from Conroe was arrested for Public Intoxication and Assault, a 25- year-old female, and a 24-year-old male were arrested for Public Intoxication. All detained suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On January 9, 2011, Deputy Swank was on patrol traveling on Budde Road when he observed an adult female running from a nearby apartment complex. She appeared to be upset when Deputy Swank stopped she advised she had just been assaulted. At that time, the suspect walked out onto Briar Rock Road, and was identified by the female as the person who had assaulted her. Deputy Swank attempted to stop the suspect to talk with him, when the suspect took off running through a wooded area. A brief chase ensued with Deputy Swank locating the suspect hiding in the heavy brush. The suspect actively continued to resist and after a brief struggle was detained. The suspect, 29-year-old male from New Caney, was arrested for Assault Family Violence, Evading on Foot, and Resisting Arrest and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On January 5, 2011, Deputy Everton responded to an Assault call on Richards Road. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant and determined that the suspect, 52-year-old male, had struck her several times, causing bruising and some bleeding. The suspect was taken into custody for Assault Family Violence and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On January 2, 2010, Deputy Maldonado and Deputy Swank were dispatched to assist at an Assault/Family Violence on Rayford Road. Deputy Everton was on scene, having been flagged down by a store clerk in reference to a woman screaming and two men fighting in the parking lot. All parties involved were found to be intoxicated. The 32-year-old female was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The 54-year-old male and 32-year-old male (father and son) were both arrested for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

| Dec 30, 2010: |
On December 30, 2010, Deputy Maldonado and Deputy Swank were dispatched to a residence at 25000 block of IH-45, in reference to an Assault Family Violence. Upon arrival, they met with all parties involved and found that the suspect, 48-year-old male from Spring, had been drinking and had an argument with his wife. At one point in the argument, the suspect struck his wife. The suspect was taken into custody for Assault-Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Dec 28, 2010: |
On December 28, 2010, at approximately 2:30 am, Deputy Jobe witnessed a vehicle on Sawdust Road, driving with no lights on, failing to maintain a single marked lane, striking a center divider, driving in and over medians, and driving into oncoming traffic. Deputy Jobe activated his lights and siren to signal a traffic stop. The vehicle eventually stopped facing the wrong way on the roadway. Deputy Jobe made contact with the driver and noticed an overwhelming odor of alcohol. The driver was clearly too intoxicated to operate a motor vehicle. She was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

| Dec 20, 2010: |
On December 20, 2010, Deputy Roberts responded to a Disturbance call on Binefield Street. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant, who stated that she and her boyfriend had an argument and when she was walking away, he hit her from behind causing her to fall and strike her face on the floor. The complainant had visible injuries to her mouth and nose, and blood on her lips from a laceration to the inside of her mouth. The suspect, 45-year-old male from Spring, was taken into custody, charged with Assault Family Violence, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

| Dec 16, 2010: |
On December 16, 2010, Deputy Jobe arrested a 23-year-old male from Spring on Jewel Point Drive after responding to a Family Violence in progress call. Upon arrival, Deputy Jobe met with both parties and determined that alcohol was a factor in the earlier incident. Due to the suspect’s level of intoxication and his actions, he was clearly a danger to himself and others if left at the home. The suspect was taken into custody to prevent further violence and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Dec 11, 2010: |
On December 11, 2010, Deputy Pierman responded to a Family Violence call in the 25200 block of I-45. Upon arrival, Deputy Pierman spoke with the complainant who stated that the suspect, her husband (32-year-old male), pushed her into the refrigerator. He continued to yell at both the complainant and her son. She believed that he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the incident. The suspect barricaded himself in a back bedroom to prevent being arrested. The suspect was non-compliant with Deputy Pierman and Deputy Everton’s commands and continued to resist arrest, even after being handcuffed. The suspect was charged with assault.

| Dec 10, 2010: |
On December 10, 2010, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to 2911 Rayford Road in reference to an Assault and Criminal Trespass. Upon arrival, Deputy Fruge met with the store manager and was informed that the suspect had recently been fired and told, on multiple occasions told not to return. The suspect and a friend, both 19-year-old males from Spring, came into the McDonalds and the suspect began cussing at one of the employees, and then threw a handful of change at him when paying for a drink. The suspect was detained for Assault and Criminal Trespassing. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The friend of the suspect was arrested for an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear. He was also transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Nov 22, 2010: |
On November 22, 2010, Deputy Evans responded to the area of W. Montfair Blvd., in reference to a Welfare Check. Witness reported a female driving erratically and yelling obscenities at people. Deputy Evans arrived on scene and observed the suspect walking to her vehicle. As Deputy Evans approached the vehicle, she ran and jumped in and locked the door. The suspect refused multiple requests to step out of the vehicle and to identify herself. After a few minutes, the suspect started her vehicle and drove through a yard around Deputy Evans patrol vehicle. Deputy Aguilar, who was also responding to the scene, pursued the suspect 4 blocks where she pulled into her residence and ran into the house. She then proceeded to open the door, yell obscenities at the deputies, and then slam the door again. On one of these instances, Deputy Curtis was at the door when she opened it and she began striking him repeatedly until she was subdued. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for Evading Arrest or Detention and she was transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Citations were issued for Failure to Identify to a Peace Officer and Assault by Contact.

11/9 – Deputy Houstoun arrested 33-year-old female, for Theft at 1201 Lake Woodlands. The suspect attempted to take $1,011.84 worth of merchandise from JC Pennys. The suspect fought with the two Loss Prevention personnel when they stopped her after leaving the store. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Additional charges for Assault were filed due to the struggle with the Loss Prevention Personnel.

| Nov 9, 2010: |
On November 9, 2010, Deputy Sibille was dispatched to an Assault on Budde Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Sibille met with the victim and witnesses. The victim had a two-inch cut on his jaw and a deep cut on his left hand. The suspect saw the blood on the victim and heard the witnesses calling the police, he left the scene. A description of the suspect and vehicle were aired by dispatch and the suspect was later detained by Oak Ridge PD officers. The suspect, 39- year-old male from Conroe, was taken into custody, charged with Aggravated Assault and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

| Nov 2, 2010: |
On November 2, 2010, Deputy Houstoun arrested a 22-year-old Male from Houston after responding to a collision at the intersection of Lake Woodlands and Pinecroft Drive. Witnesses stated that the suspect had turned left into the mall on a red light, striking another vehicle before continuing on, into the mall. The suspect did return to the scene. Deputy Houstoun made contact with the suspect, who appeared to be unsteady on his feet. When asked for his driver’s license and insurance, the suspect gave Deputy Houstoun his insurance, but stated he did not have a license because he lost it for intoxicated driving. The suspect was asked to perform several field sobriety tests, but was unable to complete the tests due to his level of intoxication. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

| Oct 19, 2010: |
On October 19, 2010, Sergeant Hammons observed a vehicle exit IH-45 almost striking another vehicle that was traveling on the service road. The suspect vehicle continued to swerve across lane markers and took approximately a ¼ mile to pull over after Sergeant Hammons initiated a traffic stop. The driver, 26-year-old male from Conroe, appeared lethargic, had extremely slurred speech, and had difficulty maintaining his balance. Deputy Maldonado and Deputy Swank arrived to assist with the traffic stop. Deputy Maldonado conducted several Standardized Field Sobriety tests with the driver. Due to the drivers intoxicated state, the driver was unable to perform the tests correctly. The driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On October 17, 2010, Deputy Kimpton responded to a report of an Assault/Family Violence call on FM 1488. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant who stated that the suspect, 25-year-old Male from Magnolia, had punched him and dragged him across the ground. Deputy Kimpton, determined the suspect was the aggressor in the altercation and to prevent further violence, took him into custody and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail, charging him with Assault Family Violence.

On October 9, 2010, Deputy Fruge arrested a 28 year old Female from Magnolia after responding to an Assault Family Violence call on Autumn Day Ct. The suspect and complainant had been arguing when the suspect struck the complainant in the face with her cell phone. The complainant sustained a cut to her nose as well as swelling. The complainant’s glasses were also broken during the incident. Deputy Fruge contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges for Assault Family Violence and Criminal Mischief were accepted. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Oct 7, 2010: |
On October 7, 2010, Deputy Zavorski arrested a 21 year old Male from Spring after the suspect stated he had been driving around “testing” his car and smoking marijuana. Deputy Zavorski determined that the “testing” of the vehicle included driving the vehicle at excessive speeds in the residential neighborhood and attempting to take a 90-degree turn without slowing down. The suspect lost control of his vehicle striking a stop sign and then driving through a window and brick wall before stopping on top of a bed inside a home on Hopeton Drive. Deputy Zavorski contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Deadly Conduct. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On October 1, 2010, Deputy Jobe was dispatched to Pruitt Road for a Family Violence. Upon arrival, he observed the complainant and the suspect arguing. The complainant stated that they had been arguing earlier in the day and she had a friend bring her home. A short while later, her boyfriend showed up and started banging on her door. When she would not open the door, he climbed over the balcony and began pounding on the sliding glass door until it broke. The suspect, Male 34 years old from Spring, was issued a citation for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

| Sep 27, 2010: |
On September 27, 2010 at 10:30 pm, Deputy Zavorski was dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress call on Hinsdale Drive. Upon arrival, Deputy Zavorski observed to males shoving and wrestling each other in the driveway of the residence. Deputy Zavorski separated the two men and detained the aggressor, 33-year-old White male from Magnolia. The suspect was on medication, and had mixed alcohol with the medication and became very aggressive. The homeowner had hidden the suspect’s keys so the suspect could not leave in his intoxicated state. That is when the suspect became angry. The suspect was taken into custody for Assault by Contact and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On September 9, 2010 at approximately 2 pm, Deputies were dispatched to 25650 IH 45 for an Aggravated Assault and Unlawful Restraint. Upon arrival, they learned from the complainant that early that day, he went to the suspect’s apartment and was struck with a bat and bound with duct tape by several males. One suspect pointed a gun at the victim and threatened to kill him. The victim freed himself and fled the apartment and called the authorities. All parties were arrested for Unlawful Restraint. All suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Suspect 1, 18 yr old White Male from Spring Suspect 2 -18 yr old Black Male from Spring, Suspect 3 – 22 yr old Black Male from Spring and Suspect 4 – 18 yr old Black Male from Spring.

On September 8, 2010 at approximately 12:30 p.m., Deputy Sibille was dispatched to an Assault Family Violence in progress call in the 2400 block of Northline Road. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant who stated that she and her husband had been drinking that day, became intoxicated and began fighting over what her husband was looking at on the computer. During the argument, her husband began hitting her about her. He fled the scene when she called the Sheriff’s Office. With the assistance of a Pct. 3 Deputy Constables, the suspect, 50 yr old White Male, was located and was arrested and charged with Assault Family Violence. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.

9/5 – Sr. Sgt. Herring arrested 30 yr old White male from Pearland for DWI in the 26000 Block of IH-45. Contact was made with this driver after Deputy Pternitis and Sr. Sgt. Silvio observed the subject strike a curb and blow out a tire on the ring road of The Woodlands Mall. The driver then left the scene, running a stop sign, and then drove onto IH-45 southbound main lanes. Deputy Pternitis then conducted a traffic stop. Breath samples were not provided.

| Aug 23, 2010: |
On August 23, 2010 at approximately 5 a.m., Deputies were dispatched to a Disturbance in Progress call at 2107 Sawdust Road. Upon arrival Deputy Jobe met with the witness who stated that she and her husband heard a disturbance in the upstairs apartment and went to check on the girl living there. They knocked several times before the suspect, White Male 24 years old from Salem, MO, answered the door and he was covered in blood. The suspect left. The witness found the complainant in the master bedroom. She had been beaten with a baseball bat and choked. She was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital for treatment and evaluation. While Deputy Jobe was meeting with the complainant, the suspect returned to the scene and turned himself in to Deputy Hernandez. The suspect was arrested and with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault Family Violence-Choking.

| Aug 23, 2010: |
On August 23, 2010 at approximately 8:22 p.m., Deputies were dispatched to a disturbance in progress located on Country Forest Ct. in the Woodlands where a male was screaming that he was going to kill someone. While Deputies Lawless and Carson were enroute to the scene Deputy Lawless was given an actor description. At 8:29 p.m., Deputy Lawless advised dispatch that he was out on traffic on the possible actor as the suspect exited his vehicle with clenched fists and began to approach Deputy Lawless. Deputy Lawless exited his car and began to issue commands for the suspect to turn around. The suspect did not comply and he continued to advance towards Deputy Lawless. As Deputy Lawless tried to handcuff the suspect he continued to be belligerent and began to resist. When Sgt. Gonzales arrived on scene he observed Deputy Lawless and the suspect fighting on the ground. The suspect tried on several occasions to take Deputy Lawless’ firearm from his holster. Deputy Lawless and Sgt. Gonzales were then able to handcuff the individual. The suspect, White Male 59 years old from Lanford Port London, was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was booked on Attempting to Take a Weapon from a Peace Officer and Assault on a Public Servant.

| Aug 21, 2010: |
On August 21, 2010, Sergeant Gonzales and CSI Wallace were working an approved extra job at 305 Sawdust Road. At approximately 2 am, while directing all the patrons out of the building due to closing, CSI Wallace noticed a, White Female 20 yrs old from Houston, subject refusing to leave. After repeatedly asking and then demanding the suspect to leave, the suspect swung at CSI Wallace’s face and head striking him several times. At that time, the suspect was placed into custody charged with Criminal Trespass (for refusing to leave), Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest. While CSI Wallace was struggling with and handcuffing the suspect, the suspect’s husband, White Male 24 yrs old from Houston, attempted to intervene and was detained by Sergeant Gonzales. He was issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the location, and charged with Interfering with the Duties of Public Servant. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.

On August 19, 2010 at approximately 3 p.m., Deputy Roberts was dispatched to 25650 I-45 N. in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival, he met with the complainant and the reportee, who stated that the suspect, Black Male 25 yrs old, had hit the complainant in the mouth during an argument. The complainant had visible swelling to her upper lip. Deputy Roberts contacted the District Attorney's office with the case information and charges were accepted for class A Assault Family Violence. The suspect was located, taken into custody, transported, and booked into the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Aug 8, 2010: |
On Aug. 8 at approximately 2:30 a.m., a deputy arrested a 40-year-old white male from The Woodlands for child endangerment. The suspect was found passed out behind the wheel, with the vehicle engine running, the gearshift in drive and a child asleep in the back seat. The suspect did not immediately wake up until the deputy had repeatedly beaten on the window. After conducting his investigation, the deputy found that the suspect was not intoxicated. However, since there was a child in the vehicle and the suspect was not in control of the vehicle, it presented a danger to the child. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for child endangerment and the suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

| Aug 4, 2010: |
On Aug. 4, a deputy was dispatched to a past family violence call in the 29800 block of Geneva Drive. Upon arrival, he met with all the parties involved in the incident. After gathering all the information for the investigation, the deputy contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted against both parties. The complainant, a 46-year-old white male, had received scratches to his arms and back in the incident. The arrested, a 36-year-old white female, stated that the complainant had grabbed her wrists. Both parties received citations for assault family violence. The female suspect was arrested due to there being an active protective order prohibiting her from assaulting the complainant. She was placed into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe without further incident.

| Jul 26, 2010: |
On July 26 at approximately 7:30 p.m., a deputy was dispatched to an assault family violence call on Weeping Willow Way. The complainant stated that his 18-year-old son had punched holes in the HardiPlank on the outside of the house and the Sheetrock inside the garage. When he attempted to stop his son from destroying the property, the complainant was knocked to the ground where his son punched him repeatedly in the ribs before leaving. While the deputy was gathering information for the report, the suspect returned to the scene and was detained. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
