Oct 9, 2011:
On October 9, 2011, Deputy Reuvers responded to a Disturbance in Progress on Sawdust Road. Upon arrival, Deputy Reuvers observed the suspect, a 34-year-old male from Houston, was walking through the breezeway carrying a glass liquor bottle. The suspect was observed to have bloodshot eyes and slurred speech and acting belligerently towards officers on scene. The suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Oct 7, 2011:
On October 7, 2011, Deputy Prince, conducted a traffic stop at Six Pines and Woodlands Parkway. The driver, 25-year-old male from Waxahachie, was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Oct 7, 2011:
On October 7, 2011, Deputy Ward responded to a Disturbance call at 24888 IH-45 North. The suspect, a 32-year-old male from Austin, was located causing a Disturbance in the Pool area. The suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Oct 6, 2011:
On October 6, 2011, Deputy Prince assisted Deputy Ortiz with a suspicious vehicle on Glen Loch at Tanglebrush. The suspect, a 20-year-old male from The Woodlands was found passed out in the front seat of the vehicle. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was determined to be highly intoxicated, and was subsequently arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail where he was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.
Oct 4, 2011:
On October 4, 2011, Deputy Prince assisted Deputy Miller in a traffic stop for a vehicle speeding on Woodlands Parkway. During the course of the traffic stop, the suspect, a 35-year-old female from Tomball, was found to be intoxicated. She was placed into custody, charged with Driving While Intoxicated (3rd or more), and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Sep 25, 2011:
On September 25, 2011, Deputy Frantz responded to an Attempt to locate call for a vehicle unable to maintain a single lane of traffic. Deputy Frantz located the vehicle near the intersection of FM 2978 and Woodlands Parkway, and conducted a traffic stop on said vehicle near Hardin Store Road. The driver, 48-year-old female from Deer Park, was placed into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, then transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Sep 23, 2011:
On September 23, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested a 51-year-old male from Flower Mound after observing the driver drive over a barricade. During the course of the contact, Deputy Conklin determined the driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested for Class B Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Sep 23, 2011:
On September 23, 2011, Deputy Suarez was dispatched to Lake Robbins in reference to a Jail Transport call. Officer Ferrell had arrested a 36-year-old male from Alvin for Public Intoxication. Once at the jail, the suspect was found to have a marijuana cigarette in his shoe. The suspect was charged with Possession of Marijuana.
Sep 23, 2011:
On September 23, 2011, Deputy Conklin responded to a Disturbance in Progress call on New Trails. While en route to the scene, Dispatch advised the suspect had left the scene and provided vehicle information to the responding deputies. Deputy Herman located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop along with Deputy Conklin. The driver, 29-year-old male from Houston, was determined to be highly intoxicated and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While License Invalid, and Interfering with Public Duties. The suspect also received a citation for Assault Family Violence in reference to the original Disturbance call.
Sep 19, 2011:
On 09/19/11, Deputy Ward responded to a welfare check in the 300 block of Rayford Road. The Deputy made contact with an adult male who showed signs of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The 46 yoa male from Conroe, was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
Sep 19, 2011:
On 09/19/11, Deputy Meredith responded to a welfare check in the 8900 block of Research Forest Drive. The Deputy made contact with an adult male in the parking lot who showed signs of being under the influence of a unknown substance other than alcohol. The male stated to the Deputy that he takes pain medication for an older injury. After being checked by medical personnel the 37 yoa male from The Woodlands was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
Sep 18, 2011:
On 09/18/11, Dep. Ward responded to the intersection of S.H. 242 and Lexington Drive on a suspicious person. The Deputy made contact with the person and upon further investigation observed the subject to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The 27 yoa male from Highlands Texas, was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
Sep 11, 2011:
On September 11th, Deputy McKee was dispatched to the 25000 block of Interstate 45, in reference to a disturbance in progress. Reportedly a male and female were arguing in a parking lot. Upon the completion of the investigation, it was discovered a male at the location was highly intoxicated. A 49 year old male was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
Sep 10, 2011:
On September 10, 2011, Deputy Borchardt was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident located at Woodlands Parkway and Kuykendahl where a motorist struck a red light camera and was still on location. Deputy Borchardt arrived and made contact with the driver, a 21-year-old male from Magnolia. The driver was believed to be intoxicated and after an investigation was conducted, he was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. Precinct 3 Commissioner\'s Office was contacted in reference to the damages caused to the red light camera and pole. A Precinct 3 Commissioner\'s Office representative arrived and estimated the damages at about $10,000.
Sep 6, 2011:
On September 6, 2011, Deputy Prince conducted a traffic stop on SH 242. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver, 44 year old male from Willis, was found to be intoxicated and was then taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Sep 5, 2011:
On September 5, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 35-year-old male, from Houston, after a traffic stop on Waterway and Timberloch. During the course of the traffic stop, Deputy Prince found the suspect to be intoxicated and subsequently arrested him for Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While License Suspended.
Sep 3, 2011:
On September 3, Deputy A. Booher stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 15000 block of E. Powell. The 25 year old male driver from Cleveland was found to be intoxicated. The male was arrested at 10:35pm, charged with DWI and also a DWI 2nd warrant out of Montgomery County and taken to jail.
Sep 1, 2011:
A 35 year old female from Conroe was arrested at 7:02pm, September 1, and taken to jail from the 2500 block of Jeffcoat by Deputy S. Degner for eight traffic warrants out of Montgomery County. The Deputy was investigating a disturbance. On September 3, Deputy S. Ortiz stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation in the 12000 block of IH-45. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. The 24 year oldfrom Houston was arrested at 12:26am, charged with DWI and taken to jail.
Aug 31, 2011:
On August 31, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 23-year-old male from Conroe after a traffic stop at I-45 and College Park Drive. The suspect was taken into custody after Deputy Prince’s investigation showed the suspect to be intoxicated. Charges were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office for Reckless Driving and Driving While Intoxicated.
Aug 31, 2011:
On August 31, Deputy A. Booher was in the area of I-45 and League Line Road conducting a search for a reckless driver. The Deputy observed a male and a female, who were intoxicated, stumbling in the area. The male and female, both 19, each from Conroe, were arrested at 2:35am and transported to jail for public intoxication.
Aug 27, 2011:
On August 27, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 27-year-old male from Houston for Driving While Intoxicated after conducting a Traffic Stop to check the welfare of the passenger whom it appeared was being restrained by the suspect. The suspect was also found to be driving with a suspended license and was additionally charged with Driving While License Suspended.
Aug 26, 2011:
On August 26th 2011, Deputy Knight was on scene with another Deputy on a traffic stop. During the stop, Deputy Knight observed a Hispanic male standing near the traffic stop. The male from The Woodlands asked the Deputies a question. While Deputy Knight was speaking with the male, he observed him to be intoxicated. The male was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to MCSO Jail.
Aug 26, 2011:
On August 26, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 21-year-old male from Spring after conducting a traffic stop on Six Pines. The suspect was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Aug 25, 2011:
On August 25th Dep. Knight was in the 1000 blk. of Rayford Road when he observed a male standing near a vehicle. The male was observed to be in a confused state and upon closer contact a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was smelled on his breath along with slurred speech and bloodshot eyes. The 50 yoa male from The Woodlands, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Aug 23, 2011:
On August 23, 2011, Deputy Hammons was dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Accident at Woodlands Parkway and Grogans Mill. During the course of the investigation, the driver of the vehicle causing the accident was found to be intoxicated. The suspect, a 47-year-old male from The Woodlands, was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Aug 23, 2011:
On August 23, 2011, Deputy Eisenmenger and Deputy Herman arrested a 22-year-old female from Conroe after a traffic stop on Glen Loch and Tanglebrush. During the course of the traffic stop investigation, it was found that the driver was intoxicated. The suspect was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Aug 21, 2011:
On August 21st 2011, Sgt. Barber responded to a motor vehicle crash on SH-242 near Needham Rd. While speaking with one of the drivers involved in the crash, a white male from Magnolia, Sgt. Barber determined that he was intoxicated. It was also determined that the male had an outstanding warrant. The male was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (3rd or more), and the outstanding warrant.
Aug 21, 2011:
On August 21st Sergeant Barber was travelling east on Rayford Road near Lazy Lane and observed a passenger car swerving badly into other lanes of travel. The deputy stopped the vehicle and the driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. A field sobriety test was conducted and it was determined the driver was intoxicated. The driver, a 47 yoa female from Spring, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.

On August 21, 2011, Deputy Prince conducted a traffic stop on the service road of Interstate 45 near Lake Robbins. During the course of the stop, Deputy Prince concluded that the driver, a 24- year-old male from Houston, was intoxicated. The driver was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Aug 20, 2011:
On August 20th 2011, Deputy Ward was dispatched to the 24700 block of IH-45N in reference to a disturbance. Upon his arrival, he met with witness who directed him to a vehicle in the parking lot. The suspect, a White male from Spring, was found to be sitting in the back seat of a parked vehicle. Upon speaking with the male, he was determined to be intoxicated. He was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to MCSO Jail.
Aug 20, 2011:
On August 20th Deputy Ward was dispatched to the 25000 blk. of IH45 on a disturbance call. Upon further investigation it was determined a 28 yoa male from Spring was involved in a disturbance inside the business. The male was unsteady on his feet and had slurred speech as well as smelled of an alcoholic beverage. The male was taken into custody for Public Intoxication
Aug 20, 2011:
On August 20, 2011, Deputy Prince conducted a traffic stop on the service road of Interstate 45. During the course of the stop, Deputy Prince concluded that the driver, a 51-year-old male from Spring, was intoxicated. The driver was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Aug 19, 2011:
On August 19, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 22-year-old female from Conroe for Driving While Intoxicated after stopping to assist Deputy Suarez with a traffic stop on Timberloch. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Aug 18, 2011:
On August 18th 2011, Deputy McKee was dispatched to a Disturbance in the 25500 block of I- 45N. The deputy found the suspect sitting in a vehicle and the suspect was very intoxicated. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
Aug 17, 2011:
On August 17, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 48-year-old male from The Woodlands for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine) and Possession of Marijuana.
Aug 13, 2011:
On August 13th 2011, Deputy Fruge was dispatched to an Assault/Family Violence on Fuller Bluff Rd. Before the deputy arrived dispatch informed him that the suspect, a White female from Spring, had left the location and was driving intoxicated. Deputy Fruge saw the suspect vehicle in the 1300 block of Riley Fuzzel Rd and stopped the vehicle. She was arrested for Assault Family Violence, Interference with a 911 call and DWI.
Aug 13, 2011:
On August 13, 2011, Deputy Prince conducted a traffic stop on Timberloch Drive. During the course of the stop, Deputy Prince concluded that the driver, a 24-year-old male from Houston, was intoxicated. The driver was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Aug 13, 2011:
On 08-13-11 Deputy Fruge responded to the 10000 Block of Research Forest drive on an intoxicated male call. Upon arrival, an 18 yoa male from Magnolia was located and determined to be intoxicated. The male was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Aug 13, 2011:
On 08-13-11 Deputy Fruge responded to an address in Spring about a disturbance. The suspect was located by Dep. Fruge nearby driving on a public roadway. The driver, a 26 yoa female from Spring, showed signs of intoxication and a field sobriety test was conducted. It was determined that the female was intoxicated and had also assaulted her husband. The female was arrested for DWI and Assault.
Aug 12, 2011:
On August 12th 2011, Deputy Eisenmenger and Deputy Knight, were dispatched to a welfare check in the area of Borough Park and Valleywood. Dispatch advised a women and a man were sitting in a vehicle and appeared highly intoxicated. Both were arrested for Public Intoxication.
Aug 11, 2011:
On August 11, 2011, Deputy Prince arrested a 25-year-old male from Conroe for Driving While Intoxicated after conducting a Welfare Check on a driver passed out in his vehicle. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Aug 10, 2011:
On August 10, 2011, Deputy Suarez arrested a 51-year-old male from The Woodlands, after responding to an Attempt to locate a reckless driver. The suspect vehicle had hit at least one vehicle and almost hit several others while fleeing. Charges for Driving While Intoxicated and Evading in a Motor Vehicle were accepted by the District Attorney’s Office. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Aug 10, 2011:
On August 10, 2011, Deputy Henson conducted a traffic stop on I-45 Feeder Road near Woodlands Parkway. During the traffic stop, Deputy Henson determined that the driver, 19- year-old male from Spring, was intoxicated and arrested him for Driving While Intoxicated.
Jul 29, 2011:
On July 29, 2011, Deputy Borchardt was dispatched to an Attempt to Locate in the area of FM 2978 and Miller Road because a witness reported a possible intoxicated driver. The witness observed the suspect driving recklessly and almost striking his vehicle. Deputy Borchardt observed the driver, 27-year-old male from Cypress to have extremely slurred speech and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. A small amount of marijuana was found inside the car.
Jul 27, 2011:
On July 27th 2011, Dep. Rosales responded to a disturbance on Sawdust Road. Upon further investigation it was found that a 40 year old female from Spring was intoxicated inside a business and had fallen down while trying to leave. The female was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
Jul 21, 2011:
On July 21st 2011, Sgt. Barber was patrolling Riley Fuzzel when he observed what he thought was a disable vehicle in the turn lane. Upon turning around to check on the vehicle, the vehicle had also turned around and was now on the shoulder of the road. Sgt. Barber spoke with the 30 year old female driver from Houston who smelled of alcohol and had had vomited on herself. The driver’s 9 year old son was in the car. The child was released to a nearby relative and the female was taken into custody for Felony DWI with a Minor Child Passenger.
Jul 21, 2011:
On July 21st 2011, Dep. Jobe was patrolling Rayford Road when a vehicle swerved into his lane. Dep. Jobe conducted a traffic stop and the 26 year old male driver from The Woodlands, smelled of an alcoholic beverage and had slurred speech and blood shot eyes. Further sobriety tests determined the driver to be intoxicated and was taken into custody for DWI.
Jul 17, 2011:
On July 17, 2011, Deputy Henson arrested a 37-year-old male from Spring for Public Intoxication after he was observed staggering down Waterway Avenue. Due to his high level of intoxication the suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

On July 17, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested a 22-year-old male from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication after finding the suspect unresponsive and leaning against a sign on Waterway Avenue. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Jul 17, 2011:
On July 17, 2011, Deputy Conklin observed a 31-year-old male from The Woodlands staggering on the Water Way. Deputy Conklin made contact with the suspect who was unsteady on his feet. The suspect stated that he was going to walk because he had too much to drink. Due to his level of intoxication the suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
Jul 16, 2011:
On July 16, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested a 29-year-old male from Austin for Public Intoxication. The suspect was observed to be making gestures that he was about to urinate on a public wall. The suspect was unsteady on his feet and due to his level of intoxication was placed into custody for Public Intoxication.
Jul 15, 2011:
On July 15, 2011, Deputy Conklin was on foot patrol on the Water Way when he observed a male staggering. Deputy Conklin made contact with the suspect, 32-year-old male from The Woodlands, and observed him to have a very strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Due to his high level of intoxication, the suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication.
Jul 15, 2011:
On July 15, 2011, Deputy Suarez along with several other deputies responded to a Welfare Check in the area of Woodlands Parkway and Panther Creek. Witnesses reported that the driver of a car was possibly intoxicated and had a child in the vehicle. The vehicle was located in a left turn lane and a one-month-old child on the front seat. The driver, a 35-year-old female from Houston, had a heavy odor of an alcoholic beverage and was unsteady on her feet. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with State Jail Felony Driving While Intoxicated with Child under 15 years old. The baby was released to family.
Jul 14, 2011:
On July 14, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested a 35-year-old male from Willis for Public Intoxication. Deputy Conklin had been advised by several witnesses that the suspect was staggering around and videotaping people. Deputy Conklin spoke with the suspect and determined that he was intoxicated. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 14, 2011:
On July 14, 2011, Sergeant Barber was dispatched to Borough Park Drive in reference to a suspicious person. Witnesses reported that a male was walking around the parking lot and they could hear glass breaking. Sergeant Barber located the suspect sitting in his vehicle with a broken window. The suspect had a very strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Due to his level of intoxication, the suspect, 20 year old male from Spring, was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 9, 2011:
On July 9, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested 31-year-old female from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication after observing her being carried out of a bar on Water Way Avenue. The suspect did not have anyone with her willing to take care and custody of her. She was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 9, 2011:
On July 9, 2011, while on patrol in the area of Sawdust and Budde Road, Sergeant Barber observed a vehicle swerving badly and driving into the oncoming lane of traffic. Sgt. Barber conducted a traffic stop and spoke with the driver, 30-year-old female from Spring. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 8, 2011:
On July 8, 2011, Deputy Prince responded with Deputy Uber to a Welfare Check on Grogan’s Mill and Mill Park Drive. The suspect vehicle was reported to be partially blocking traffic on Grogan’s Mill. The suspect, 37-year-old male from The Woodlands, was found passed out behind the wheel. After being checked out by emergency medical services, the suspect agreed to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. At the conclusion of the tests, the suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 8, 2011:
On July 8, 2011, Sergeant Barber arrested a 22-year-old male from Spring, for Public Intoxication. The suspect was found sitting in a vehicle that did not belong to him. When approached the suspect took off running and repeatedly fell due to his level of intoxication.
Jul 7, 2011:
On July 7, 2011, Deputy Prince, arrested a 35 year old female from Spring, after a traffic stop on Six Pines Drive. Upon approach the vehicle, Deputy Prince noticed the odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. The suspect had a difficult time maintaining her balance during the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and demonstrated multiple clues for intoxication. At the conclusion of the tests, the suspect was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Jul 7, 2011:
On July 7, 2011, Sergeant Sumrall, while on patrol on Woodlands Parkway near Water Way Avenue, observed a silver passenger car traveling at a high rate of speed. The vehicle swerved onto the shoulder twice, then crossed two lanes of traffic abruptly to make a left hand turn. The 39-year-old male from Spring was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jul 7, 2011:
On July 7, 2011, Deputy Underwood was dispatched to a Welfare Check at Woodland Oaks and Gunnison Drive. Deputy Underwood discovered a single vehicle accident that had struck a utility pole. The driver, 33-year-old male from Magnolia, had bloodshot, glassy eyes and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated.
Jul 7, 2011:
On 07/07/11, Sergeant Sumrall observed a silver passenger car speeding on Woodlands Parkway. The vehicle was stopped and contact was made with the driver. Upon investigation it was determined that the male was under the influence of an intoxicating beverage. The driver, a 39 year old Spring resident was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
Jun 27, 2011:
June 27th Deputy Fruge stopped and spoke with a male on Brookhaven Street and believed the male was provided a fictitious name. The male appeared nervous and called his mother. Deputies learned the male’s identity and found that he had a warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect’s mother arrived and attempted to interfere and failed to obey orders. The mother was detained after a brief struggle. Deputies found that the mother had an active warrant for Interference with Public Duties. Both were arrested on the outstanding warrants.
Jun 26, 2011:
On June 26th Deputy Sibille responded to the 25000 block of Interstate 45, in regards to a suspicious person. Upon arrival the deputy saw a man staggering in the parking lot and entered restaurant. The male from Spring, was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the South Montgomery County Jail Annex.
Apr 2, 2011:
On April 2, 2011, Deputy Christensen responded to a Disturbance in Progress at 25200 IH-45. Prior to arriving on scene dispatch advised that one of the males involved hit another, knocking him to the ground. Then he and another male picked up the male on the ground, placed him in a vehicle, and left the scene. Deputy Christensen located the vehicle a short distance away and made contact with all three males ages 20, 23, and 26, all from the Spring area. The suspects stated they had been fighting over where to go to eat. All three suspects had a strong odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from their breath as they spoke. All three suspects were placed in custody for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication and were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Apr 1, 2011:
On April 1, 2011, Sergeant Sumrall was patrolling on Woodlands Parkway and attempting to catch up with a vehicle when a silver Lexus passed him going in excess of 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. The vehicle also changed lanes without signaling. Sergeant Sumrall conducted a traffic stop at that time. Upon making contact with the driver, 47-year-old male from The Woodlands, he noticed that the driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, bloodshot red watery eyes, and slurred speech. After performing poorly on the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was taken into custody, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Mar 30, 2011:
On March 30, 2011, Lt. Fitzgerald was patrolling the area of Woodlands Parkway near Gosling when dispatch aired an attempt to locate on a possible intoxicated driver. Lt. Fitzgerald located the vehicle and observed the driver to swerve between lanes of travel and the shoulder, and unable to maintain a constant speed. At that time, he conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, 36-year-old male from Magnolia. The driver was visibly shaking, displaying poor coordination and performed poorly on the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The driver was transported to the Montgomery County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Mar 29, 2011:
On March 29, 2011, Senior Sergeant Russell arrested a 55-year-old male from Magnolia, after a traffic stop on FM 2978 near Research Forest. Senior Sergeant Russell observed a pistol on the floor between the seat and door. The driver explained that he did have a concealed carry permit for the weapon. While speaking with the driver, Senior Sergeant Russell detected the smell of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. The driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon-License Holder and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Mar 26, 2011:
On March 26, 2011, Deputy Ortiz arrested a 54-year-old female from The Woodlands after conducting a traffic stop on Panther Creek. The suspect was observed turning eastbound into the westbound lanes of traffic. The suspect had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath, bloodshot glassy eyes, and slurred speech. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Deputy Ortiz contacted the District Attorney’s Office and charges were accepted for Driving While Intoxicated. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County jail without incident.
Mar 19, 2011:
On March 19, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested a 35-year-old male from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct. The suspect was seen staggering across Waterway Avenue and down the stairs to the waterway level. Deputy Conklin located the suspect under the bridge urinating in the water. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Mar 16, 2011:
On March 16, 2011, Deputy Borchardt observed a suspicious vehicle in front of the closed Exxon on Research Forest Drive. The driver, 45-year-old male from Wichita, KS, was unable to locate his driver’s license, but did find the rental agreement for the vehicle. During the course of the investigation, it was found that the driver had consumed several alcoholic beverages that evening. The driver agreed to perform several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, and at the conclusion of the tests, was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Mar 16, 2011:
On March 16, 2011, Senior Sergeant Russell observed a vehicle traveling at 80-85 mph on IH-45 North. Senior Sergeant Russell conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, 21- year-old male from The Woodlands, who stated that he was headed home from a friend’s house. The driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, and after a poor performance on the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, was taken into custody, transported to the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Mar 13, 2011:
On March 13, 2011, Deputy Conklin, while working foot patrol on Waterway Avenue, observed the suspect, 31 year old male from The Woodlands, staggering in the roadway. Deputy Conklin made contact with the suspect and observed him to have red glassy bloodshot eyes, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath, and slurred speech. The suspect was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. At the jail, an inventory of the suspect’s pockets was conducted and a bag containing cocaine was located. Additional charges were added for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Mar 8, 2011:
On March 8, 2011, Deputy Jobe observed a motorcycle swerving across multiple lanes on Rayford Road. As Deputy Jobe approached the motorcycle to conduct a traffic stop, the motorcycle sped off at approximately 70 mph. The motorcycle finally pulled over in the 900 block of Rayford Road. The driver, 38-year-old male from Spring, had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath, was unsteady on his feet, and had bloodshot, glassy eyes. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the suspect was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Feb 26, 2011:
On February 26, 2011, Deputy Mitchell responded to a Welfare Check at 1511 Rayford Road. Deputy Mitchell met with the suspect, 57-year-old male from Galveston, and determined that the suspect was intoxicated. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Public Intoxication.
Feb 24, 2011:
On February 24, 2011, Deputy Conklin responded to a Disturbance call at Water Way Avenue. Upon arrival, Deputy Conklin observed two intoxicated males coming down the stairs, one of which was bleeding from his hand. Deputy Conklin was advised by witnesses that they had been causing the disturbance. The injured suspect, 26-year-old male from Houston had punched and broken a glass door. The suspect was taken into custody, charged with Criminal Mischief and Public Intoxication. The second suspect, 43-year-old male from The Woodlands, was also arrested for Public Intoxication. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Feb 24, 2011:
On February 24, 2011, Deputy Prince went en route to 1550 Lake Robbins drive to assist Deputy Conklin with a minor motor vehicle accident. The suspect, 28-year-old male from Cleveland had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Deputy Prince conducted several Standardized Field Sobriety Tests with the suspect and at the conclusion determined the suspect did not have normal or physical faculties due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Feb 23, 2011:
On February 23, 2011, Deputy Barber observed a vehicle traveling south on Riley Fuzzel Road that was failing to maintain a single lane of travel, and almost causing a collision with the vehicle in the next lane. Deputy Barber conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, 50- year-old female from Spring. The driver had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath as she spoke, and had trouble walking or standing without stumbling or swaying. After the conclusion of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Feb 21, 2011:
On February 21, 2011, Sgt. Russell arrested a 32-year-old male from Onalaska after a traffic stop on Rayford Road. The suspect was found to have an active suspension of his license for alcohol related offenses. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Driving While License Invalid.
Feb 15, 2011:
On February 15, 2011, Deputy Prince, while assisting another Deputy with a traffic stop, observed two vehicles pass at a high rate of speed. Deputy Prince proceeded to follow the other two vehicles, eventually catching up with one of the trucks that he also observed to be swerving in the lane of travel. The driver, 22-year-old male from The Woodlands, had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. After completing the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, the driver was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Feb 13, 2011:
On February 13, 2011, Deputy Prince observed a vehicle traveling south on Six Pines Drive well below the posted speed limit, and failing to maintain a single lane of travel. Deputy Prince initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, 40-year-old male from Santa Monica, California. The driver exhibited red glassy eyes, and had trouble maintaining his balance. After conducting the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Deputy Prince determined that the suspect was not in control of his physical faculties due to consumption of alcoholic beverages. The suspect was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Feb 13, 2011:
On February 13, 2011, Deputy Zavorski responded to a Disturbance at 345 Sawdust Road. The suspect, 30-year-old female from Spring, was intoxicated and refusing to leave. The suspect was located in the parking lot and exhibited poor balance, red glassy eyes, slurred speech and emitted a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage when she spoke. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail for Public Intoxication.
Feb 8, 2011:
On February 8, 2011, several deputies dispatched to a disturbance at 1660 Lake Woodlands Drive. During the course of the investigation, Deputy Weatherford found that an 18-year-old male from the Woodlands had a bag containing marijuana, and several Xanax bars. He was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Deputy Carson arrested a 17-year- old male from Conroe for Public Intoxication and Deputy Godden arrested a 17-year-old male from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication. All suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Feb 8, 2011:
On February 8, 2011, Deputy Swank was dispatched to an apartment at 25200 IH-45 in reference to an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, Deputy Swank met with the suspect’s mother, who stated that her daughter was intoxicated and breaking things in the apartment. Deputy Swank made contact with the suspect, 20-year-old female, in an attempt to investigate whether she was indeed intoxicated. The suspect had red glassy eyes, slurred speech and emitted a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage when she spoke. Deputy Swank arrested the suspect for Minor in Consumption of Alcohol and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail.
Feb 6, 2011:
On February 6, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested 28-year-old male from Houston, for Public Intoxication on Water Way Ave. The suspect was argumentative and very intoxicated when deputies arrived after being called to the location for a disturbance.

On February 6, 2011, Deputy Swank responded to an attempted theft in the 300 block of Sawdust Road. While en route, a second call came in regarding the same suspect at the What-a- Burger causing a disturbance. Deputy Swank made contact with the suspect, 35-year-old male from The Woodlands, and found that he had red glassy eyes, slurred speech and was unsteady on his feet. The suspect stated he had taken some prescription medication earlier. Due to his level of intoxication, he was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.

On February 5, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested 26-year-old male from Montgomery for Public Intoxication at 21 Water Way Ave.
Jan 31, 2011:
On January 31, 2011, Deputy Frantz arrested 50-year-old female from The Woodlands for Intoxicated Assault. The suspect had been involved in a traffic accident at New Trails and Lake Woodlands. The suspect was taken into custody after Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe.
Jan 30, 2011:
On January 30, 2011, Deputy Conklin arrested a 31-year-old male from The Woodlands for Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest. The suspect was seen throwing an object off the third floor patio at 20 Waterway Avenue. When Deputy Conklin and other Deputies arrived on scene to speak with the suspect, he became combative with officers. During the initial investigation, a friend of the suspect approached the deputies in an aggressive manner and refused to stay back.
Jan 29, 2011:
On January 29, 2011, Deputy Wroten was dispatched to an intoxicated driver on Branch Crossing at Cranebrook. The vehicle was observed swerving into on-coming traffic and running over curbs. Once Deputy Wroten was able to get the vehicle stopped, she observed the driver to have a dazed look, as if he could not see her. With assistance from Deputy Cranston, they broke the window and were able to remove the driver from the van. The driver was observed to have slow slurred speech, was unable to stand without assistance, and was shaking. The suspect, 37- year-old male from The Woodlands, was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd or more, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Jan 26, 2011:
On January 26, 2011, Deputy Swank arrested a 21-year-old female from Spring for Public Intoxication at 825 Rayford Road.
Jan 25, 2011:
On January 25, 2011, Deputy Underwood arrested a 47-year-old male from Spring for Driving While Intoxicated after conducting a traffic stop on Woodlands Parkway.
Jan 13, 2011:
On January 13, 2011, Deputy Maldonado and Sergeant Barber were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle call on Hallimore Drive. Upon arrival, they made contact with the driver, 23-year-old female from Spring, who had an unsteady balance, bloodshot eyes and an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was found to be in possession of marijuana. The passenger in the vehicle, 27-year-old male from Spring, was also exhibiting an unsteady balance, bloodshot eyes, and an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. Both suspects were charged with Public Intoxication and Possession of Marijuana. The passenger was also charged with Failure to Identify for giving the Deputies a fictitious name to avoid being arrested for an outstanding arrest warrant. Both were transported to the Montgomery County Jail without incident.
Jan 9, 2011:
On January 9, 2011, at approximately 2:15 am, Deputy Borchardt observed approximately six males and at least two females in a group across the street from the America’s bar that appeared to be in a verbal altercation and then began to assault each other. As Deputy Borchardt was attempting to detain one of the males the group continued to physically assaulting each other. The group ignored the deputy’s commands to cease and desist and they continued to physically assault each other. Deputy Borchardt administered one burst of OC spray into the group and group fled on foot to different areas of the Waterway. With the assistance of responding deputies, a 22-year-old male from Conroe was arrested for Public Intoxication and Assault, a 25- year-old female, and a 24-year-old male were arrested for Public Intoxication. All detained suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Jan 2, 2011:
On January 2, 2010, Deputy Maldonado and Deputy Swank were dispatched to assist at an Assault/Family Violence on Rayford Road. Deputy Everton was on scene, having been flagged down by a store clerk in reference to a woman screaming and two men fighting in the parking lot. All parties involved were found to be intoxicated. The 32-year-old female was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. The 54-year-old male and 32-year-old male (father and son) were both arrested for Assault Family Violence and transported to the Montgomery County Jail without further incident.
Dec 31, 2010:
On December 31, 2010, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Deputy Kitchens observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of Gosling Road. Deputy Kitchens conducted at traffic stop of the vehicle and found the driver, 33-year-old female from The Woodlands, to have numerous beer bottles around the floorboard of the vehicle. The suspect had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Deputy Kitchens also noticed that the suspect exhibited slurred speech, was unsteady. The suspect was arrested, for Driving While Intoxicated, and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Dec 28, 2010:
On December 28, 2010, at approximately 2:30 am, Deputy Jobe witnessed a vehicle on Sawdust Road, driving with no lights on, failing to maintain a single marked lane, striking a center divider, driving in and over medians, and driving into oncoming traffic. Deputy Jobe activated his lights and siren to signal a traffic stop. The vehicle eventually stopped facing the wrong way on the roadway. Deputy Jobe made contact with the driver and noticed an overwhelming odor of alcohol. The driver was clearly too intoxicated to operate a motor vehicle. She was taken into custody and transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where she was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Dec 26, 2010:
On December 26, 2010, Sergeant Jenkins was patrolling the area of Fountains Plaza when he was approached by a Silver BMW travelling in his lane of traffic. The BMW swerved and missed a collision with the patrol vehicle and then drove into a nearby parking garage on Lake Robbins. Sergeant Jenkins made contact with the driver as the driver was exiting his vehicle. Sergeant Jenkins noticed the driver was unsteady on his feet and slightly staggering. The driver, 25-year-old male from Magnolia, was argumentative, but did agree to perform the Field Sobriety Tests. After several attempts, the suspect stated he could not see to do the test and stopped. The suspect was transported to the Montgomery County Jail charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Dec 25, 2010:
On December 25, 2010, Deputy Wakefield while in the area of Briarcrest Apartments observed three men stumbling around near the roadway. Deputy Wakefield made contact with the men, ages 35, 35 and 25, all from Spring and were for Public Intoxication. All three men were transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Jail staff located two small bags on one of the men that contained a white powdery substance. The substance field-tested positive for cocaine and an additional charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance was added to that suspect’s arrest record.
