Has the service gotten worse over the past year? I thought it was under new management and supposed to improve. For Research pnr, I routinely have busses pass by our stop at the penzoil building because they are full. Does this feedback ever get back to management. What happened to the double deck buses running at super peak times?

Does anyone else find it odd that you cannot buy a ticket for the park and ride while you\'re downtown?

Our new driver took a right and went 242 to I45 instead of going left and south to Research to I45. Traffic was backed up on 242 and then on the frontage road. I was 25 minutes late for work. I usually get to work 10 - 15 minutes early. Not riding the 7:45 anymore!

Tickets are now $12 Round Trip. You can buy a book of tickets for $240. It\'s about a 45min-1hr commute. Sure beats the traffic!
